Why should a Chinese company doing business with Iran be subject to one-sided American-only sanctions anyway? Sanctions that were not adopted by the UN?

Tariffs are good for America because they prevent mercantilist regimes like China from playing their tricks like they have for centuries. If it were up to me, tariffs would be at 100% for all imported goods and add another 100% for countries that use dirty tricks in trade.
