I recently had sex with 2 girls in their early 20s.

#1. Pale but creamy white girl, 22, student.

In line at the store, a sexy white girl with a little nose ring gets behind me in line. Immediately:

me: that is an interesting little ring
her: you think so
me: does it change colors depending on your mood?
her: ha that would be cool

We chatted in line.

me: wanna exchange numbers and maybe do something
her: yeah sounds good
me: lets drink some wine and explore the city
her: that sounds awesome

I texted her 3 days and quickly made plans to go out day drinking on Saturday.

We have fun and for our 2nd date we do happy hour and end up back at my place with clothes off.

--

#2. Luscious Latina with a fit body, 23, checkout girl.

I saw her waiting at the bus stop.

Next time I went to her store, I told her that I saw her at the bus stop and that she should use Uber/Lyft. She said thank you.

Next week, its raining and I see her at the bus stop. I say its me from the store do you want a ride? She gets in and I drive her home.

Next week, I see her on her break and tell her that I want to take her out to eat after her shift. She says maybe if I show up at 9. I show up at 9:01 and literally say "lets go". We go out to eat and end up and my place making out.

Next week she comes over again and clothes come off.

--

I told the 22 year old my real age and she said she didn't care. She said I looked 31. It's because I had a fresh hair cut and I have BEEN GETTING QUALITY SLEEP!

Turning 41 has been very interesting cause I still try to get younger girls but the conditions of the game are changing and I have to evolve.

Quality stuff Gio.

I usually go for bangs on first or second date and end up "blowing" girls out sometimes.

With the flakiness of women these days, my mindset is often 'better bang them on this date or you'll never see them again' I'm thinking I need to shift my thinking on this.

I like how you take your time, seducing them over a number of dates to have success.

Can you expound on this about "taking your time" and how you calibrate on a date and over a series of dates to know when it's good to either wait for the next date or suggest going to your place and sealing the deal?

Do you go for always go for the kiss at the end of the first date and every date even though she's not coming to your place?

Would be interested any advice on losing weight, I could stand to lose 30.

Access - there was a thread here by one of the long-time posers that basically said just go about your regular day. For example, live in a neighborhood near a university or with bars. Instead of taking a thermos of coffee, pop into starbucks. Make multiple trips to the grocery store, etc.

Carbs and sugars, man. Just limit those (or outright eliminate) and you'll see results. Add cardio to that and the lbs. will melt off.

And there is nothing better than that.

(04-06-2017 11:13 AM)Hypno Wrote:  Would be interested any advice on losing weight, I could stand to lose 30.

I have successfully used several diets. Here are a few that have worked for me;

- Zone Diet - Barry Sears - this is a classic, and if you weight and measure for a month, you will look at food completely different in the future. Beware of the packaged products if you want to save $$$.

- Slow Carb Diet - Tim Ferris - very easy to do.

- Paleo, read anything by Loren Cordain, Robb Wolf or Art DeVaney. At our age I would focus on Art DeVaney, but it doesnt look like he writes any more. He, along with Cordain, were the godfathers of Paleo.

- Lean Gains - very good info, very hardcore advice. It may be harder to implement over 50.

- Lyle McDonald - Solid info, very technical and science based. Prickly writing style, I would avoid contacting him in person and just take his writing for what it is.

- Whole 30 - very popular right now. Was based on Paleo and Zone. Melissa Hartwig is hot.

All it takes is picking a diet and devoting yourself to it 100%. I would pick one, and go all in 100% for a while. Zone is where I would start, since its the most challenging, but what I think, is the most rewarding. Once you learn macro's, and how to visually keep yourself in check at every meal after doing weigh and measure for a while, you will always have that knowledge with you at every meal. Zone and Slow Carb are not so athlete based, good for everybody. The others are highly technical, and may be over your head if you're not looking to go sub 12% BF, which is athlete territory.

Slow carb diet worked well for me a few years ago. I'm fortunate to never have been significantly overweight though still have a bit of stubborn belly fat, I enjoy quality food and drinks too much to give them up entirely in exchange for six-pack abs. Lifting and staying active have been enough to keep me in good shape.

Loving the knowledge you're dropping. I've cost myself bangs in the past thinking that I had to rush in like a bull and try to sex on the first date no matter what. I now know it's finesse and depends on the girl. For the most part, I think coming off more aloof, letting the tension build, creating more mystery and letting things progress to the 2/3rd dates before banging will be more successful and give more repeat bangs.

Of course, there's girls who will only bang then and there and won't see you again after anyways so it's all read dependent.

