I've been on a somewhat long post rampage today. Watching the kids mess shit up.

On a separate note but related to the IRT vs. True Indian players discussion on the forum, I thought I would add something regarding frame because it's a very relevant factor for those that MOVED to the western world and have consciously progressed as players and men.

I came to the US when I was 12. From that point on, I had no choice but to seep into others' frames, due to the desire to assimilate but held back by the language and cultural barriers. I had this feeling that as soon as I spoke, I gave away power. And give away power, I did. I felt like I had to become somebody else to succeed. I certainly have no doubt that a few of the more sleazy of my american comrades used it to their advantage, as they do with my parents to this day, due to their inability to speak american english properly.

I used to see it as a default that white people were better than me. It came from India. You go there, you'll see it. A tattered looking white guy, or especially an ugly ass white girl, gets treated like royalty compared to the good-looking Indian guy that walks in with a tailored suit and impeccable frame. The guy gets no points for improving himself and returning to the homeland for a visit. I call it a mix between a genuine sense of hospitality and an obsession with white color even though it's pedestalization to the max. It's just this strange combination that at the end of the day is genuine, but comes off as tryhard to the rest of the world. From a western perspective it is, in fact, giving people consideration that is unearned and in my view it's damn true!

Personally speaking, the cultural baggage was part of the cards I was dealt. This mental fuck aside, the color aspect would have been much easier to deal with. All I know is that if I didn't proactively take the first opportunity I had to get myself out of this, I would have been the IRT for sure. Truth is, I survived. I can't help but recognize that I still have some approach anxiety resulting from this but I also recognize that I can use it to my advantage. In the past week, I approached 2 blonde girls who I openly admitted to that brown guys like me DO get nervous around them. They both giggled and 1 gave me her number. By far the only interaction that has got me a number in 10 or so approaches.

To my Indian brothers: Refine yourselves but don't forget where you come from. I still love Bollywood and some of the older shit makes me more flirtatious. And yeah, I know it's unrealistic and all that. Give me a break, all media is.

To my White brothers: Play on playas. You have an advantage with a lot of women whether you know it or not. I say use it and get laid.

To the IRT: Go back to India, seriously it'll be easier for you given the class system. You can probably score a hot wife by using class system or family connections game.

In UK there’s tons of weddings like that – I’ve been to a few Indian male/non-Indian female weddings in the UK. Women love dressing up. Many times they ask for the Indian wedding and they want to wear the Indian clothes.

A lot of western born Indians are not religious, but they’re also not ashamed of their roots so they have no issue with their weddings. The guy getting married is Punjabi and Punjabis are very proud of their background and many are pretty alpha. The guys in Toronto are probably Punjabi too. I know Uk born Punjabi guys who speak their parents' language well enough to the extent that they can live in India for a few months.

Deluge since you’re Buddhist I guess your background is Sri Lankan? All the weddings I’ve been to were Hindu or Sikh. There's a huge difference between north Indians and south Indians or Sri Lankans.
