What do you guys think is more fruitful for black men: Day game or night game? Online game is obviously in last place for black men. I've focused 99% on night game but I'm thinking of shifting towards day game because it has advantages like no competition, no loud music, more ability to ramble, etc.

I've done day game since May 2012. It's been my preferred method of game because I never did well in bars and clubs even when I was going out 3-4 nights a week. So, in my view:

Advantages:

1. You virtually have no male competition since it is rare for men to approach women they don't know during the day.

2. Since it is ideal to approach women who are by themselves, you don't have to worry about her friends cockblocking you or having to win their approval; it's just you and the girl.

3. You don't have to be gimmicky, funny or have high energy; all you need to do have a normal conversation.

4. Interactions are shorter. You can typically get a solid number after 5-10 minutes of conversation.

5. You can do it during the course of your day and don't have to stay out late at night. Day game is more preferred if you have to go to work the next day and don't want to stay out late at night

6. When compared to the night time, women are less likely to be rude to you or find a reason to reject you

7. You can meet a wider range a women that you normally wouldn't meet. I also think the quality of women I have met during the day time has been better.

Disadvantages

The biggest disadvantages when compared to club and bar game is that in those situations, women know and are open to men they don't know approaching them. Also, women are more likely to be single. Whereas, during the day, there is no such filter. So:

1. A lot of women have boyfriends

2. Some women don't want to meet men they don't know

3. Some women may not know that you are trying to pick them up if you approach indirect and it may be overwhelming if you have a strong direct approach. In bar and clubs, if you talk to a woman for any reason, she'll likely assume you are hitting on her.

3. In clubs, it is easy to get a high volume of approaches. In day game, it may feel like a waste going out specifically to game and only getting 1-2 approaches in 1 hour.

In my opinion, unless you are bringing girls home the night you meet them on a somewhat regular basis, it is just better to do day game. It is a pain dealing with all the stuff you have to deal with in night game. Especially since if you don't care for bars and clubs.

If you are going to do day game, it is best to do it a) during the course of the day, b) go to venues that specifically have the type of woman you are looking for or c) go to a place with high volume.

I normally go to shopping malls or health food stores because those are reliable places where you can find good looking women that are in shape. Also, you can do a lot of volume if you go those locations and don't have to waste an hour for only 1 or 2 approaches. I suppose college campus are good too.

As far as to how to relates to black men, I can say that I dated women of other races that likely never or rarely dated a black guy before because they never been approached by one or they worried what their friends would think. With night game, she's around her friends so she has to be worried about their opinion of her.
Fortis 路 2016-06-26 20:32:00 路 #2503
I think black guys invented cool, so night game is probably where our potential is highest. People's inhibitions are lowered and while everyone else is being introverted and sophisticated a black man can use his natural gift for gab and pull chicks.

That said, I like day game and online game more. I am naturally very very relaxed so i think my style is more suitable for talking to a girl and getting her to instadate. I'm very disarming in that way. I do enjoy the spontaneity of night game, but I don't think it's the perfect fit for me. But I will concede that it is probably better for most black men.

Day game is imperative. Practice every minute of your life by just being outgoing, talkative, and approachable. I have a resting pissed off face, so I have to constantly be cognizant of the vibes I'm giving off. Simply smiling at people can go along way.
Fortis 路 2016-06-27 11:36:00 路 #2505
What's up with those black dudes you see abroad who won't even looking your way and nod? You guys experience this? I always find it pretty uncool. I'm not the friendliest dude out there, but if I see another black dude traveling in some spot where I usually don't meet other blacks, I usually at least have a moment for a "what's up, man? What brings you to china?"

Perhaps I'm reading too much into it, but I almost think that sort of thing (ignoring people like you) is an intentional thing.
DimeBait 路 2016-06-27 11:43:00 路 #2506
I know when I moved to the SouthWest, I was elated whenever I seen another brother and would always give or look for the "nod." Now that I've been here for awhile, I find myself not thinking about it much and just wanting to go about my day. I suspect new(er) cats are looking at me the same way I was when I arrived. However, in a country such as China, where it's probably rare to see another black cat, that does seem a bit odd.

This is common overseas, some dudes feel threatened if you are on their "turf". If you dress a certain way, they can tell you are from North America.

I had one mofo stop in Zagreb and ask me where I was from. I told him NYC which is my general response, he quizzed me as to what part. I gave him my cousin's address and he bowed his head in defeat.

One thing I have always admired about American black guys, is that they are always friendly when they see you and give you the nod.

I'm not upset when I don't get a nod but I usually will give a courteous nod in acknowledgement.

I have been walking down the street with a chick once and a brother gave me the nod and she asked me how do I know how him? LOL

That is a better way to look at it.

WIA

1-3 a day during the weekdays, 5-7 a day on weekends since I have more free time.

I know some days I am busy or tired and won't be able to approach so I try to focus on doing about 20 a week. 20 is a good number where I can get a least one solid number that leads to a date but not so many approaches where I am burned out and don't feel like approaching anymore or have to sacrifice my hobbies. I have to make it sustainable.

I was watching "Whats Love Got to Do With It" yesterday and it reminded me of a thread in the forums about TV/Movie characters with game. What I can relate to is a bit outside the mainstream such as, Ike Turner, as portrayed by Lawrence Fishburne. He had some serious game in that movie. Yes, he later went batshit crazy, but during his earlier years he was smooth as could be. I specifically noticed his demeanor, eye contact, and authoritative style. Especially how he ran game on AnnaMae's mama, lol

Any black characters or real life celebrity's that personify true game to you guys?

[email protected] Cosby before the drug game hahahaha. Is it game to bag Katie Holmes? I heard he has impregnated her
WestIndianArchie 路 2016-07-01 08:16:00 路 #2517
She's generally considered hot, not really my favorite flavor of vanilla.

I get the feeling that Jamie is a player.

If we can count Derek Jeter as one of us (his dad is black) then he's up there as an athlete that really knew how to leverage his wealth and fame. Unlike Swaggy P and Iggy Azalea

For the guys on here who have African passports, will you be taking advantage once the pan-African passport and visa free travel are enacted in 2018 for all 54 countries?

E-Passports will be issued to 'the ruling class' next month, in 2018 a continental passport will be issued and visa free travel will be enacted across the whole continent (for passport holders only).

Is this the next pussy paradise? Especially for the upper middle class? Is this a good move? Will you be tempted to get a hold of such a passport?

This is definitely a good move on behalf of the AU countries. Though I've never been, I can not wait to visit as soon as I'm able!

Sounds like a nightmare in bureaucracy.

I'm all for it though. Africa is the future.

It's interesting that this happened so quick. Africans don't agree often. It's even more intriguing that it's happening as Western Europe and America are beginning to retrench from the global integration that has occurred since WW2.

Is global money looking for an exit if shit hits the fan in the west in the next several decades? Nigeria's Buhari has brought in sweeping neoliberal economic reforms in the past few months, shocking even the markets, the Economist recently wrote "too good to be true".

I'm not big on conspiracies, but the speed at which the initiative seems to be implemented points to some kind of behind the scene incentive.