Reminds me of the old joke about the young bull and the old bull on a hill overlooking a pasture full of cows. The young bull is bouncing around saying "Hey old man, let's run down there and fuck one of those beauties!"

The old bull snorts and says "Nah - let's walk down there and fuck 'em all."

Losing weight is a mission I am am on now. I put on 15 pounds in three months and it is a fucking embarrassment-It is not out of control , but it is not good, my face got round. For the record it was sitting, studying, and eating that got me here but it happened so fast( when you are over 40, the fat needs just a little opening).I stopped the gym on January 3 to handle some career shit, finished last week and had a gut coming on.

What I am Doing:

Cut calories by 500 per day

Cut alcohol OUT. Period.

Only allow myself meat once a day at dinner after the gym.

All my other meals my have eggs, or veggies and fruit -but no meat.

my meat meal is %25 meat , %75 veggies and fruit.

Except for leg day, and conditioning day-Stairmaster 5 days a week, 20-30 minutes a day

I drink water and coffee only

Fish and boneless chicken thigh are my only meats (only until I lose the 15 Lb bloat)

I lift heavy first, then I do breakdown sets, but not to failure. I start with free weights with form, I finish with machines for burn.

with the exception of leg day , I am in the gym two hours a day. Since Iron Addicts got shut down Equinox is fucking packed- to stay busy the entire time I use the ViPER and body weight exercises when I must.

I know it doesn't really matter but I have started doing 15 minutes of abs every other day-placebo effect.

As a rule, it's a good idea to only juice veggies and consume fruit with all the pulp and fiber included. Either blended or just eaten.

Fruit juices are concentrated sugar by any other name, with all the consequences that entails (i.e. diabetes, weight gain, etc.). The fiber of the fruit helps keep the sugar added into your system at a reasonable level.

I too am going long game with most of the girls I am dating. The way I figure it, we have one or two dates, with me pursuing, and then I wait to see if she reaches out to me. After one or two dates, I want to see the girl initiate texts and communication with me. Its my way of knowing how well I am doing, and more importantly, if she wants me. If she starts to initiate, then I know its on. Truthfully I want girls who stick around, even though a same day lay after an approach is spectacular. I want to develop high interest and attraction in the women I pursue. Sometimes that takes a little time. How often she initiates texts will tell me how well I am doing.

RE: Older Guys (40+)
Adding on to what Atlanta Man said about drinks...

I drink 3 different types of drinks and this is it:

- Water. My main drink and I drink at least two liters a day.

- Coffee. I drink my coffee black. You don't need all that extra garbage in it. "Oh but [email protected], plain black coffee is just so gross!!" Suck it up and drink it if you need the caffeine. Energy Drinks and Soda/Pop is so bad for you I won't get into the specifics but it's poison. You'll get used to plain coffee (and may actually find yourself enjoying the pure taste of coffee. Go Figure).

- Alcohol. I don't drink as much as I used to, but when I do go out I have a Vodka and Water with a Lemon. Calorie wise, it's the lowest caloric alcoholic drink you can have. Get it with high end vodka if you must but again...after downing a few of those you won't even taste the vodka anymore. I save my lemons with each drink so by my forth I'm drinking lemon water (at least that's what it tastes like). Your hangovers won't be bad the next day either since your drinking so much water. I love beer but as we all know, it's terrible for you and as you get older you just can't get away with it anymore. Unless you don't mind being a fatty.

Mind over matter, gentlemen.

I agree with this 100%. I love black coffee. Coffee is one of natures great gifts that gives such pleasure without any calories at all. No penalty, and no weight gain. Don't screw it up by putting a bunch of crap in there. Its not Kool aid that needs a sweetener, just enjoy that pure coffee flavor.

Seltzer water gives you the fizz of soda with none of the side effects. Been drinking it for three years now.

I know a lot of people equate meat with being full of protein, people forget that it has a lot of fat.
The ratio you posted is spot on, it is hard for me to eat that much fruits/veggies. Like most folks, I love carbs.

By biggest problem now is that I am starting to get these late night cravings, my body screams for something before I go to bed.

Stairmaster 5x a week is hardcore, I sweat like a roast pig anytime I get on the machine.

RE: Older Guys (40+)
At 38 yrs old I got divorced (married 17 years) lost 50# with intermittent fasting and INSTANTLY noticed that I had also lost some kind of invisibility cloak. I started lifting just a little, running and climbing mountains and girls in their 20's and early 30's were giving me hungry looks all over the place.
I'm not rich (I get raped for child support on four kids) but confidence and fitness and are the shit!

