I think he is a total light weight, has zero accomplishments, and is actually quite dim witted. He's being propped up by cucks because he's hispanic. Sorry, we need more than that.

He's lazy, he doesn't show up for votes in the senate, and rarely shows up on the campaign trail. No one knows what he is doing with his time.

The only things he's done as a senator are absolutely on the wrong side of what most of us stand for. He cosponsored some mattress girl loving - no due process for young men - campus sexual assault legislation. His other "accomplishment" is aligning with Cuck Schumer to give amnesty to the illegals.

Study his "debate" performances. He repeats the same rehearsed lines every "debate." He doesn't even answer the questions give to him. He just launches into his rehearsed shit. He is not smart enough to think on his feet, so his staff has him memorize about a half dozen little speeches. It's all platitudes too "...America is the greatest country on earth...my father was a bartender, and now look at me..."

Liberals are now showing support for Trump, rationalizing it in odd ways. Last night I went out with my friend and his girlfriend, both have been bashing Trump since the summer. Now both are showing tepid support, admitting they'd vote Trump over Hillary. They rationalized it by saying "With Hillary we know what we'll get. Trump will probably royally fuck things up but maybe that'll wake the country up." Right.

Then I read this Bill Maher interview in The Daily Beast where he also admits to being open to Trump:

Mmmm...I don't completely agree. Sure, he's not Obama. Who is? And yes, he is overly "coached". But he does connect with people, more than most candidates. Women love him. I'm not sure how latino's respond to him (he's Cuban, whereas as most Latino's in the US are Mexican and Puerto Rican), but my guess is he can up vote share there. I think he has a shot.

Also, he's smart! He's no lightweight. He's weighed in on foreign policy issues in a way that has been respected by his peers and the DC establishment. Much more so than Cruz or Obama in their first terms. He bungled the immigration thing, was overly political about that. But so were many others.

Anyway, I think he has a chance, and if he doesn't get the nomination, he'll be on someone's short list for VP. If he gets neither, he should run for Governor of Florida in a few years, earn some executive chops, and he may eventually be our first Latino president.
