Looks like spillover in one of the political posts. I was hoping he'd eventually spill the secrets of the hidden temple on Habesha chicks. I'd slide into a Trump Supporter faster than one of them weird forehead/big eye chicks.

I prefer to stick with the game, style, travel, and making money posts myself.

To wit
- Thinking about some new game topics.
- Leaning out kinda nice on this High Fat Low Carb Diet.
- my travel plans for this summer are getting pushed into Fall.

Came across this dudes youtube page today. It's classic PUA/Mystery Method style game (Which I am for when done properly), but tailored for Asians and Indians looking for vanilla.

https://www.youtube.com/user/SquattinCassanova

I wish I had the patience to sit through a game video, but I really don't.

^I honestly hate the PUA video garbage. I just can't take anyone seriously who says "LMR", "HB", or any of that stuff in person or in video format. Proper English when discussing a topic such as game is a much needed thing.

It's kind of why I avoid those guys. Not to mention that they're too busy crafting their own online persona.

Thats my strategy here as well.. Im here to help better my life and learn how to become better with women.... not argue online about political BS.

Didn't that guy Hencredible get banned as well? Like months or years ago?
WestIndianArchie 路 2016-06-14 08:01:00 路 #2409
Over the same kinda nonsense.

How much better would this post and the travel post be if we could draw from Hencredible's knowledge?

Medium and jargon issues.

Even bad players have some insight into the game, but when I see the video is 90 minutes long, and I'm not grabbed in the first thirty seconds...

Which reminds me that I need to really focus on my presentation.

The most successful of all the pua's has been Strauss. It's not coincidence that he's s professional writer.

WIA, can you detail your current eating regimen as you said you are leaning out. Are you working out, doing any cardio or is it pure diet?
Moma 路 2016-06-14 09:27:00 路 #2412
I agree that we should stay away from politics. This is not a political forum and secondly political debates never go down well in many parts of the world, America being far from the exception. We have lost some greats over political disagreements.
DimeBait 路 2016-06-14 11:31:00 路 #2413
I made my way into the Political section yesterday for the first time and quickly made my way out. As suspected, it was full of frustrated chumps.
Huey 路 2016-06-14 12:01:00 路 #2414
What do you think of RSD Madison, WIA?

DimeBait 路 2016-06-14 12:34:00 路 #2415
^^Damn that seems like a lot of work. Maybe his personality is naturally like that, and the end justified the means, but I just couldn't see myself putting in that much effort for a YT chick. Not to racially tinge the convo, but the social dynamics with black women (my preference) seem completely different.
WestIndianArchie 路 2016-06-14 12:45:00 路 #2416
I haven't digested enough of his content, but he has a vid for minorities and I disagree with his approach of exaggerating your culture to make it seem silly. I've got an egg roll for you. That can work, addressing a stereotype and making it seem stupid, but I think if as a man you can maximize what you offer culturally as opposed to trying to minimize it.

I'll reserve judgment of his game til I see more.

But right of off base, he's a non stereotypical black guy that dates/prefers mostly white girls. Like a cool Carleton?

I prefer women of color, but I've dated white bread white chicks before. Rednecks, trailer trash, middle class girls, few upper class chicks, and lots of foreigners. It's all pussy at the end of the night. I've had my fair share of female bullshit from every color of the rainbow. The problems don't change no matter the color, education, job, wealth, or how hot she is.

Moma said it best, I'm a man, she's woman.

I think some of the guys here might relate to him, but that gets into a long discussion about what is the average black man?

From what I've seen, I don't relate to him, or Justin Wayne, or Mr.Locario either. I also don't relate to Tariq Nasheed. But I've learned from all of them.

I'd like to run some game with him and pickup some RSD technique, but I feel that way about everyone.

@Moma

Pure diet. Hardly any exercise.

The gyms by the job are either packed or expensive. The city gym is only open to non students for a few hours per day, and the city cut that.

1/1/2016 weighed in at ~ 230 lbs. I'm at 180 right now. About fifty pounds.

