A forum would be fairly cheap, unless it became very popular. There's not a lot of ways to make it pay for itself.

Good forums charge their members.

What new ideas would be discussed that have not been discussed already?
WestIndianArchie 路 2016-06-16 13:29:00 路 #2428
Some of the discussions within this thread need their own posts.

And guys have talked about chicks since we crawled out of the primordial ooze. It's evergreen and multifaceted

What is really missing is a bunch of guys going out, trying new stuff and reporting back. Wins, losses, experiments. Be it game or business or anything.

That's what I'm looking for.

I think many guys are not looking to go into war zones to find women. Most guys are searching for places that you just simply show up.

As you stated before, guys want to swipe left. Online game seems easier, but i don't see the type of girls I like online.

Many of us look for low hanging fruit, for me it never tastes sweet.

If we make the sacrifices like learning a new language or leaving our lazy-boy/cable tv lifestyle, then there are great rewards out there to be had.

I am in total concert with the concept of guys going out and trying new stuff. Maybe it's due to settling for the yield being reaped or some guys truly don't have that excitement about the hunt and discovering new grounds. Very few guys breathe game in their very essence so that it doesn't seem like a chore to them.

Anything where one has to 'try' becomes an effort and burnout soon occurs.

I do agree with field results. Although I see the power in the swipe left, click here game, I do think that talking to a lizard in person will never be outdated.

I personally always do better in person than I do from a visual. My intangibles, not easily captured in a pic always blossom far greater in person. Lizards have told me this, this is not a personal toot of the trumpet.

I will loosely nominate myself for the field results role. Although I'm on a paper chase currently, I think two local excursions a week isn't too much to ask for. I encourage others to follow suit. Don't worry about failure, it's the participation in the hunt that counts.

I wanna start doing some fun experiments as well. Unlike many people on here, I've always had a soft spot for the "mad scientist" angle of game pioneered by guys like Mystery.

My first experiment will most likely be approaches/lays while wearing glasses vs. No glasses. Inspired by recent threads and posts I've read.

Walkingman, that is excellent. Keep us fully updated.

I am 100% willing to try new things.... I am starting to travel within Europe more as ive been here for years and havent done much... (BIG mistake on my part) I spent most of my time and money on trying to crack this city I'm and I have to say while I am pretty connected here... I failed at getting into the large social circle.

Hi all. I used to follow this thread back in the first few pages and feel I am one of these brainwashed men. I don't usually go out and do much so I'm not really sure what the first step in practicing game is. It seemed like travelling is the first step back when I listened to the first podcasts. I'm willing to go try new things and report back on my experiences.

It is unreal the difference in response I get from online dating to talking to girls in person while I'm out... its just night and day.

I just started Tinder for the first time two days ago.. nothing but crickets!! In person.... completely the opposite. I even had a third date yesterday with a 23 year old and I am mid 30s.. Mind boggling!
WalkingMan 路 2016-06-20 09:13:00 路 #2436
^yeah man I hate online dating. My pictures must be terrible because I never get responses on OKC.

I'm actually gonna invest in some pro pics and do more research on making a better profile. It's too good of a tool not to use, but I have to put more time and effort into it to make it work. I'm busy enough these days.

I don't think its my pictures as I can take somewhat professional pictures of myself using a DSLR and Tripod and I also have some pics taken by a pro.

Honestly think its a racial thing. I can only attract african women online here in Germany. I don't even look African LOL

The difference in response I get from online vs. day game is so striking, I don't even bother with online game anymore.

I could send out a hundred of emails and wouldn't get a reply. On tinder, I would mostly match with bots and when I matched with real women, they looked far, far worse than what I could get in real life.

If I do 100 day time approaches, it is all but 100% guaranteed that I'll go on dates with at least a couple of good looking girls.

Day game can be tiring at times, especially if I go out with the explicit purpose of meeting women as opposed to doing day game on the course of my normal activities. But the women I meet during the day is so much higher quality that it is worth it. Not to mention you know that the women you meet really are attractive, you vibe with them and aren't weird, as opposed online dating.

Online is great for women and guys that can get it to work for them. In fact, I am envious of the latter. But it's a pain trying to compete with hundreds of guys for a woman that's not that attractive.

Last summer, I was in a bar with a mate. He started talking about online dating, the waitress was a hot looking Romanian. She overheard the conversation and was asking my mate a few questions, I looked at her and asked if she tried it. The look she gave me was priceless, as if to say why the fcuk would she need to do that.

