My good friend's girlfriend is a student at the local Art school/uni. She might be able to borrow one. It has to be an SLR really doesn't it.

I'm not too worried if I pull this off or not. I'm doing it purely for fun and for the hell of it.

I need some assistance guys. I've been speaking with this girl on and off for a couple of weeks now but she refused to meet until we'd been speaking for 2 weeks. Once that had passed she agreed to meet but during this time she has moved to the other side of town for a new job. She still agreed to meet but then last night she responded to my confirmation text with a flake saying it's too far to go (1 hour drive) mid week and wants to do a weekend instead.
I don't like doing first dates on weekends and weekends are busy for me in general so any advice on how to get her to get over her travel issue?

Me: Speaking of which are we still on for tomorrow night?
Her: Can we do it next week I still need to get settled around here
Her: Or better yet weekends!

Her: Sorry its just too far
Her: I sleep at 10.30
Me: If we meet at 8 you can be home by 10.30 easily

Sounds like you guys have a pretty funny banter going on with each other. That's great to see. Normally that "I'm pregnant" line wouldn't be advisable, but in your case it would probably get her laughing. It's bold but could work.

Just me, but I always follow up the first day after a bang if I want to keep her in rotation. When I wait too long it ends up being a one time thing. Usually it's a funny picture/quote that doesn't need a reply, then I'll hit her up later in the week to meet up again.

You shouldn't be trying to keep the conversation going you should be pushing for a meet up. It seems like this girl is into you since she hit you up and she is telling you she is free, what more of an invitation do you need apart from her asking you to hang out?
