Some reasons why the behavior is cuntish:

- Women are not afraid of men. You can't touch a woman here. I come from a country where women are a bit more reserved when they're outside, because they know that there are guys that can possibly be violent if dealing with a misbehaving woman, with no consequences. Maybe some of the guys who have been in Russia / Ukraine can give an opinion about these places as well. And frankly most of the city guys in the US are just so harmless.

- Big American cities are completely anonymous.

Might sound obvious, but sounds like you need to be working on the aspects of your life that will make getting bangs easier.
