OP seems to have the sort of tunnel-vision hardheaded mentality I've seen in a lot of successful entrepreuners. Good for business, bad for all other areas of life. You'd be surprised of the type of social incompetence and lack of common sense I've seen in guys ESPECIALLY if they made their money in some sort of very specific niche.

1. Game and money have very little correlation. Good looking guys will always be scoring poon. Many of my wealthy friends / clients are shacked up with very average to awful looking women. However, many of my friends who are bartenders or "sort of employed" are banging tail I can only dream about. One of my friends lives at home with his mommy and daddy to "save up to buy a house" and is dating one of the hottest girls I know. Bonus: he makes her pay money to take the train over to his parents' house. Use your money on yourself and stuff you like. You can bang women with cheap shots of whiskey and PBR.

2. I make a good amount of money, and I do all my own grocery shopping and laundry. It's not hard to bike to the market, pick out what I want, and then bike home. I don't feel like sitting around all day and waiting for Instacart; doing it myself is quicker and easier.

While I do my own laundry, I get my suits dry cleaned and dress shirts laundered, though.

But I've given this some thought and here's some ideas I've been contemplating because I'm very interested in making this happen in the near future.

One way is to throw small parties. I was looking at AirBnB in Los Angeles and you can get a beachfront property in Malibu or the Pacific Palisades for 1k a night. And you get mansions on the top of Hollywood Hills for 1k to 3k a night. Or you can charter a small yacht out in Newport Harbor for about 5k and have a yacht party.

I would imagine that if you and couple of good buddies got 5 girls to come to your yacht party or your Malibu beach party, then everyone's getting laid.

The problem is getting hot girls to these parties when you or your close friends don't have the social circle to get them there. That's the big question.

My second idea would be to rent warehouse space or event space and throw private events but on a larger scale.

I was thinking renting warehouse space to throw a private, invite-only EDM party using social media to invite people. I would hire security, stock a bar, charge a small cover and take a small cut from the drug sales in the bathroom. Then I could have a VIP area reserved for me, some friends and the hottest girls at the event.

Or I can rent event space and throw events that girls like. Maybe a fashion event, a wine tasting event, or a "big dog" show or a better yet, a big dog and tattoo show. You could also use Eventbrite to promote it.

I would imagine I would need to invest 8k to 12k to throw the bigger events, but at least I can try to recoup that money from door sales to break even.

If you don't already have girls in your life or game and most importantly a lifestyle to keep them, you're essentially putting the cart before the horse.

To get access to these hot girls, you need to provide value first or a perception that you have value. You need to pull them into your world. You need an angle to achieve this.

You can now contact most girls and get a reply since you're perceived as important. Girls now want a piece of your followers pie and be a part of your awesome life.

Now you have an army of IG models to invite to your parties but don't bite the hand that feeds you. Treat your models with care. If words gets out that you're sleazy, you're done. But I agree that IF a guy has that type of income coming in, they have plenty of cushion to take some chances with their money on the types of things that you mentioned in your post. For a so-called high income dude, guy sounds way too cheap & stingy. Great advice. Seems like Instagram is the quintessential marketing tool you need in 2018 to quickly show value to a 20 something chick. I am extremely behind (virtually non-existent) in my Instagram game partly because I am a mid-30's somewhat recently divorced dude. quick update.

I spent just over $600 over the past 3 nights to rent an air b and b within walking distance of the nightlife.

Unfortunately, I did not fuck any girls these 3 nights.

I'm confident I would have taken someone home tonight but I ended up almost getting into a fight which ruined my mood and kind of fucked everything up.

It felt good to be so close to the action again; its been years since I lived in the busy nightlife area and I forgot what thats like.

I'm going to continue to get air b and bs on nights where I go out.

After the incident tonight I'm also planning to hire bodyguards/security when I go out.

I just dont want to deal with bull shiet like tonight going forward.

If anyone has any experience with security/bodyguard services please let me know what I can expect as far as rates for this.

