Almost 21 years old no ejaculation besides wet dreams(virgin, never watched porn or jerked off). Get wet dreams couple times a month and sometimes even smanage to stop those because I don't want to change the sheets.

Good, I鈥檒l use that line on chicks to convince them to swallow when they BJ

Today is the official day I pledge to not watch porn. I am moving to a foreign country tomorrow and will be sleeping in the same room as other people for a few weeks - I always watch porn at night so now it won鈥檛 be possible. Usually when I go abroad I don鈥檛 even fap so it鈥檚 good to get out of my comfort environment

Good time to use this change of scenery to build momentum with this challenge. Just be careful not to watch porn on your cell phone or jerk off in the bathroom. Use this as a time to go get some pussy.
Day 16 for me today.
I've only orgasmed a few times to sex these past few weeks. I've looked at porn in the past 2 weeks but just didn't act on it.
So far I am feeling really good.
Hit the one week mark. Noticing a slight improvement in libido, but nothing crazy.
Haven't fapped in at least six months. After a while you just don't miss it. Also it may be due to the fact that it's been even longer since my last bang and that I've barely tried getting myself out there and going after girls in that time.
So no fap for six months and no sex for even more? Very impressive self control but still dude, you must go out there.
Day 60 here. I don鈥檛 feel much different to be honest
Porn free for over a month. Not an expert, but this has been my longest streak in a while. A couple of insights:
1. The identity level shift: You truly have to say to yourself "I am not the type of person that watches porn". Whether that makes you cringe or not...this has been effective for me.
2. An accountability group: I have 3 guys I message on whatsapp and we all had the same goal. Quit porn. It has been a tremendous benefit to have guys to check in with when I am feeling weak. Think of it as outsourcing of monitoring yourself. I read something powerful the other day, "Public information is far more powerful than information kept to yourself." This is especially true in regards to your goals. An accountability group is the perfect way to "go public" with your goal of staying porn free.
3. You have to replace the destructive habits with new ones: I have started to explore some new hobbies. Copy writing/python....whatever floats your boat. I view the elimination of destructive habits like porn as foundation to build myself up stronger.
4. Take it one day at a time. It has made things much easier to frame my efforts as "one day at a time" as opposed to "I must not do this for 6 months". You don't build a wall over night, you just lay one brick at a time...and soon you will have a wall.
Those are just a few things that have helped me. Check out some of the Terry Crews videos on youtube as well. Although very blue pill in regards to women he is spot on with how porn is an insidious habit. Your drive to reproduce is perhaps your strongest biological prerogative as man...fuck wasting it on pixels.

Great stuff. Keep going!

I鈥檓 doing this again, but this time I鈥檓 going to fully commit to it. Especially quitting porn. Do you guys think I can get away with fapping occasionally if I don鈥檛 get laid for a while?
I鈥檝e made it a few weeks twice before but I wasn鈥檛 really taking it seriously.
I was ~ 1 and a half year clean and felt really good.
The last week I did the mistake to binge watch porn for several hours for a couple of days. Today is my second day without porn and I have massive headaches. The withdraw symptoms are at least on a level equal to massive caffeine intake.
I've been slacking the past few months. My personal life has been an absolute shitshow, and I've fallen back on using the porn to comfort me.
No more! As of September 25th, I am committing to another year of NoFap & NoPorn.
Let's get it.
^Damn! Guys, when even veterans such as redbeard can fall to the porn, you know that this shit is serious and nothing to joke about.

This is some serious stuff, guys.
It's an addiction like no other, and no matter how long you've been on the wagon, it's easy to fall off.
"I'll just have a beer" = "I'll just look at a few instagram girls"
The tricky thing about porn is that one of the best ways to beat it is to stop thinking about it at all, and dial down your sexuality.
However, when you forget about the dangers of porn, it's easy to fall back in. Constant reminders will keep you focused on the prize. So, I'll start being active in this thread again.
The difference now is that I've climbed Mt. Everest. I know it's possible. I know what it takes to reach the finish line. All I have to do is duplicate it.
That's why it's important for beginners to take this one day at a time, and avoid being over critical of themselves.
If you've been masturbating every day for your entire adult life, just making it two days without jacking off is a major accomplishment.
The goal should be to get better day by day. Going cold turkey is great, but it usually doesn't work.
Challenge yourself to go longer each time.
Start with a day. Then 3 days. Then a week. Then a month. Then 90 days. Then a year.
Rome wasn't built in a day!
Reached 16 days, the biggest contributor is that I鈥檓 sleeping in the same room as my flatmate and my girl flew over so I bust as many nuts as possible with her during that period (I probably won鈥檛 get sex for a while). Now I just need to keep it under control and strive till New year and beyond

I am currently about 38 days without fapping, and 14 days without Orgasm.
I am trying to get to about 42-60 days free from any activity.
The only problem I'm finding now is my testosterone feels like it's going down (after 14 days without orgasm)
I didn't lift weights today when I was meant to, and I don't feel intensity.
Does anyone have at solutions for resparking the testosterone (without sexual activity)?
I started NoFap more than 2 weeks ago and have failed everyday. Many times I've failed more than once a day.
Yesterday I went on a fap marathon. I couldn't stop myself.
I need to get out of the kind of environment that allows me to fap in the first place. And that means not idly sitting in my bed. Going forward, I'm going to try to go to work and then after work head directly to a cafe, class, or anything as long as I can stay away from my home and my bed until bedtime.

Why are you deliberately avoiding "organic" orgasms? I think that's a recipe in itself for Low-T.

Do work in a coffee shop. You'll avoid masturbating and also meet cute chicks. Win-win!
I didn't masturbate for more than 6 months, many years ago before this nofap trend was even a thing, just for the personal challenge.
And... I felt no difference when it came to interacting with women. Nor with my self steem. Nor with basically anything else in my life.
Actually it made my sex performance slightly worse as I was coming earlier if I didn't have sex in some time, compared to when I was masturbating on the regular.
Just my personal experience.

@Chrisblackbeard
I have to abstain totally for about 42-60 days, for medical reasons
I was already interested in abstaining before then, though
