I've done nofap before, long before I really knew anything about self-improvement and such. I failed miserably after 2 weeks. But that feeling of failure, tremendous failure is what's motivating me now. I know relief will come, I know I'll get a huge spike, a huge boost, but after those 10 or so seconds, I feel nothing but regret and failure.
Stay positive BUT never forget that feeling. Next time you have the urge remember that feeling.
So after my nearly 50 day streak I have been binging on porn. My addiction is back even though I have been hitting the gym and keeping busy. My eyes are more droopier and voice less stable again. I need to end this cycle and stop polluting my mind. I was feeling like the best and healthiest version of myself on nofap, I'm going to install porn blockers on all devices and let my friend set the password, apart from that what else can I do?

Nothing really but to endure. That is how these things work.
It's like quitting smoking. 50 days without a cigarette for the first attempt is a solid figure. It will become easier the next time. And the next one after. You are on the right track.

Almost two weeks in porn free. I feel a great deal of energy and focus today. I can say that my mental dialogue has changed drastically. As opposed to saying to myself "I will go 90 days with out porn", I am instead saying "I am not the type of guy that watches porn." This mental frame has worked for me in the past (I have not drink soda since I was in middle school). Identity changes are the ones that create lasting change. At least that's what I am learning. Best of luck to everyone here!

Have you tried doing just NoPorn? Porn is almost always connected to fapping, but if you continue fapping, but don't use porn, there will be a disassociation inside the brain between those two. Over the time you will also stop fapping completely.

That’s a tough one, way harder than no fap for me.
If you quit sugar you will find your willpower to resist both masturbation and the urge to watching porn greatly increased.
Regular sugar in your diet makes you much weaker to resisting tempation.
Try to eliminate all forms of sugar (except fresh fruit).
Read food labels closely and if there is any of the dozens of sugar derivatives listed below then don't eat or drink that product.
I fell off the wagon a few months back after a couple years of no porn. I think it was partly due to getting a little bored with sex in my current relationship. Now that my gf got a job in another city I've gotta completely cut this stuff out again and just get outside and walk around more, use the freedom I've got. No more edging, no porn, no sexting chicks, 1 short session a week if it gets to an emergency.
I used to fap to porn a lot for years, this was before I discovered game and started to get laid. Since then I gradually reduced it to the point where I now haven't watched porn in probably 2 years. This happened "naturally", I wasn't aware of any no fap thing. I have no desire to watch porn again so there's that.
However I still do occasionally fap and a few months ago, I realized that I sometimes "replace" porn by images of "real" girls I see on social media. Which is basically the same thing; not good. Even though some of them are past bangs.
So I then started to phase that out too and only use imagination when fapping. And then finally started to reduce fapping at all, to the point where I do it maybe twice a month.
The thing is: when I am with a girl, I have no problem at all to not fap. In fact, banging feels absolutely awesome compared to when I did fap.
It's during relatively dry times when I struggle. Around 7-8 days after my last nut I start getting restless and horny as fuck. Everything with a vagina becomes bangable.
If I don't have access to a girl and fail to find something, I tend to say fuck it and get it over with myself. Especially in cases where I got close to getting laid, but failed.
I know all of this has been covered in this thread already, and I have read the last 50 or so pages. Just chiming in with some of my observations here.
I've come a long way already and I am not too concerned about my fapping behaviour, since it's nowhere near the volume I used to do. But I now realize how incredibly hard it is to keep abstaining.