Before I got serious, I cut the soda and sweets in that last week of December

Then the protocol is

1) 20 net carbs per day
2) protein - For my frame, 5'10/11, 90-120 grams of protein. There's a calculator online

That's about 560 calories right there.

For most beef, it's about 7 grams of protein per ounce, so 112 grams of protein is a 1 lb/16 oz steak.

To keep that body weight of 230, i probably needed about 2000-2300 calories per day.

I cut my calories to about 1700-1900. Nothing too severe. So to get to 1700 a day, that's 1100 calories of fat, but there are 9 calories of per gram of fat. So that's 120 grams of fat.

The water weight dropped instantly, because carbohydrates help the body retain water and salt.

But the real thing is, that much protein makes you full. After a steak dinner at 6:30 most people won't be hungry until the next morning.

Diet made me so full that I didn't eat anything close to my starting weight maintenance.

Weight was coming off easily and regularly.

I added one more piece to the puzzle, my last meal of the night will probably be around 9 pm. I won't eat tomorrow until 3 pm. I'll eat the same amount of calories over three meals in two. But the time that I'm not eating my body gets the energy from the fat stores.

The science of why and how is all over the place. Without getting into that, I know it works differently than typical diets.

Lunch today is chicken tikka with cauliflower. Tonight I might throw back 12 buffalo wings and celery.

A few days ago it was pork chops stuffed with fontina cheese and basil. Peppers stuffed with ground beef or ground turkey. Salmon with broccoli rabe.

The downside is that if you don't cook, you're at the mercy of the world around you.

Supplements because the diet dehydrates you
- potassium to stop leg cramps
- magnesium to keep digestion regular
- salt to stop lightheadedness

If you lift, your lifts will suffer at first. But after about a month they go back to norm. If you're an endurance athlete, you can now go "forever" on your fat stores.

Sweets - regular stuff starts to taste sweet. Strawberries that used to taste like water are very sweet to me. Shrimp and cashews to.

Alcohol - no beer, everything else is fine. But since you're much less hydrated, it hits you quicker with less, and your hangover is worse.

Cheats - the strict version doesn't allow it.

Went to see family last month, three days of traditional Jamaican food (cassava but no rice and peas) - I lost weight.

Two weeks ago went to see friends. Standard American diet, gained 10 lbs.

It was water weight, but I just got back to pre trip weight a few days ago.

I can't say enough good things about the keto diet.

Good info.

I've been doing a similar keto diet for the past six weeks. Haven't kept track of my actual pounds but I can tell when I button my pants, latch my belt, or wear a suit that was snug in the past. My goal is to loose 40-50lbs by the end of summer. I went a month straight, with no cheat/carb-up days, but have recently added 24hr carb-up/cheat day.
My appetite is shot, even on my cheat day I find myself forcing it. The drawback is I have to actually cook, but when I do order out I just delete the bread. I keep low-carb tortillas in my car for on the go meals. I follow a bunch of Keto folks on isntagram so I see a ton of delicious creative low carb meals in my feed to keep me motivated. I lost about 60 lbs on the same diet a few years back so I know it works and it's EASY.
WestIndianArchie 路 2016-06-14 14:52:00 路 #2419
Yeah my appetite is under control.
My week on the standard diet was weird because food tasted funny to me. Pointless water weight gain and no compensatory pleasure.

I'm doing something similar. MY macro ratios are 70% fat, 25% protein, and 5% carbs.

7-day suspension.

Newbie insulting the membership, while having temerity of a calling himself "dime bait." Possible troll.

Just stumbled upon WIA's site. I'm supposed to be studying for this exam, but clearly I'm not. Good stuff WIA.
On another note, just heard this song for the first time today. Thought I figured out the lyrics on the first couple of listens, but then it all made sense. Mostly.

Do y'all think it would be feasible to start a travel forum geared to and controlled by brothers, based on incidents like this? If so I willing to push forward with this.
rudebwoy 路 2016-06-16 11:39:00 路 #2425
If you feel it is feasible then do it, are others interested in travelling or is it just about getting laid.

I joined this forum because of the travel stories, we use to have some great contributors but they have since moved on.

I repeat, Moma and I started the podcast to encourage black american guys to travel.
