Lulz, so I checked facebook this morning while drinking my first cup of coffee, and some single mom slut I went to school with shared a ROK article, completely pissed off and ranting. Then like 20 of her slut friends chimed in, self-congratulating one another about how strong they are as women, blah blah blah.

Facebook is a weird thing. I don't even post on there and in one weekend I lost like 5 friends without even logging on. I don't care and wouldn't realize but I do because it's a rounded number so for lols I watch the fluctuation. The only thing I can think is the girls are bored and their hamsters are out of control or they have BFs that are jealous that make them do it. I've gotten messages saying sorry I had to delete you but I'm not with him anymore so add me and shit..

Our Facebook experiences are probably different. My friends list is over 700 right now and would easily be over 1200 if I didn't purge it on occasion. It's unavoidable if you're college age and halfway social. You meet someone new and it's natural to connect on Facebook (I've set myself to unsearchable to cut down on that, but people can still find me through group posts and friends of friends).

Most people that delete me probably do so in similar purges. If someone specifically deletes me, it's likely because I publicly predicted a cat-filled life in their future.

Yeah i know it was just a thought since i see so many guys here trying to cheat the system, while at college i see people who wished the days had more hours to work/study even more.

I had a teacher in high school who graduated early and had a masters at 23, he was a bookworm with no life experience outside of a library, everyone could see it, but him. He said that by the time he figured it out it was too late, and he regretted all the things he missed out in his teens when he realized nobody gave a fuck at his accomplishments.

On the other hand, i have seen pro fighters who made no money from their careers, end up as instructors on academies, outside of a gym nobody looks at them twice and wont even pretend they matter.

You cant really expect game, charisma, personality whatever you want to call it to work unless you also have accomplishments (and money) to back it up. The opposite is also true you cant just rely on whatever you achieved through your career.

So true. To be a good player, you need to be in the game, on every level, all the time. As in right this second. You can't carry any blue pill myths at all. You must discard them wholly from your worldview.

The funny thing is, as hard as it is to let the myths (like that once you "get somewhere" it will all fall into place) go, as the myths allow us to be lazy today, it's easier once they are gone. The weight of action is so much lighter than the weight of bullshit, yet many of us managed to convince ourselves otherwise.

Finished working on some stuff for school pretty late and decided to grab a few drinks on my own at my favorite bar. After an hour of relaxing, some 40 yr old woman comes to me and ask me if I'm on depression or suicidal since I'm on my own.

Wondering if I look that depressed (i'm not) or if it has just become illegal and ''creepy'' to be alone in a bar just chilling?
