^ Every since I started hitting my late 20s, my man hormones have been telling me more and more to go out and put a baby in a chick. No fap has absolutely intensified that desire. I still desire sex as much if not more as I always have but the nature of this desire feels different from when I was a chronic masturbator and porn user. Now of instead of seeing a woman as a cum toilet and merely a device I use to take care of a bodily function, I now want sex to also be a bonding experience and a way for the two of us probe and explore each other. At the risk of sounding like a blue bill sap, I'd like to be able to lose myself in a woman during the act.

Also, just made it to 90 days.
Congrats man on 90 days, I totally understand the feeling. Sex is more of a spiritual experience and there's nothing more natural and beautiful in the world than wanting to find a good woman lay her down, look her in the eyes and tell her that she's about to become a mother. Porn can't ever give you that feeling, even creampie porn. The most romantic/intense/fulfilling sex you will ever have is with a woman you love and that you're trying to breed.
Nothing else can even come close.
In fact, a major reason why I've gone nofap/noporn is to be a better lover to my future wife. I don't want porn/fapping to be a 3rd party to our marriage when she deserves every drop of my seeds deep inside of her. Now that is an intimacy that porn/fapping can never buy you. I feel like a madman waiting, but I'm using that extra sexual energy to up the wife hunt. The hunger, if focused, can drive a man to succeed in his goal of becoming a patriarch.
I started watching pornography when I was only 13. It's taken me 10 years to finally break my addiction to porn. I quit for good 5 months ago. It took a lot for me to quit. I developed ED and lost my desire to be with a real woman. The best advice I can give is just stay busy and get rid of anything that can tempt you. In June I was promoted in my company. The new position came with longer hours and responsibilities. I simply don't have time to watch porn for several hours straight. In addition to my new job I started going back to the gym and eating a healthy well balanced diet. As result of abstaining from porn I have finally got my erections back and no longer a virgin.
For those who have trouble getting or maintaining erections or feel like their libido is not flying on all cylinders like it should be, I may have a solution.
It took me 3 years to figure out what was wrong with me and why I couldn't perform like I used to, but it turns out that it was chronic tension in my pelvic floor muscles all along. I could explain further but I wouldn't be able to do it justice compared to this link:

If NoFap appears to help temporarily but your issues tend to resurface, it may be worth looking into.
It would be helpful for the entire forum if you'd take the time to explain your personal experience with this topic.
Anyone can go around and post links. We want to hear what YOU've done.
Reading this article....seems legit. It's widely discussed on penis forums that tight pelvic floor can cause a lot of issues. The common remedy is lots of reverse kegels and squat stretches.
I practice these, but haven't gotten any crazy returns. Maybe you could shed some light on your techniques and how they helped you.
Skimming the article it looks like the remedy is stretching and massage? That's it?
@tonysoprano and @ redbeard: Sounds like a subject worth investigating. Perhaps start a new thread to create a datasheet on that specific topic, so it doesn't get lost in the 100+ pages here of nofap?

I have read that chronic masturbation leads to an overly tight pelvic floor. I have noticed tension in those muscles myself and I often unknowingly clench them when I am stressed or anticipating sexual action.
I would say kegels/reverse kegels, deep breathing work/meditation, stretching and some myofascial work would be best.
I also bookmarked this video quite a while ago but haven't given it a try yet.
As I wrote previously in this thread, I had just completed 90 days. However, during the 90 days there were times where I edged: not while viewing porn and it wasn't full out whacking off but there was still stimulation of my penis. I'm going to begin another 90 day program where I will not masturbate, look at porn, nor edge. 5 days in.
While I鈥檓 only 3 days in, there鈥檚 an effect I鈥檝e noticed from time to time whenever I hit a 2nd day of nofap and onwards (it happens almost too frequently to just be a coincidence).
I sleep less. Like this morning I just naturally got up after 6 hours of sleep (instead of my usual 7, sometimes 8).
Mostly posting this for accountability, and to remind myself that the health benefits of this make up for the lost pleasure.
I'm on Day 37.. and I've not noticed anything peculiar since I stopped fapping. Guess I'll have to dig it out for 120 days before I can make inferences.

Just bought a calendar to hang next to my desk and a little notebook to write down my progress and thoughts.
I think this will help me.
Today I finally managed to get up earlier, did some stretching and foam rolling, did my cardio and am about to take a cold ass shower, meditate and then cook a healthy ass meal. So far so good.
Anyone using NF Companion android app? It tracks days, has relapse and diary options, coupled with funny named "ranks" which are awarded to you after completion of particular streak of days. Also, it has a lot of motivational quotes which are good to look at when you are in trouble.
Yeah I have it on my phone and use it sometimes but I feel like a calendar in your room and physically marking the days is more potent in terms of visualization
Seem to be going through a sexual flatline right now.
My mood is pretty good and I'm crushing it in the gym but I have zero libido and my dick is pretty much dead.
Tomorrow a girl wants to meet with me and she told me she wants me to take her virginity. Not the best timing lol, just my luck I guess.
May take some cialis or viagra and power through it but not sure yet. I feel almost asexual today

Doing it because my relationship with my GF has become rocky and when I'm stressed or unhappy it kills my sex drive and desire.
This is creating a vicious circle with my GF as I don't feel like or struggle to bang her making her unhappy which only serves to make me even more unhappy.
I'm hoping no fap will improve my sex drive so I go back to wanting to make love to my GF so that our relationship can get back on track.
So far I've been noticing an increased desire and more night time erections or getting a little hard randomly during the day.

Meh. Shit happens. Everyone's different.
How much have you been getting laid?
No sex during that time which makes it even more bizarre. I haven't had any sort of release at all so I thought wet dreams would have happened already.
