I guess when I say "The Democrats will run the country top to bottom" I guess I should clarify that with "what the Democrats stand for today will be the heavy majority and the rule of law in 10 years". There's indications that the Right hasn't really shifted much while the Left has gone full retard.

I highly suspect that the claimed shift in the Overton window of the Right is to some extent a con-job designed to make the sellouts in the R party appear less traitorous.

The same tactic is used in Australia and probably most Western nations. It's hard not to notice that the so called Right wing parties govern much further left than their average constituents would like while the Left wing parties give their lunatics precisely what they want as often as they can. Here in Australia the MSM refer to centrist governance as "Right wing policy" and the so-called Right wing politicians play along with the whole charade.

Don't fall for it. The Right is just about as Right as it ever was but the MSM and the deep state will go to great lengths to gaslight you otherwise.

What this means in practical terms is that there will be a visceral shift away from politics from people who no longer have a voice among either the D's or the R's. "They're all left wing scumbags" is a rapidly increasing sentiment and will lead to secessionist rationales growing as time goes on.

This has been going on for a long time. 100 years in some cases. The "conservative" parties job is to be the Washington Generals. Go out and put on a show, pretend to put up a good fight but just barely lose this time. It keeps the moral majority satisfied because in their mind someone is fighting for them and they will win next time. Eventually the clock runs out and the immortal becomes the majority and they rule the country.

I agree. Even Bill Maher, which is fairly moderate in some aspects (especially anti-feminism and anti middle east agenda), can't get over the Muller report. This forum is about on par with your average midwestern gun club in terms of political views, with nicer language. It's mostly Civic Nationalist town.
