According to France 24, IS just took responsibility for this (because of course they did).
Apparently Hillary was involved in arms sales to terrorist factions linked to the group in the Fast & Furious programme. If Trump can bring that up, after this, she's toast already.

It is events like these which show you how far the disease has come in terms of ignorance.
Your neighhbours are being murdered as you watch TV, you can hear their screams, see their houses being burned and yet you continue watching the TV. "It won't happen to me".

Amazingly tone-deaf. What about the people who were getting gunned down as the attack unfolded? Is allowing yourself to be slaughtered, without a weapon to fight back, the height of toughness, intelligence, and vigilance?

The narrative really lost it today. If Trump isn't elected there will be massive bloodshed.
I knew it on the surface, sank in today though I have agreed with Samseau since forever and follow Cernovich who also seems to have switched from a Troll tone to a dead serious one.

Yeah, but you're forgetting the important part. They might have been herded and slaughtered like cattle, but at least no racism was seen that day.

Wait I just caught the end of it. He only spoke for a minute or two? He didn't say terrorism, radical islam, ISIS, and said his state of mind is still unknown at this time?
President 4Putt is thinking about that wicked dogleg on Andrews' par-5 15th.
Remember, this is the president who said that more Americans die in their bathtubs every year than in terrorist attacks. Gotta toughen up, buttercup!

There have been hundreds around the world, some with single casualties and many with dozens. When I looked it up, I was of course expecting a majority to be Islam-related, but was astounded nonetheless. In fact there are only a handful of non-Muslim attacks, such as in war-torn African countries, South America and Ukraine - you could count them without the need for toes. Even the attacks in Thailand were related to the Muslim insurgency in the south. Otherwise, it is just page upon page of Islamic terrorist attacks. So yes, it has everything to do with Islam.

Quote:The Guardian view on the Orlando shootings: a time for calm, and sorrow
The first reaction to the dreadful crime in Florida – the worst mass shooting in US history – must be one of sympathy and solidarity for the victims and those who loved them, and for the city of Orlando. It is dreadful that people who had come out for an evening of joyful dancing, and of celebration of their freedom to love whom they will, should have their lives ended or shattered in gunfire. This is true, and overwhelmingly important, whatever the motives of the gunman turn out to be when they have been thoroughly investigated. Whether or to what extent it is an act of organised terrorism remains to be discovered. We do not know whether the victims were murdered for being American, or gay, or for both reasons: Isis, after all, has a record of monstrous crimes and cruelties against gay people.
This ignorance will not stop anyone from leaping to conclusions. But while the police and the FBI go about their work of unpicking the background to the atrocity, responsible politicians need to show calm and resolution. The damage done to the victims and their families is dreadful enough. It is one of the tasks of leadership to minimise the damage that the attacks can do to wider society. This is a task which – predictably – Donald Trump is failing. “When will we get tough, smart, and vigilant?” he tweeted to his followers: but there is no evidence that anyone in Orlando was anything less than tough, smart, or vigilant as the attack unfolded.
The awful truth is that American society is vulnerable to these attacks in a way that others are not because of its belief that freedom requires easy, widespread access to lethal weapons. While it is true that guns don’t kill people, as the slogan has it, people with guns do kill people, and they do so much more quickly and effectively than people without guns can manage.
There have been 43 mass shootings in the US in the past 10 years, those in which more than four people were killed in a public space. Very few of them had recognisable ideological causes. Some occurred in states, such as Florida, where it is legal for almost anyone who applies for a licence to walk around with concealed, lethal weapons – something which does not in practice save anyone’s life if bullets start flying, but which is felt as a reassurance until they do.
The problem here is that the US, a country that valorises freedom above almost everything else, is damaging its real freedoms in pursuit of illusory ones. The freedom that was enjoyed – in both senses of the word – by the dancers at the Pulse nightclub is upheld by tolerance as well as by firm and unbiased enforcement of the laws. It is a general freedom for every kind of American: LGBT as well as straight, Muslim, atheist and Christian. This is what serves as a real beacon to the rest of the world. But this kind of freedom is also what the attack, and the possible reactions to it, must tend to damage.
Whatever the motives of the attacker turn out to be, no gay person in the US can feel as secure today as they did on Saturday – a rejection compounded by the refusal of the authorities to accept blood donations from sexually active gay men. This is an additional tragedy on top of the deaths. The country must not compound it by lurching from fear into fantasies of omnipotence, in which everything gets better if only the strong man lashes out at his enemies. That would damage exactly the freedoms it purports to defend.
The real problems according to this rag, are guns (of course) and a refusal to accept blood donations from active, bug chasing homosexuals.

BRB I'm gonna go kiss and caress my AR-15, AK-47, selection of handguns, and let the ammo slip through my fingers like grains of sand.
This is only the start, gentlemen. Shrillary Cuntston and her army of sycophants and sinecure-having shills are going to be desperate as they see their support dry up.

That's crazy! You wouldn't even need another hand. Out of a total of 692 terrorist incidents this year worldwide, only 5 were NOT due to Islam - which brings the percentage of Muslim contribution to terrorism to 99.3%. And that's just by incident not the number of people killed. Casualty percentage-wise Islam would probably be responsible for about 99.9% since many of the non-Islamic terrorist attacks target empty buildings, bridges etc ...

The news cycle is going to accelerate again.
Indeed - gun cuntrol is the issue. Because in the largely disarmed countries of France and Belgium terrorist attacks would never happen.... oh wait....
Disarm the population and then tell the terrorists to stop doing terror and the criminals to stop doing crime.
Also we will hear those famous relativists who then state that it is still by far more likely to die in a traffic accident than through terrorist attacks. That may be true, but I said again and again that the difference is massive. An accident is something that can happen to almost anyone and it is almost a fate of God.
A brutal death while drinking cafe, visiting a concert, sunbathing on a Tunisian beach or going clubbing - that is a highly different way to go. Such an attack leaves a mark on a city, a tourist location, an entire country or even an entire city. Some places literally take decades to recover from that - some never come back. This is 1000 times worse for the country than if all those gay clubbers died in a giant bus crash.

If it was staged the killer would be a white Christian.
Actually, had they "staged" it, they'd have made the killer a rabid Trump supporter, replete with red hat.
This attack is the opposite of staged. It's everything they didn't want. Couldn't have come at a worse time, with both conventions coming up and with debates on the horizon. On top of that, the Paris attack is still fresh in people's minds.
One other thing: After the Paris attack the U.S. stock market didn't drop, probably because people in the U.S. tend to mostly care about the U.S. But if this attack kicks off a mini-bear market, expect Americans to be hopping mad. When this sort of thing affects your 401K and your investments it's not political anymore, it's personal.
