How can you say these girls weren't pros if they are asking for 1k-2k pesos for taxi fare? There's a difference between asking for 100-200 pesos if you brought her to your apartment from the a far location and 2k pesos to get back to her crib.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but these are at least soft pros.

Maybe they live in Manila and the "taxi money" was actually airfare

I once "accidentally" ended up with two semi-pros in my hotel room in Cebu. I didn't know at first that they were pros and was happy about my first threesome until they suddenly asked for 1000 pesos each after the deed was done. I eventually gave them 500 pesos each which is ridiculously cheap for a hooker. So yeah, 1k "taxi money" is definitely too much. You can just get one of the hookers from Mango Square for that money. Or two, if you know how to bargain

Sometimes, it is worth anticipating, specially with younger women. Say " I will pay your taxi.....don't worry about transportation". If she mentions more than that then she is a whore.

Taxi money is a somewhat legit request especially if they live in the boonies and are traveling far to get to you. However, most girls who live in nowheresville also know all the best jeepney/trike/MRT routes and cheap ways to get to you anyways. They will just take whatever taxi money you give them and pocket the difference anyhow.

I agree with you in theory Chinito, and it depends on your age and circumstance. In Brazil, just for offering a taxi, I have gotten laid with a young woman...where it might not have happened otherwise.
Most will refuse and in the end I give it to them anyway. As an older gentleman, I feel ashamed if I let a good girl take a bus at night.

Correct me if I'm wrong: 30 days, but you can request from the embassy ahead of time to extend that to 59 days. After that, you'll have to extend every 6 months and it'll cost, and you'll have to make a border run once a year.

Hmmmm.... ok the Bali trip is getting pushed back till January cause around Christmas time is high season there and the rent is damn near double. So I need to go to the immigration here and extend for at least the extra 29 days. Thats still going to put me needing a extra month or less before I go to Bali in early January. I'm going to toss some pants on and head to immigration after lunch. See what I can find out.

It cost 50 US dollars...you dont need to do anything...it happens automatically on the second extension.
