What kind of people working on a "real estate deal" can't afford a $1 tea or some other bullshit? Also, usually in these situations you can game the staff and just say "Yeah, I understand no problem. I actually come here sometimes and it's just a convenient meeting spot for our lawyer who is coming in from out of the area, do you mind if we just sit for a bit and wait for him? I'm just not thirsty or hungry right now" and in 99.99% of cases the employee or manager will respond with "that's fine" or at worst "I understand, but do you mind waiting outside for him? It's really busy right now and we need space for customers that are ordering and sitting down"

Sure, that whole interaction may not go down as eloquently, but if you say roughly that you'll be fine.

This either is a setup, or someone is not letting on what really happened. I believe it to be the guys who chose to blow up their months worth of work on a real estate deal by not simply stepping outside when the manager and later when the cops came, regardless of how they were spoken to (or not). Basically, they weren't customers and continued to trespass because I don't know why.

I've seen this mentality from freeloaders often.

I have at least one big party a year during the summer when there is a lot of foot traffic around my beach town area and every once in a while freeloaders will waltz into my party and then act INDIGNANT when I politely ascertain they don't know anyone in my party/house and then STILL ask them politely to leave.

I've been called an asshole for asking people who are trespassing to leave on multiple occasions.

These guys aren't likely assholes because they're black, they're likely assholes because of more than one reason completely unrelated to their race.

If they're homeless that makes the big deal around it even more stupid. These were not normal black men, they were two homeless dudes.

Men without anything left to lose should be treated with extreme caution. They can stab you, fight you and even kill you over a minor offence and the worst that will happen is they're now homeless and in jail. It might even be an improvement on their situation in a first world country.

Also they look like shit, smell like shit and will turn off your other customers with more money, and I don't want to know what they will do in the bathroom.

I am cool with businesses not allowing homeless people inside. Even if that means some rules are selectively enforced.

This story is a big fat nothing burger being used by people to push their own agendas. Literally all it is, is a couple of guys purposely pushing the managers buttons and a manager who didn't know how to handle the situation.

I'll give an example: When I was a teenager I used to have rugby training a few nights a week. After training I'd always go down to the late night McDonalds across the road and grab some cheeseburgers before getting the bus home. The area this was in had a lot of 'lads' which I guess are like an Australian version of Boston townies. They would always be in Maccas flicking pickles onto the windows or just being kind of disrespectful.

At least once a week they'd come in and ask for the bathroom key without buying shit & the staff would just say whatever. One day though, an early 20's pimple faced dude must have been promoted to manager and decided fuck it. You want the key you gotta buy something. Anyway - These dudes decided they're not gonna leave (Which isn't a crime by any stretch) - But obviously the manager knew they weren't leaving and maybe thought they were gonna start trouble so he called the cops. Dudes got hauled off. Obviously nothing in the media because it's not media click bait (Or even really a story).

I reckon this is pretty much the same thing. Dudes asked for the rest room. Manager said to buy something. Dudes decided to sit down (Which isn't a crime). Manager panicked because the dudes would have made it clear they are sitting down in protest. Each time the manager looked across I would bet the guys would be snickering to themselves. Nervous manager calls cops. Media rubs their hands together with the clickbait news headline. Dude on Roosh posts agenda driven account of a nothing story. People argue about Tasmania.

Yeah they were freeloading but i went back and watched the video and it seems "Freeloading" was the norm there. Everyone said that these guys were there not causing trouble like everyone else. This is from eyewitness testimony and not speculation.

From the video these guys didn't look homeless either. Yeah starbucks can virtue signal all they want but as you can see it only takes one bad judgement call from a manager to fuck it all up.

So we have two guys doing what pretty much everyone else does at that specific starbucks. No one else had a problem and then these guys have a problem. Doesn't necessarily mean racism but you never know. In the end this is a stupid situation that was avoidable and both sides screwed up.

They were in there long enough to be ask for the restroom key, refuse to order anything, get the cops called on them, then still refuse to leave. I agree the manager overreacted and shouldn't have called the cops. But the two gentlemen (heh) were being rude by sitting down and refusing to order after being asked to. And they were flat out retarded for refusing to leave when the cops asked them to. Motherfucker, if you're on private property and the police ask you to leave, you fucking do as told. But then property rights don't seem to exist across all cultures...

The WN crowd was always around, but they were a pretty minor player until the Zimmerman thing and then Ferguson, I think. That was the catalyst for a lot of radicalization among the white internet crowd. There was a big move towards... well, White Nationalism, Race Realism, alt-right-ism, whatever word you wanna use. Stephan Molyneux in particular did a ton of videos about the Zimmerman thing that were viewed very widely, and I think that was a big factor in making whites feel like the media, and the government, were out to get them, and giving guys like Andrew Anglin at Stormfront a much bigger audience.

That's how I remember it, anyway.

Speaking of Starbucks, my local one has closed its doors last week. They weren't selling enough food, plus they had too many college kids sitting at tables for hours and buying one drink. I have seen people come in there and eat/drink stuff from other stores, just to take advantage of the free Wi-Fi.

Never have I seen any incidents, then again I live in Canada. We are a bit more relaxed up here.
