Feminist submissives are very common-I've had relationships with several of them. Some of them just like being roughed up in bed while others are into a more formalized BDSM scene.

Large medical issues here. Note the drawn in eyebrows and she doesn't appear to have eyelashes either. I'd say she's recovering from chemotherapy. She's putting the hair loss up front, while trying to hide the "I just had cancer" part.