The week before my 40th birthday I took a 22 yr blonde home from a bar full of college guys. As I left with her they were all trying to call her back as I just whispered, "lets go" in her ear and led her to the car. I didn't even approach her, she approached me BECAUSE I hadn't approached her, she was the best looking girl in the bar and I ignored her completely and chatted up her homely room-mate. Blondie was jealous, came over to me and, before she could open her tight little mouth I said, "Oh, I suppose you're here to rescue your friend? She's just fine." She was off-guard and I started teasing her about being one of the few girls in an engineering school; "Did you enroll here just to be the only girl among hundreds of hungry guys...who have NO IDEA how to please you?" She was hooked, trying to defend herself as I playfully teased her and patted her on the head saying, in a patronizing tone how her career and school choices were, "So cute." She felt like she had something to prove and I let her try.

I tried out a few women my own age (yuck), meaning 3-5 years younger than me, and this morning I woke up next to a 27 yr old personal trainer who drives an hour each way to see me three times per week. I met her listening to a band at a bar. I saw her looking at me and, after ignoring her attempts to catch my eye till the set was almost over, I finally made laser eye contact, looked at her empty glass and nodded toward the bar and started walking toward it. When I got to the bar she was right behind me like a good girl. It was so loud that, up to this moment I hadn't said a single word till I asked what beer she liked. I paid for two beers, and said into her ear, "lets go someplace quieter." We sat, talked, her GF checked in to see if she was okay (no cock-block defense necessary) and we made out with a little petting. I got her number and we parted ways. Before I got home I got her text, "I just got myself off." Now she is super hungry for me and, despite what your math teacher says, 41 goes into 27 just fine, and often. Most mornings I wake up to her making breakfast. She may be a keeper!

Be bold, assume command, do not question your confidence and give zero fucks if they bite or bail, there will always be more. Dress decently, be fit (most guys our age are disgusting) and talk to women like you're the honey badger.

You almost lost me with the Little-Dark-esque "pulled the hottest girl in the bar without talking to her" part, but I kept reading and found this really enjoyable. Great first post!

Edit: 10 minutes later, the math comment still has me grinning. :-D

RE: Older Guys (40+)
I lost 50# in two months.
I know, I know, "eeew, thats tooo fast, you're gona die" and on and on. Fatties always have an excuse and I didn't have time to wait for 1.5# per week. Fuck that.
I started with a one week fast where I ate no solid food and only had a glass of milk or Guinness (low calorie beer) for "dinner."
After that one week fast I got used to, and began to like the feeling of a little hunger; its the feeling of losing weight, despite what everyone says, hunger is GOOD FOR YOU. 80% of the world is hungry most of the day and in America we treat a twinge of hunger as a fucking crisis.
The people who say that low calorie diets will make you gain weight are FAT LIARS. If not eating made you GAIN weight concentration camps would be full of fatties.
After the week long fast I ate a diet of 1,200-1,800 calories per day, almost exclusively meat, nuts, eggs and salads with oil/vinegar dressing. No fucking chips or other shit food. I started running 2 or 4 miles per day three times per week. I lift for only 30 minutes two or three times per week but did NO lifting as I cut weight. I went a year without a hamburger or pizza. If I start gaining weight I just do an intermittent fast; I only eat between 6-9pm.
Now rice, potatoes, etc put me RIGHT to sleep and I feel great.
Ya, I looked skinny after losing weight but lifting made the muscle come right back. I'm a mesomorph so gaining muscle is easy for me.
If you REALLY want it, you will get over the hunger and you'll figure out ways to trick your hunger or you can just buck up and ignore it. Your body and its cravings are designed for making you fat, punish it and make it obey you.
You can do it.

Thanks. It was Butte, MT so hottest, meant a 7 SMV. And it was a Wednesday. Not spectacular but great for the ego.

Curiously, it was around your age that Roosh started abandoning peacock game and embracing "chill guy at the bar" game, which seems to be working great for both you and him. Damn it feels good to be a man sometimes, doesn't it? Fewer games = better game.

You have no idea how much you sound like a book I read called The Real You Is Skinny. It's written by a chick, and focused mostly on a chick audience, but it contains the same hard-hitting truths you just shared. Many male reviewers have found it helpful. If nothing else, the author got banned on social media for saying "big is NOT beautiful!" and refusing to yield to the Trigglypuff Mafia. Bonus: the book cover is kinda hot, so long as you don't mind small boobs.
