Depends where you live. If you live in certain parts of North America then I can imagine the surprise element will be there. You can leverage that shock element into greater things. It can cause her nipples to stiffen and her clit to tingle. It's up to you to continue the electric!

This often happens as well with musical tastes... They are always surprised to find you at a House Music/trance (insert electronic musical genre here) party.

It comes in handy if you are chasing white lizards and know what they are into.

Her not realizing that you could know shit is general benign racism. It's quickly dispatched, but when "liberal" chicks are surprised, I take that as a sign of things to come.

No matter how "woke" these chicks are, I'd never expect much more than pussy or pleasant companionship.

And there are plenty of black dudes out there that are playing this card as their draw.

I respectfully disagree. I don't believe there's anything racist about being surprised that an African-American person can have an interest that a non-Af-Am person didn't think he or she would have, especially when the person you're talking to hasn't spent much time interacting with African-American people in general.

If I ever bump into a nerdy looking Asian guy who turns out to be a decent rapper, I would be pretty surprised too.

I feel like some African-Americans are so sensitive, to the point where they lock themselves into their own mental bubbles of fear and insecurity.

I feel like some of these people expect everyone around them to have read a 300-page African-American history textbook before they give non-black people "permission" to interact with them.

No one has ever actually told me "wow, I didn't know some black guys were into____ !", but I'm sure they were thinking it. And that's ok because I do the same thing. I don't see the logic of throwing a stone if I know I live in a glass house.

It's fun to learn new things, therefore I don' t mind being a "teacher" every once in a while.

We teach others through our words and our actions, and we're all learning every day whether we realize it or not.

Can you expatiate on this? (Yes Moma, I stole that word from you Smile)

Sadly, I find a lot of girls are uncomfortable with a black man that doesn't fit into the mold. I think deep down they like having "power" over black guys, despite what they may say.

^People often operate with preconceived notions of how things are or what is even possible and that has a lot to do with their social circles and life experiences. If you have limited exposure to people of a certain group your only frame of reference is going to be the few that you have superficial access, stories from others with superficial access which also includes the media.

I've personally found that non black women to be much more open to non traditional/stereotypical black men because all they have is media images for comparison. You can embrace that image, or contrast from it.

"Ooh I got a brotha" versus "he's not like the rest". They can play both sides of that fence. Mostly based on ignorance.

Whereas Black (American) women are going to wonder why don't you get an edge up every other week? How come you watch soccer?

Knowing black men, there's a huge universe of things that you need to know, say, and do to fit the image in her mind.

And she feels very strongly about these roles you need to play. Mei Ling and Consuela and Olga, not so much.

It's a double edged sword. I remember chopping it up with Jariel on this. You got you a little Peruvian princess with you, and something like Ferguson happens. She's not equipped to help you with that. Or you deal with something at work, Indira is prone to take management's side.

Same scenarios, the sista can help you get through it, but she might go off the rails when that's an issue. "Calm down, we are not making a road trip to Staten island."

I've also noticed non-black girls (NBG) feel like their "non-blackness" is an asset they bring to the table when dealing with higher value black men. In my "dating down" days, it seemed like basic NBG's really thought they somehow deserved a higher-caliber brother as opposed to an average hood dude when they didn't really have shit going for themselves.

I've seen that too. Big white girl would be trying to get it in at the booty shake spot, and expecting guys to be jumping all over her.

Again, if you see that in a chick, just add it to the files. She can and will think whatever she wants to. You don't need to play that game.

After a few relationships on either side, I'm generally wary of the idea that I can relax when it comes to chicks or more importantly, myself.

Desperate gutter cats are the ones responsible for gassing up these fat white chicks to the point where they actually believe they're desirable. I've seen it over an over, where bum brothers are hugged up with morbidly obese white chicks.

Back when I had an online dating profile, I'd get fat YT trash hitting me up as if we actually had mutually attractive qualities, smh.
MY DETROIT PLAYAS 路 2016-06-07 14:59:00 路 #2365
^^^Goes back to the value that some brotha's place on NBG's. Considering the environment, sadly somebody will scoop up that fat white chick before the sun comes up.

They just might not be so willingly to do so within earshot of the sista's who would shame them. Otherwise, she wouldn't act so entitled.

Yeah man those guys are ruining it. It's got to a point where blonde chubsters are now acting like 9's especially at black clubs. I don't think it has anything to do with desperation though. At my old job, one of the building's receptionists was a disgusting fat chick who looked like this but even fatter.

