Lviv is full of Turkish, generally low class and occupying clubs in hordes. Game not existent and definitely not good looking. I saw in the airport approx. 50% of flights from/to Lviv were from Instanbul/Antalya. Although now not many of them in the city.

Yeah as far as Eastern Europe goes you are probably best off in Poland or Hungary

For nightlife better in second tier in Ukraine (lviv, dnipro, kharkow, etc.). Just come back from a great night in second tier UA city. Amazing time, I had a blast and dominated the night, and it was very funny to provocate jeulousy and competition between girls dancing and kissing multiple girls. It seems like being in West but with cute girls and no competition.
I don't really understand how you can suggest Poland. That country is terrible, incredibly arduous compared to Ukraine and girls are a lot uglier and with bad attitude...

If you're into nightlife I suggest you to go to Moscow. It has probably the best nightlife in East Europe. Lots of bars and clubs (every kind) and you can party from Monday to Sunday if you know the right people. With this exchange rate it isn't as expensive as it used to be (still more expensive than Kiev though)

As far as the nightlife in Kiev goes, you have to understand there isn't much of a middle class in Kiev or in Ukraine. Most normal girls simply can't afford to go out on Friday/Saturday night every week. They only hit the bars/clubs in the center once per month (or less).
That being said, it doesn't mean they stay home, especially in the summer....you can see them taking a walk in the city center (summer) or they go to some bars/karaoke outside the city center or they go to the students' clubs where quality is lower than the high end clubs.
In high end clubs in Kiev is mostly semi pro, tables and foreigners (or rich local dudes). I'm not a fan either

Online game is easier in Kiev, definitely recomanded, or daygame...much easier to meet normal girls

Wednesday- Saturday are perfectly fine for going out in Kiev. I think the P4P is exaggerated, or maybe I just avoided Arena a bit and didn't see it a ton. Also on Saturdays and Sundays you have the beach clubs. Clubs like UBK will never ever have P4P, just students and young locals. Same thing with Forsage, although 22+ locals will hate on that club. Monday and Tuesday aren't going to be great nightlife, but you can get lucky if you check around a couple places. Alternatively just set up dates for those nights since you'll need 3 dates to get most of your lays anyway.

Are there better places for nightlife, yes. But price and quality of Kiev is hard to beat.

Yes Poland is terrible compared to Ukraine, but Poland is much easier and the girls speak English.

It was in winter, and I stayed in the 'Old City', and went to top restaurants (for Ukraine), Opera House, culture, etc. The only time I saw the Turks was in the "White Rabbit" strip joint.

@BangBoy123: this is a bit a stereotype, then surely everything depends by the person, maybe you were more lucky, but at the moment I regard Ukraine and FSU easier than Poland for ONS and quick lays.

Agree Thursday nights is always crap. My best Thursday nights were always in Coyote Ugly. But its a bar not for every taste. And also it can be a hit or miss. You can be lucky and there are a few bachalorette parties going on on Thursday night or it can be completely dead.

My first night ever in Kiev was a thursday.. I almost cried.. went to Banka and Sorry babushka. Arena.. I liked The Cake for day time ( 36 girls to 3 guys, me included) and Sky Bar and The Bar at night (and also the sports bets bar downstairs, where I watched Sporting - Benfica and made some Ukranian and Turks new Benfica's fans )

The Bar still my favourite in Arena, can't be many Western Style bars like this in Ukraine where everyone is standing and it's easy to mingle.

Thursdays can be v good, although I don't usually go to Kreschatik/Arena area on a Thurs. Worst day of the week is Tuesday, nothing really going on anywhere.

A semi-pro is a woman who is a whore only on certain days of the week. Mon-Wed-Fri for example. On the other days she goes on dates like a regular civilian. That's my understanding anyway.

The Bar depresses me...makes me wish I was back home pulling in Cais Sodré or Bairro Alto. It is normally a small number of sub par chicks 49ers, the occasional depressed and alone expat, other foreign male tourists, and very once in a while there is groul of hot chicks, but always well mate guarded by rich local guys. Not even in weekend has quality. It was a trend that already faded.

Could well be, haven't been there in some time, although when I was there it had plenty of hotties.

Let's face it, the nightlife in Kiev has pretty much ground to a halt in the last few years, i'm surprised some established places are still in business. Nevertheless, there are fun nights to be had, and plenty of beauties on the streets

I think the answer that the Maidan revolution combined with the devaluation of the local currency plus the economic downfall caused this is a bit too easy.

Some veterans might chime in here with some more insight but I was in Kiev before all that shit went down and even back then the nightlife was not too impressive. It was better but I was also not blown away by it.

Also people complaining about the influx of sex tourists now. Before the whole crisis this was even more insane. I remember the old days at Vodka bar. This place was packed with Arabs, Americans etc. looking for P4P adventures. Same with Shooters.

I personally think that the average "good" Kiev girl is not a party girl and rather goes for a walk in the park or eat cake and drink tea on the weekends rather than getting drunk and get approached nonstop by locals and foreigners.

And finally over the past five years nightlife is on the decline everywhere in the world. Even places like Ibiza or Moscow are not the places for nightlife anymore that they used to be. The smarthpone/instagram/tinder culture keeps younger people away from partying and hooking up in clubs and bars.

But yeah it has been discussed already several times her on this forum. Kiev is ideal for a guy like me who loves to party hard Fridays and Saturdays and spend the other days with working, going to the gym go for dates and in general enjoy quiet evenings. This is okay if you stay in Kiev a couple of weeks but if you just come here for a week and want to hit a bar or a club every night you might be disappointed.

@bangboy123: this comes from my direct observation when it comes to day game and night game, analysing two similar 2nd tier student cities in terms of size, one ukrainian and one polish. There is no match at all, Ukraine wins hands down in terms of easiness to organize dates (in Poland girls are constantly busy), reception from the girls as a western foreigner when opening in day game, overall quality of girls, easiness to pull from clubs, eye contacts as an obvious well dressed foreigner, competition. About English language, in west Ukraine my impression is that it is not worse than in Wroclaw or Krakow. If a girl is interested she will overcome this issue anyway, today afternoon for instance I had a date using mainly google translate and a bit of polish language, it went fine: girls are able to recognize guys doing well their homework, it is not Poland where they don't care if you dress well, have a stable status and a good looks.
