Quote:Student loans have an attractive feature that most debt doesn’t have: payments can adjust to current income levels. Direct federal student loans enable borrowers to apply to make their payments a fixed percent of their discretionary income, with the percent ranging from 10 percent to 20 percent depending on the program. These programs also set a maximum number of years that people have to pay, up to 25 years, and any debt remaining at the end of that period is forgiven.

There are other advantages that student loans have over most other forms of debt. During periods of unemployment, a borrower can apply to suspend payments on federal student loans until the borrower resumes work (note this doesn’t apply to private student loans). And interest paid on these loans is tax deductible up to $2,500 annually

Will that be enough to get most of the Bernie bros to say "I'm with Her"?
It's still unclear just how much damage, if any, the news about no FBI charges will do to Hillary, Comey was pretty scathing in his press conference but ultimately took no action against her.
Quote:Donald Trump's fundraising sprang to life in June, pulling in a $51 million for the month and smashing totals from all previous months.
The campaign said slightly more than half of which came from the team's burgeoning digital and small-dollar operation, between the campaign itself and its joint venture with the Republican National Committee.

It seemed that more of them were angry at the way the FBI investigation turned out than Trump's supporters were, which makes sense given that Trump's supporters probably expected it (as we did), compared to the Bernie people holding out hope that their man would "win the FBI primary." Now that's gone.
Imagine how you'd feel if you saw someone that you thought (as do I) was a good, honest man who actually cared about you and the country to now get screwed over in many ways in favor of this CROOK that would have at the very least had her career ruined if not actually be put in jail if her name wasn't Hillary Clinton. You'd be livid.
What Hillary needed was the recency effect to soften herself and shore up her support with Bernie's supporters, but this is going to loom over the entire campaign now. I've heard that anywhere from 10 to 40% of Bernie's supporters say they'll never back Hillary. 10 is bad (but can be overcome), 40 is catastrophic.
Trump needs to make himself less scary and begin to reframe the "racist" card soon, like Scott Adams suggested. We may already be seeing the beginning of that. This is worth a read: https://t.co/PtqniMj2s1 It's from Trump's Jewish son in law and brings up the Nazis and how he knows what real oppression is like from first-hand family history, compared to the word salad that gets thrown around over nothing by the perpetually triggered.
This is what he needs right now. Choose a non-scary VP, run on wars, trade, secure borders, and JOBS, JOBS, JOBS, and then reframe the race card by showing how Hillary and Bill are racists and how they hurt minorities while he's employed thousands. Use surrogates like his son in law, Ben Carson, and so on to tell stories about "real oppression" compared to SJW triggers, and above all, be very careful about the confirmation bias of the aggrieved. Also try to get more riots and attacks with Mexican flags at his rallies.

House Democrats roughed up Sen. Bernie Sanders in a closed-door session Wednesday after he deflected questions about when he would formally back Hillary Clinton for president, with a group of members booing him at one point, according to three Democrats who attended the meeting.
The vast majority of House Democrats endorsed Clinton's candidacy early in the primary process, but Sanders was invited to attend the weekly meeting as a courtesy extended to all presidential candidates. When Clinton appeared last month, she was applauded and praised for her commitment to help Democrats regain control of Congress this fall.
Many Democrats have been reluctant to publicly criticize Sanders for continuing his campaign because they want to ensure that the supporters he activated through the long primary contest will come out and vote for the Democratic ticket in November. But some members let out their frustration with the Vermont senator Wednesday morning, with one member calling Sanders' appearance before the caucus a "total display of self-obsession."
During the discussion, Sanders told the group "the goal is not to win elections" and took a dramatic pause, before adding that the aim was to win the battle of ideas, according to multiple sources in the room.
A series of Democrats pressed Sanders to say when he would end his efforts and endorse Clinton and work to unite the party. But after Reps. John Garamendi of California, Mark Takano of California and Joyce Beatty of Ohio, failed to get a concrete answer from the senator, roughly a dozen members booed him inside the room.
During one exchange several members chanted "timeline, timeline" when Sanders' sidestepped a question on when he would back Clinton.
Asked about his message to the House Democratic Caucus, Sanders said as he left the session, "We've got to get a large voter turnout. If we get a large voter turnout, Democrats will regain control of the Senate and I believe they're going to take the House back."
House Democratic Caucus Chairman Xavier Becerra, who presided over the meeting, said he never heard any boos during the session, but downplayed the dissent, saying the discussion was "animated." He said members did focus on the need to unify, and Sanders informed House Democrats that Clinton was announcing her support for his approach on college affordability.
The number two House Democrat, Rep Steny Hoyer, told reporters he was sitting in the front row during the meeting with Sanders and didn't hear anyone booing. He said Sanders told Democrats he would do all he could to defeat Donald Trump this fall and he took that to say he was backing Clinton. He described some members as being "anxious" about Sanders' answer about when he would endorse Clinton.
Virginia Rep Gerry Connolly took issue with some descriptions of the meeting on Twitter, saying, "Bernie was respectfully received by Caucus. Some disagreements, yes, but a friendly venue" and "Sanders was reflective and thoughtful in responses. Expressions of disagreement are NOT booing."

He also despises Trump. He still has many devout followers. Some say he's stressed as fuck because he's facing mounting pressure to endorse Clinton and pull the plug on his campaign. Apparently he was booed by a lot of Clinton supporting democrats for not having endorsed her.
I've said for months that Trump needs to figure out a way to reel in Bernie supporters, as many of them share some core values with Trump supporters.

I disagree, he needs to use enough negative attack ads to make the Bernie supporters stay home instead of go to Hillary. Expecting them to jump on the Trump train isn't very realistic. Bernie and Trump are miles apart for the most part
