My thoughts on finding a wife in Ukraine.

I have only been in Kiev for ten days so I'm certainly no expert on this subject but, wanted to give my experience so far if your looking for a wife. This thread was starting in regards to finding a wife and bringing her back to the U.S.

I'm writing this in regards to finding a woman and living here in Ukraine instead. Online dating has basically been a huge waste of time for me. I've gone on alot of first and second dates here but, the quality and attitudes of the women haven't been what I'm looking for. Have only done night game on one occasion and didn't have a good experience. Daygame here in Kiev is challenging but, the women I have incountered have been pleasant to talk to and have alot of potential. I have only approached women in the 6.5 - 7.5 range. Have gone on acouple dates from daygame and I'm learning as I go. No flag yet but, hope that will change by the end of my trip. It is very challenging here as far as the dating scene goes. Going on three to four dates to get the bang is very foreign to me and has been a huge challenge that is frustrating. Don't get me wrong. I have alot of respect for the more traditional women here. If the women in America had the same mindset then the divorce rates wouldn't be so high.

Church game. I recently experienced a death in my family that hit me pretty hard. Spend acouple days just sightseeing and walking around alone, lost in my thoughts. Noticed many churches along my journeys. Attended two services and will attend another one today. Quickly realized the talent that was attending the services. Women here at church are very talkative and interested in seeing a foreigner attending church services. In my experience they are so much easier to approach here then on the street.

My two cents on finding a future wife.

Become conversational in Russian language. Or at least beginner level. Move to second tier city in Ukraine. Find a church that fits your religious preference and start to build a small social circle. Find a pretty woman in the seven range. At the age of around twenty five years old.

Kids doesn't mean she will stay.

Women don't change just by entering a new country. I understand what you mean when you say that, but keep in mind if you do your homework and get to know the woman in advance, she likely won't surprise you down the road.

Also someone mentioned Asian girls tend towards being less interesting at sex. I think this is just a case of understanding how to unlock that sexuality. My time in Vietnam... the women always started off really conservative and nervous. If you do the right things that often progresses into her clawing your clothes off at every available opportunity. Okay I agree bring a girl over is risky but u have to think it also depends where u bring her, if you bring her to a small town and join a traditional church and other community based activities the risks go down a lot- to summarize don't bring her to big cities like NY or LA instead go for a small town where it's family orianted and u have good value and game keeping her should not be too hard.

I'm from just outside of Boston, so generally that part of the country.

I've meet divorced guys here who came from other states for work, legal immigrants, guys working in real estate, finance, the trades, who married women from all walks, small town girls, college educated from other states, women flown in from other countries (I've met two guys this year who brought women from Thailand and the Phils who are now divorced).

But the group I see getting raped the hardest by divorce are guys that are born and raised here and live their entire lives within a 20 mile radius. They meet their wives during or right out of high school, have a bunch of kids, buy a house, setup deep roots, most work in the trades (pays well here). Not exactly wealthy men, but making enough to own a nice house, a family car, a nice work van or nice truck, maybe a Mustang or Corvette, can take nice vacations and generally provide a very comfortable American life. Every time I see one of these guys getting divorced and having the rug pulled out from underneath them, the bitch doesn't even leave for an upgrade, they take the house and stay in the area, live off the combination of child support and their nursing job or whatever, and hop back on the carousel, maybe eventually find a scumbag boyfriend.

Since this is a thread about wife hunting abroad, I'd say honestly the best way to protect yourself is to avoid bringing her back to the US, if you absolutely must, screen extra hard and bring her back to a conservative area, although even this is risky.

Whether I meet the future wife of my children in America or overseas, I'm going to screen for these things:

1) Prefers living in a suburban or rural community, even strongly dislikes the city.
2) Is great with kids, wants a traditional family.
3) Has firm religious beliefs, doesn't have to be actively religious.
4) Comes from a strong family, good relationship with father, with a mother who isn't fat.
5) Isn't overly outgoing or outspoken, not an intellectual.
6) At most drinks occasionally. No smoking or drugs.
7) No tattoos, no loud hairstyles, nothing more then pierced ears, fairly conservative dress style.
8) Passes the boner test but not a stunner.

True and this thread is getting off topic from the original concept.

I'd suggest making a separate thread if your concern is to discuss bringing them back and all that goes with it. It's also subjective depending on your experience and can go round and round.

In the long run the answers are black and white and simple. In this thread alone it's repeated many times. If not, just do a google search.

It's like driving a car and knowing the dangers. Once you know the dangers you put your seat belt on and drive. There is not much more to discuss. You just want to know about about the places to go.

