I'm was/am chilling at my apartment, waiting on a girl to come over, and I couldn't figure out why my apartment still smelled like the chophouse cheddar burger I ate for dinner. I threw the bag outside, wiped down my table, and it still smelled like whataburger.

It turns out my armpits were the culprits. They don't usually smell like that.

Could be the zinc. I don't know.. .

I actually started using C4 by Cellucor last month. How I counteract it is just keep the workout real intense to use it's effects up properly. I use a double dose on the regular.

If you're doing compound lifts / Olympic lifts, and are accustom to waiting more than 3 min. in between sets, from my experience, it catches up to you and I get the same exact feeling.

So typically I'll just reduce time in between sets and keep the weight high, and somehow it helps me push through to higher levels. Tried this shit called Dr. Jekyll Intense Pump pre-workout yesterday (watermelon, tastes great)..

The cat that gave it to me is working on his post-med degree and currently formulates and lab tests for new supplement formulas for GNC. He's super knowledgeable on the science behind every supplement under the sun, and is a power lifter and recommended it to me.

I think the key with pre-work outs is hyperhydrate with water during your workout and lower time between sets and really intensify your whole workout or you'll get the idgity crack head feeling.

I was impressed with both to be honest. Well, the best examples of both either way. Though I think a lot of the Americans didn't seem to realize that Kazahkstan isn't in Europe considering all the Borat jokes! A lot of Ukrainians will be pissed! Funnily enough, the 'Kazakh' scenes in the film are actually shot in some crappy little village in Romania. Might even be a Roma village, in light of our recent debate.

shit damn, I nearly caused a riot at work today.


Some dude who's been there forever was leaving so they put up notices everywhere saying how they were going to have a party w. food/cake etc for the guy in the middle of the day. At the bottom of this was a note telling my shift not to bring dinner since they were going to order in food for us (we started way later).

We get there and the break room is a fucking mess. Theres an empty cake tray, popped baloons, pop spilled everywhere etc. We think "whatever we're going to get some food in a bit" Nope their idea of ordering us in food was leaving the 11 pieces of pizza sitting on the counter for 8 hours. Nobody brought a lunch and everyone was starving since most of the people have to do manual labor.

They were all upset but said things like "eh, its the way she goes, at least they left us some"

I went off and started saying its bullshit and that it was a huge sign of disrespect to treat us like dogs and leave us the table scraps. I told them how they don't give a fuck about us and thats why we're always short 3 guys (because they fire them and never replace them) and thats why they expect us to work extra shifts with an hours notice because they can't plan worth shit etc.

At the end of my speech everyone was pissed off, no work got done, and when the plant manager got to work in the morning the supervisor of the workers told the manager to go fuck himself (in so many words).

5 bucks I get fired tomorrow

yep, same place. I've only ever gotten talked to for my lack of enthusiasm, haha. I talk shit around most people, but the owner's kid works there so I talk shit in a different 'frame' around them. Usually agreeing/amplifying their complaints or 'suggesting' things that could be done better.
