I've thought of a few options, none of which I really like:

Its sketchy but it worked every time I tried it (young and stupid). The car will stop and you can pry the doors open and sit there as long as you want.

Yeah I think I identified my weak points, I was pissed in bed after the date and couldn't sleep - knowing I could've done better.

Question now is...when should I follow up I think 2 day wait is good enough and she might not respond Friday, however Sunday might be good to set a date next week.

redonion - I recommend trying the above. Parking garages with elevators which DON'T have a camera are likely your best bet. I don't know if the above would work, but honestly if you do it sometime when "nobody" would be around to call the elevator you can bang away on whichever floor. I once got down with a girl in my office parking garage which had a clear wall. I called it down to the first floor "underground" to block off the clear wall and went at it. Quite fun.