Maybe you have been there before, or other guys have been there. I did this once with a chick about the same age difference but told her early on, within a few weeks. It's been awhile since I did this. I remember she was pissed but forgave me.

A lot of guys do this to give us a better chance online. I have heard several women say they liked a guy but when they found they were told the truth, then they immediately broke it off. The reason is they stated that they couldn't trust him. If he said that then what else?

It's been so long ago I can't remember how I got out of it. I'm curious how you think this will work. It appears that you are open to something long term or as you said "settling down" with this approach.

It's been so long ago I can't remember how I got out of it. I'm curious how you think this will work.

I stretch my age by 8 years. The forum members and friends here who I've met recently didn't know my age, assumed I was mid-late 30's, and surprised to find out I wasn't so it's not too much of a stretch I guess. When I ask girls here in the Phils to guess they often say 28, but maybe they are just being kind or don't know how to judge a foreigners age?

Either way, if a girl loves you and after you've really connected with them both sexually and emotionally the truth won't matter even if it's a 15 year stretch. I also don't tell women that I have an adult son.

I take the approach that my personal life (age, kids, job, etc) is none of there business until we're at the point of marriage. That's when it becomes there business, but even then you should always keep assets that are yours, yours. They don't need to know what I have and where it is. Better for everyone if they don't.

You can always say you stretched your age downwards because you know some women may need a little help in getting past the false social stigma of age gaps and you know they are really most concerned with finding a man of good character, instead of one that fits a certain number. In other words, you did it as a favor to them, which is true.

Onto,

I would recommend finding an older woman. That age gap is a bit too high in my opinion (for marriage). Adds more unneeded risk. I'd shoot for something in the 24-32 range to be on the safer side of things. Once you go past 15-20 years, people are likely to think you are a creep preying on young desperate girls from 3rd world countries. Personally, I wouldn't want to be that guy to my family and friends. As for non age related things, there is just too many significant red flags. Also, unless you are straight obese, being a little over weight shouldn't stop you from getting better quality. Wouldn't let that hinder you. Anyways, just giving my honest opinion. I don't know if you belong on this forum. Maybe you do, and I might be wrong prematurely, but you have a lot to learn. You have no semblance of red pill mentality at all.

First of all, your daughter should not have the audacity to question her father in that manner. At 25 she should be worried about her own husband and your grandchildren if you raised her right.

If you are already losing an argument in the future, that has not even happened, who is wearing the pants in your household? Not you. Maybe not even your future wife! To be beholden to your own children is not just henpicked or weak, but irresponsible. You better not have any children anytime soon. You need to work on foundational aspects of masculinity and what it is to be a man, then you need to work on game basics. Focus on frame. That would be a good place to start. You don't have the right frame of mind for wife hunting, let alone travel game. I have some Chinese ex girlfriends that would eat you alive for an appetizer. You would be funding a boyfriend you cannot see because they would smell your weakness.

I haven't, and I don't view it as lying anyways. My being 8 yrs older and having an adult son have no material affect on her life. When girls ask me if I'm Catholic, I say "Of course!" even though I'm really nothing. Since it's fine with me if we raise our kids Catholic, what does it really matter?

I don't know where we would live. A big part of me would want to move back to the US. The quality of life there is so much better, but of course there are risks.

I've talked in the past of my LTR with an 28 yr old FOB Mexican I met online when I was living in NYC. She could barely speak any English at the time, but had an actuary degree and was a VP at one of the largest international banking firms. She had the whole "Sex and the City" series on DVD when I met her and after almost 3 years of being together in NYC I never saw a bit of change in how she was raised. She rejected feminism completely.

If we lived here in the Philippines it would be in one of the cities where the weather is mild and I have enough semi-passive income and savings to make it work. I was speaking with Dagnasty about it and he suggested to make it seem like I would want to live here and never return to the US. That would remove any green-card fantasies and then see how she reacts. I suspect she would be fine with it.

Many girls here in the Phils are happier to stay in their country if they are going to have a much better quality of life and stability. For a modestly attractive girl finding a Filipino who makes $36k/year, will marry her, is faithful and doesn't do drugs/gamble/abuse her is like hitting the lottery.

I've been out on several dates here with professional women in their mid 20's - mid 30's and have had them back in the apartment. While the conversation and banter is more on par with western women the sweetness and submissiveness is just not there like it is with this 18 yr old. And the sex isn't nearly as good either.

It may be because of their age, but the largest part of it is psychological compatibility. My main's psychological makeup (mode of being) and mine mesh very well with each other and it gets expressed through our texting, joking, and physically in the bedroom.