Yeah, as much as I dislike instagram....I've been messaging hoes on IG and the first thing they do is request to follow me (I turned it private to force some interaction such as requesting me). Since I dislike "taking pics for the moment" of my food/trips/etc....it's mostly empty so hoes don't reply as much. Gonna step it up and push myself out of the boundary zone by taking more pics and sharing it.

@OP: Why do you feel the need to hire muscle? We need to "analyze" what put you in this situation in the first place. Never been in a situation where I needed to fight someone, nor do most people. You're making 30k pre-tax. Not a celebrity. Do you think you will get into fights every time you go out? a bodyguard would be useless most of the time. If you keep getting into fights, its not other people. Its you.

This is great, thanks. So just thinking out loud here arguably the best way to leverage money for more women is to invest in a curated IG.

I'm a little late to the party but I'll make a couple of observations, with the assumption that OP isn't a troll.

I'm also assuming that OP is generally looking for are women who are very concerned with their appearance and attractiveness. The kind of girls that dress really well, have (or could have) 100k followers on IG, BMI below 20, looks good in a bikini with visible abs, etc.

$40k a month, working more than 30 hours a week, isn't really enough to buy your way into superstar status in any major city and it's not going to get you the lifestyle that will <i>easily<I> get you laid with these types women. After taxes, depending on where you live, it comes out to around $24k. A panty dropping place (over 1700 sq feet, impressive view, expensive appliances and bathroom fixtures) will cost you around $6-10k a month alone - wherever you live. Add a $100k sports car and really nice clothes into the mix and you'll find it doesn't go THAT far. In order to get passive sexual income from women of that calibre, you must be VERY high income - more than $1.5 million pretax passive. (Multiple residences, exclusively first class or net jets travel, multiple $100k+ vehicles.) That level of wealth will get women of that calibre to throw themselves at you. Otherwise, you're looking at working for it.)

Also, the fact that your business is dependent "on Amazon" means that it's possible that the revenue could dry up or be shut down entirely and quickly (ask any moderately-controversial YouTuber). This means that you must save a significant percentage of your income, more than a surgeon, banker or other high-income profession. Unless the income is diversified and passive, you're not really "independently wealthy" (think a bunch of different real estate properties, businesses with their own management, or a municipal bond portfolio).

Very attractive women under the age of 25 aren't as much interested in money as they are status, experiences and stuff. Their focus and perspective is short term and about immediate gratification. Assuming that you're not hideous, and she's not currently in love with someone else, she will go with you and you two will have at least decent sex.

It's only once they hit around 25-26 that the smart ones start to freak out about securing long term resources and become more deliberate and scheming. (This happens MUCH earlier in the developing world, obviously.)

Depends where OP is located. He can pull it off with his income in ATL/HTX...even Miami. But he's out of the loop in NYC/LA. Why? He has no social plugs. ATL/HTX/MIA have somewhat cheap housing so you can get a nice spacious place with a view for 3K. A nice Jaguar F-Type goes for like 40K unless you want the best crackle from the R which is 60K. Or you can go for a Viper.....if you want to be really cheap you can buy a Maseratti as they're the poor man's exotic. You can only live in one home and drive one car at time.

His income is not quite enough for "international jetset playboy" status where women are begging for your attention. For that, you're talking millions not just in income, but also in wealth - multiple homes, private jets, etc. That's a long way away.

However, >$20k net/mth is definitely enough to get your foot into the door in the high-end social circles in basically any city, including Los Angeles and NYC. You aren't a "big baller", but you can step onto the court. At that point, it just depends whether you have skills and the fortitude to play the game right.

OP, in order to be successful at this, you will have to reevaluate your entire mindset.

As a lone-wolf club PUA, your entire approach and though process is focused on the PRESENT. If I say this and do that, will this girl go home and fuck me tonight. Not tomorrow, not next week. Tonight. Your entire thought process sounds very reactionary and short-term focused - "I got into a fight, so I will now get a bodyguard", "I got a crib close to the action for a few days and didn't get laid, so it probably isn't worth it", etc.

