I've been coming and going to Asia for almost 10 years now.

The first time when I went back to the UK (at 20 years old) for uni was heartbreaking. That was after 6 months of living the dream in Japan.

It gets easier the more times you have done it. Kind of like your first ever breakup.

I've realized that a place is only as good as my mindset. This last 4 months back in England has refreshed me physically and, slowly but surely, financially. Believe it or not, by the end of my last stay in Asia I was bored and burned out... in Tokyo of all places.

Spending time somewhere sub-optimal for game can be a good thing. I'm now ready to destroy everything in my path when I land in BKK next month!

I've really enjoyed my time in Phy Quoc. Put a couple hundred kilometers on the motorbike exploring completely uninhibited beaches. Really beautiful.

That's all going to change though. There are construction projects set to begin on much of this island. Sofitel and Intercontinental both have mega plots of land in development. Disappointing. I'd imagine this island is what some of the thai beach land looked like 15-20 years ago.

Get here if you can before it gets ruined. It's an ideal spot to lay on a beach, ride around on a motorbike and relax. I'd say it's more couples oriented, so don't come here looking to party all night here.

One thing I've been thinking about (and posting in response to) is all of this recent RVF discussion about hot/not, 5s and 10s and which countries have the best women in numbers and at the elite level. And one thing that screams out to me is that there is a lot of conversation about various girls and who gets what in which country, but very little substantiation of that fact in one form or another. The most obvious form of proof would be to post picture (not nudes, necessarily) to (1) substantiate or refute claims of quality/lack thereof w/r/t a certain geographic location and (2) back up personal claims about your form of game working in that location. Very few posters have done this in any form or manner. I've done so, Kai, DreamBig, NonPareleil, and perhaps a few others. And I guess I am more interested in this from newer posters that have few or zero real life interactions with other members, and are making claims of great success in (whatever country).

Its all well and good to say that X city is full of 8-10s and that you wore yourself out. That's great. But there also seems to be a fair amount of grandstanding, of guys doing "grade inflation" for their own egos, and in some extreme cases, we've even seen full-on fabrication.

Even though I work in a creative industry, ultimately, I am a data guy. I am attracted to objective information. I don't want to hear from a poster than he worked his magic and scored a 9 - I want to see a pic, if possible, of said 9, and hopefully one that fulfills the claims - a pic of the two of you redacted is a lot easier to believe than a screenshot from her social media page, though I understand why one would post the latter only.

I'm inviting any of you making such claims (but especially newer posters) to consider, at least where its reasonably possible, to step up. I understand there have been discussions here about having a more private viewing area for photos, but I am not talking about nudes, necessarily (I'll mention that for some reason, when I have posted more explicit photos via links from photo bucket, they seem to break, and I have no idea why). Put up the objective data/photos/information, and that way readers can make their own determination and assign credibility to game, and geographic "benefits" and "detriments," claims more accurately.

^^ Totally agree. It would be cool to have a sub forum or thread for this. I think that only members with 3 reps+ should have access, which would make things a bit safer privacy-wise and encourage people to post. Of course faces could still be blurred out. However, I think Roosh has said that he wants the whole forum to be accessible to all so not sure if this would fly.

Agreed also. I also think its a good idea having a private by invite only sub-forum for posting pics. We have that on my local Scottish forum and it works great to see who are the ones who walk the talk by being able to back up their claims with hard evidence.

I am more than happy to post up photos to back up my chat but am not keen to do it on the public board where anyone can see it. Including perhaps the chicks themselves. At best I would upload a pic for a few days with the eyes blacked out before taking it down.

Yeah, I've been doing more videos with her popping her face in there.

And I'm starting a podcast where I'll be interviewing some interesting people. I've got one Westerner lined up for the first podcast, but another potential one is a local Cambodian who has figured out how to make an income online.

I've offered to swap pics with multiple repped members who downplay Thai girls and the guys who go to Thailand, but so far none of them have taken me up on it. The only person to take me up on it supplied some very nice pics of Central American girls, but he's also never bashed Thai girls at all, he was just interested in seeing what Thai girls looked like.

I have zero interest in swapping pics publicly, even if they don't show faces. I'm not looking for ego stroke publicly or some sort of recognition for living a healthy sexual lifestyle. It just doesn't feel right for me to slap a bunch of my private pictures up on the Internet.

I've swapped with repped guys that I've met in Manila via Whatsapp/Viber, but that's as far as I'd go.

MD, you've met me. We hung out a few nights in BKK. Do i strike you as an ego-stroker? If you think so, then perhaps you should remove the rep point you gave me. I hope I didn't give that impression (any more than anyone likes a normal level of validation from peers/friends).

The stated reasons for this are the reasons I'd like to see it. And I reiterate, its not so much about guys who folks have met and who are repped and credible, but about all the recent influx of posters making claims that would provide more valuable information if quantified and substantiated.

I throw this out there because of these issues. I was on that BKK line group as well, and in fact, that could be a good way to substantiate in a non-public way (I agree that for many reasons (none of which is related to ego-stroking), public posting is not optimal). I've shown some pics to TravellerKai so in a sense, that's the same type of thing, via skype.

Personally for me it's about offering to share in exchange for being able to see how other guys are doing. As long as it can be kept private between trusted members. A bit like a macro whatsapp/LINE group. It worked pretty well on the small local forum I was on when I first started out. However on a much larger and wider known forum such as RVF I am guessing it is probably unfeasible and too risky.

Still however, I am always interested to see how other guys are doing and what sort of quality they are getting. Particularly dudes posted up around Asia to get a more rounded view of the potential of a place if it is worth visiting.

It is also good to see what standard of chick guys are getting as well to get an idea of what level they are at. There is a lot of noise on this forum so it would be good to be able to filter the bullshitters and keyboard jockeys from the guys genuinely killing it. As much as I keep reading glowing reports about guys banging 40 chicks in a week in the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand wherever. If the standard never rises above mediocre then that puts a different spin on things.

For me quality trumps quantity. Every. Single. Time.

Yeah I'd say that sharing photos is the opposite of ego-stroking if anything. OK it might be fun to share a little bit, but mainly it's protection against BS claims from dodgy posters. Most of us aren't getting 9s or 10s on the regular, but we don't claim that we do either.

People can write a trip report that they banged ten 9s in a month and who can argue with them? Then members who read these reports potentially waste time and money acting on that false information.

I used to read one of the Japan-based game forums and people on there were bullshitting constantly. It was fairly obvious to me that, objectively speaking, most of them weren't banging any J-girls above a 6. But their reports would always talk about all the "HB9s" they were pulling (haha I hate that terminology). In one such memorable report, the guy claimed to have banged 4 girls from street in one day. All same-day lays!

To be clear, I wouldn't expect this from any of you guys, but "girl standard inflation" is a real phenomenon around here. Maybe my thread idea is a bit unrealistic, but I'd be down for doing this on Line among trusted and highly repped members. It would provide useful information for me on where to travel next.
