When you've given someone thousands of dollars....It's hard to look in the mirror and say, "I got ripped off."

It's easy to do away with the cognitive dissonance by claiming that the people who ripped you off are actually the good guys.

Also calling his clients "socially awkward" is frankly a direct insult to anyone - while that may be true for some, most guys have just had a bad Blue Pill skill-set to deal with women. It all falls into the frame of the mainstream media who are making fun of men who seek advice of PUAs in order to deal better with women - regardless whether it is a 3000$ bootcamp or 5$ e-book - to the mainstream media we all are "socially awkward" because we are looking into Game.

I've come to realize that the best way to game is that you stop talking about it and just go out there and do what you do best. There is no need to talk about game or identify yourself as someone who is into game, unless you teach men about game in exchange for money. No need to turn it into a theory or a religion. Just be successful with women and let those who learn/teach game worry about the rest. There is only so much you can learn about game. After your 50th notch, all there is left is to find more niches, gain more experience and collect more notches. RSD just makes it look complicated, otherwise there wouldn't be a way for them to make money on teaching game.

My point is, if you don't wanna be labeled as socially awkward by anyone, stop talking about your game and let your notch count and the quality of your recent bangs speak for themselves.

I'd differ on that - going out and doing it is an integral part of Game, but reaching ever new milestones with the help of guys like Tom Torrero, KrauserPUA, Roosh or Steve Jabba is not equal to experience only. You benefit from their expertise and thus can reach new levels yourself a lot faster if you put in the work on the street. Getting laid is not the issue here - raising the quality despite an aging body - increasing certain key numbers - doing it only via individual "experience" is a bit limiting. Mindless approaches with little progress are equally useless as months of just studying cutting-edge theory.

Doubtless RSD is not the best choice out there, but probably not the worst either.

This interview was the wrong way to go about this.

Julien should have made a public 3 minute statement in a video, sent out a MASSIVE press release about it. RSD should have publicised the fuck out of it and it should have been at the peak of the storm, not now, while this is all blowing over.

I don't blame Julien for being nervous, fuck its CNN and those reporters are scary borgs, who are professionals in demonisation.

It will all blow over in a week or so anyway so nobody needs to get their panties jumbled up so much.

Julien should have just said I'm helping people break out of their shells then started promotions in that interview. " my shock waves are for instruction only" "

RSD cultivates a cult like mentality. You've just told these guys they've follow a false God and showed who is really behind the curtain. Their business model was as much about gaming their clients as teaching their clients how to game.

But you'll also have to live with the fact that RSD has helped some people and without them paying a dime (hundreds of free videos), and that's why they developed a sentiment for them.

It seems you have as much of a hard time with that, as the RSD fanboys have a hard time with RSD getting slammed.

I was almost about to appear on a Dutch television show (Pauw) to speak out in defence of Julien Blanc with other gamers from the Dutch RSD scene - but Tyler called the regional RSD leader to cancel.

I honestly feel julian is copping way to much heat considering this guy was a product of Owen and got thrown under a bus.

I have nothing invested in hating RSD. No one here does. Until a week or so ago I'd only heard of them based off of one negative RooshV.com post. When this is over I'll never think of them again.

RSD has helped people. Some of these people were smart people who didn't do well with girls, and RSD undoubtedly changed their lives.

They're also criminals and bullies. They instruct their students to grab and sexually assault women, and if you call them out on this, their response is to threaten a lawsuit. That's disgusting behavior, and the fact that some people were helped by them doesn't excuse it in the slightest.

The PUA world is one big joke for a lot of reasons. I'll explain all of them in depth on my site soon.

And I want to make it clear I'm not just shitting on them, they had some very skilled people with a lot of knowledge, and helped a lot of people....but that cult like mentality on certain issues was a real turn off for me. Looks don't matter? Money doesn't matter? This sh!t clearly matters, it's just that it happens to not be what they're selling. Don't try to piss on me and tell me it's raining.

When I first saw Tyler's videos I thought, "Holy shit this guy is way too effeminate, whiny, and hyper."

But then, I see a lot of guys in L.A. like that with girls around them.

Not hot girls, mind you.

Edit: I know that comes across as a petty dig, but it's true. Hot girls are usually with a well-connected guy that barely acknowledges their existence.