Me and my co-workers got off work waiting for the shuttle to drive us to the main parking spot. The bitch was also waiting outside. One of us asks if she needed a ride or something since it seemed like she was waiting for someone and she's normally allowed to park her car upfront. She goes " Thanks, I'm just waiting for my boyfriend".

I was hoping for our shuttle to come faster and at the same time praying " Please let him NOT be black". 45 seconds later ... a super-jacked black guy who kinda looked like Reggie Bush rolls up in a shitty Dodge Neon.

Once they left all my co-workers looked at me and started roaring with laughter. We were all thinking the same thing.

The guy could easily pull bad black girls, but I guess it's some sort of status symbol among certain black communities.

Which might explain the epidemic of black men mean-mugging/sizing you up whenever you got a NBG on your arm. A look which is a mix of hate, curiosity and self-assesment like ... " I wonder what this guy is doing to get an NBG like that. Could I do the same?". Anybody else noticed that?

I've seen this with all women. After they get pumped and dumped a few times they go on about knowing their worth and finding a higher-caliber brother, which usually ends up with them finding some nice reserved dude who hasn't dated a lot and he takes in all of their shit. It's really fucked up out here.

. . . and he was most likely driving her car. We have to remember there is a large chunk of lower socioeconomic people in the black community who have not ventured far outside their own community. They lived in segregated communities and attended segregated schools. They never had the opportunity to fuck Becky the cheerleader like those who grew up in more suburban areas.

I seen the same thing in college where cats who never had the opportunity to bang white chicks cuffed the first one who gave them some play.
These dudes are just like every other red-blooded male across the planet that have been sold this false white beauty myth. So when they get the opportunity hit the "other white meat" they jump on it.
I don't agree with, but I understand.

I also think lazy internet thirst has given all fat chicks a false sense of desirability. I can't count how many cows I see in my social media feeds posting manipulative selfies followed by thirsty cats telling her how good she looks or how thick and juicy she is.Huh

^ Yep class plays a huge factor.

But location matters more. If you're black on the East Coast even upper-middle class you'll never be 100% accepted. You're still seen as 'black". That attitude doesn't exist out west. West of the Mississippi is always better than East. The Eastern seaboard of the US is extremely segregated along with cities like KC, Chicago and all the former Industrial Rustbelt cities like Akron & Flint. Cities like Boston, Baltimore and Philly still have ethnic neighborhood like Irish, Jewish, Italian, Black etc ... Same with Chicago Poles and Irish.

Western states from the upper midwestern farming states (Iowa, Minnesota,NB ) to the rocky mountain states ( Colorado, Idaho,Utah, AZ), the Dakotas & all the way to Cali-Oregon- Washington don't have the same rooted identities. Anyone who moves there can fit in easily into the white majority which makes dating a lot easier. I believe Canada is similar in that regard.

I went to school West of the Mississippi, somewhat rural 90% white. Most of my friends from back home went to school in Virginia and Maryland. They had one or two white friends at best.

They join all black frats or sororities @ UMD or VCU, the Ethiopian Student Association and only listen to Hip-Hop. Some of them visited me over X-mas break and whenever a white chick was interested in them, they didn't even know how to react. The possibility of a blonde haired, blue-eyed chick being into them was somewhat outside their reality. (Also noticed blonde hair is pedestalized out east since most white immigration was Jewish, Italian, English and Irish) as opposed to out west where everyone is of German ancestry.)

I think Vinman mentioned something similar with some Swedish chicks when he was younger.

^^ Yea good point. I grew up in Detroit then moved do the boonies in high school. After graduation, when my friends from Detroit came up to visit they were shellshocked to discover we were running trains on white chicks in the dorms. Lol, after that point, they would come visit damn near every weekend.
I guess errbody wants a snowbunny (out of sheer curiosity) at some point, if you can't get a bunny, some settle for a polar bear, lol

Great points. Am I the only one who notices how women from the New England area(NH, Maine, Vermont, parts of Mass) are most often always into black men? Living in Florida, there are a lot of transplants, and they seem to be the only white chicks into black men here.

You know you got black guys jealous when the black guy tries to hit on your girl right in front of you. I don't think I've ever seen a white guy hit on a girl in front of her BF, but I have seen black guys with the balls to hit on a girl in front of her BF.