When you build a social circle and try to make connections with people, you need to think about it as a long-term investment. You need to take each incremental step as a means of building a foundation that will pay out in the LONG-TERM. The goal is to draw people into a circle that you are building, or more likely, to use it as a way into an existing circle.

You need to be comfortable to use some of your $$ as a TOOL to get your way into the door. This means going to spots with expensive as fuck drinks, buying some drinks for a pregame or postgame at your place (even if you don't get laid that night), or even buying a bottle at a promoter table to get tight with a promoter/host.

Here's a personal story:

A few years back, I went out with a buddy of mine, his "model" ex-girl who he was still cool with and was hot as hell, and one of her friends. We went to a club where she knew a promoter and got us inside. While at the promoter table (a free table where people who know the promoter can hang out), the liquor ran low, and my buddy and I drunkenly decided to split a bottle for the table to keep the party going. Here's the short-term and long-term consequences of this action.

Short-term:
-- It was expensive as fuck, esp at the time since I was just out of college. Like $350 each for a fifth of Goose. And each of us only got like 2 shots cause we split the bottle with the others at the table. For that price I could've bought a round-trip ticket to Hawaii.

-- Both girls got sloppy wasted, so neither of us got laid that night. We didn't fuck any other girls at the table either. I think I got a number from one that went nowhere. So zero pussy return.

Long-term:
-- The next day, my friends "model" girl hit us up telling us how grateful they were for taking them out, and invited us the following night to go on a Hummer limo with them, 10 of her model friends (all of whom were 8s and up), and 2 gay guys. We spent the night partying at a few clubs and at a mansion afterparty in Hollywood. Why did it end up feeling (and looking) like college a college dorm instead of a rooming house? The right advertising and aggressive screening. It was Boston, and the whole city feels like a college town sometimes, and it was next to a large commuter college which was transitioning to a more modern style with the college boom (they had no dorms of their own when he started this up). He advertised as "The Dorms for College X" sometimes, especially to foreign students desperately looking for such a set up. He also set up broader advertising to make sure he wouldn't miss a gem going to Harvard either.

College Dorm vibe might not be completely accurate, it was halfway to being a sorority house because he only rented to smokeshow women ("Less aggravation" he claimed, fed into female ego even if obviously untrue). With a big international student population in the city, and his screening ability it skewed heavily foreign as well, girls who had just moved to the States and literally didn't know anyone but him. Even if he had a problem case, college students are so transient they would be gone soon anyway, and he just wouldn't rent to her again after Summer Break.

A couple of other key points - the place had great location public transit wise, you could get anywhere you needed to, he made it look AWESOME, and when your home is awesome, it makes you look awesome. He was running a mini Hugh Hefner game game on a shoe string budget....and it WORKED. The girls would come to him to adjudicate minor disputes between them and they all followed his leadership without question (these were personal qualities, he was ex-military, and you would have to have genuine leadership ability to make this work, it's not just going to happen to you if you're a schmuck).

Another key point - he was charging below market for a beautiful house, so he had his pick of whoever he wanted, but he MADE MONEY off of this, he wasn't losing money. I actually think he made MORE money than the guys using more conventional business models. If he wasn't aggressively screening for highly educated women from the higher stratas of their societies all over the world, there is no way he would have been able to get away with running what was essentially an illegal rooming house for as long as he wanted. Educated, high class people don't end up with police in their business very often. If the police did end up in the area, they're too busy flirting with the hotties to try and mess with their living conditions. So instead of collecting 2 rents and being separated from the hotties, he got to collect rent from every room in the building, and the girls were constantly running around in college tucked-boob-towel style (or damn near negligees) trying to get his attention.

I mean, being next to the party zone where all the young hotties are is great logistics, but living IN the house the hotties pre-party in, and head to for their after hours activities is even better.