Again if it works for you, then good for you.

It seems to me that girls are still "lonely" despite the attention they may get online.
WalkingMan 路 2016-06-20 13:11:00 路 #2440
^^Various men whose posts I've read have all said the same thing: That the quality of women you can meet during the day is higher anyway, and far less unknown variables. Cements my decision not to waste time on it.

I still feel the need to buckle down one day and give it my best effort ever, though. But the idea of putting that off for talking to girls in real time is much more tantalizing.

I like the instant gratification of meeting women in the real world.

What I would like to do is start talking to other African-American guys who are good at the online game and see what they do.

If you want something, find 5 people who already have it and become friends with them, right?

Great perspective though. I can't help but feel a little deflated whenever I remember my paltry results. I think this is the real reason why I avoid it. In the end, it's my choice to make whether I use it or not.

I enjoy using online sites like tinder and OKC. I've gotten good responses and a good amount of lays from it.

My pictures? One of me on the beach so I can show off my body
A suit picture
A clear face photo
A Action photo.

It also has to do with where you live. For instance, I'm in the great lakes area where interracial dating isn't exactly popular like it is on the west coast or bigger cities. I'm still getting a pretty good amount of pulls from it but when I travel to Europe/WestCoast/Large cities I notice that I do even better.

Usually I'm pulling 6s and 7s off the dating site as well. I do get the occasional 8 but that's only once or twice a year.

Good Comment!

The same mate was talking about his friend, tall, caramel looking black guy who does modelling and some TV work.

The same model was complaining about his white friend (not a model) who was receiving way more messages from girls online (POF). The white guy was even turning away girls that the black guy had tried to message.

For me that says it all.

Yes, I know in some markets the tables will be turned in my favour.
WestIndianArchie 路 2016-06-20 14:39:00 路 #2444
Most guys aren't willing to put in the work required to make great profiles.

Plus chicks are totally racist and classist online because no one is making them interact in real life with "guys that aren't her type"

But this move towards online interaction means that your offline skills don't need to be razor sharp. Your competition has been enfeebled by modern technology.

Online dating makes discrimination easier and women pickier.

If a woman has a only slight preference for white guys and is willing to date men of other races but receives hundreds of messages from well put together white guys then she doesn't need to consider men of other races.

If that same woman was approached offline, she wouldn't be as selective since she guys aren't approaching her like that.

From what I understand though, online dating is very location based. I have heard about black guys doing well in Minnesota and out west.

Another thing, the biggest advantage of approaching in person is that it is easier to tell jokes, create a smooth conversation, use body language and so on. You lose all of those advantages online. Those are necessary skills for even if you got the woman off line, if your vibe isn't right, you aren't going to get her. A lot of women switch to online dating because they complain that they can't meet guys in real life. So if you are approaching in person you are already ahead of the pack.

I wouldn't take rejection online though. It really doesn't convey who you are and it just gives women too much choice. Even ugly women who in earlier times wouldn't receive a second look can get attention. It makes the modern woman too arrogant. I don't want to feed into the already large ego of the modern western woman.

I can't lie though. The ease of online dating is fantastic and if it did work for me, I'm sure I'd feel differently.

Are you black?

Of course thats why im here with you guys. Just light skinned.

Just got another hit on Tinder again... another black girl! Interesting.

So just to tally it up.

I got:

- A suit pic and dressed down pic
- 72 Hours on tinder
- 2 Black or African hits and Zero white or any other nationality hits..
- Location.. Cologne, Germany.

I just wanted to post this up for all the brothers here with think Germany is easy.. Its a grind out here for anything of higher quality.

The only thing I wonder is if i posted a beach body pic would it make a difference but I dont think so. I don't have one anyways.

All my white German friends here are killing it on Tinder. Dodgy

Tinder is image driven, so you need magazine quality composed pictures as a black man. Not just bathroom selfies and candid party pics. Blurred sevens thread touches on it. The picture has to tell a story.

And since a chick is really just going off of primal instinct,, showing how to tastefully show off your body is key. If that means staging a soccer game or beach volleyball game where you're shirtless, then so be it.

And a medium that is not entirely picture driven, like okcupid will be more fruitful because you have more tools to work with.

I still think that you're better off building a social circle and also developing your real face to face game. Being able to work a crowd, meet strangers and even introduce stranger to stranger, defuse haters,, block orbiters, and beat the competition will serve you better. You become very attractive when she sees you in action.

Plus The hottest chicks are not really meeting guys on tinder.
