That's the aggressor-victim dynamic at work. Girls won't open you first because their brains are conditioned to believe men must approach them first for there to be any interaction. Very rarely, even from a girl whom you consider less attractive than yourself, will a girl open you first—that's why I include witty, entertaining bits in my bio to entice them and increase the chance of them opening me first.

Now, if you're a Ryan Gosling clone then every girl will jump on your dick regardless of this aggressor-victim dynamic...

But either way it doesn't matter. Since she swiped right on you too then she's clearly attracted to you; at that point it doesn't even matter who opens whom first.

I agree that it's a compliment but unless you're a 10 she is probably opening other guys that are just as attractive as you or better looking. I can only think of one girl that that has opened me and passed the boner test that I have slept with.

I feel like some girls download tinder not knowing what to expect and open a bunch of guys and then get overwhelmed with the flood of messages and I get drowned out.

Or maybe I'm just over thinking everything.

The less attractive the girl, the more likely she's opening. But when I get opened by an attractive girl, I take it as a compliment.

I have now clocked 7 girls who I've got talking about how they want to be submissive and they haven't really experienced it. I mention safe words and they are clueless.

I think this 'moments' bullshit is going to wreck tinder. I have noticed a lot of girls turning it into snapchat with stupid stories and lifestyle montages. Bitch I don't care.

I partially agree. I think that girls posting moments is pointless. I pretty much entirely swipe left. Why feed their attention-whoring?

However, as I said before in this thread, posting moments can be used to your advantage. For instance, if you start conversing with a girl and she fades away -- if she likes a moment -- you can call her out for being rude. And 50 % of the time, it turns around the conversation and allows me to get the #

This is NOT true. When you match, you both get notified. Then someone needs to make the first move. They get a notification when you were matched with them and vice versa.

do you guys wait a bit (days) to text/call these girls after they give you the # or just get on it right away? usually im on it right away to switch off the app but if im busy that day or the next it seems to just fade out

you don't stall with this app. they can drown out your meet suggestion when they have 10 better offers than yours within a few hours of talking to you. move faster.

This has happened a whole lot to me.

The good part is, you haven't made a bad impression - girls can only focus serious interest on one guy at a time. They're not programmed to be romantic with multiple guys as once. So I have experienced several times that they then actually contact you up to a month later when the guy they dropped you for turned out to suck.

The bad part is you just have to roll with the punches and there's nothing you can do to deal with this.
