I experienced that in my late 40's. My early 40's were a bit of a promiscuous era after I learned to cultivate the appearance of greater wealth than I actually possessed and leveraged that into a system that attracted younger women. Libido does go down with age.

I recommend dropping the SSRI or SNRI and asking your doctor for an NDRI, normally described for the same things with fewer [if any] sexual side effects. I could barely function in bed on the SSRI and it caused weight gain also.

The older I get, the less time I have for bullshit. For the past year, I've had dinner once a month at a restaurant with a group of friends my age.
