Its a huge headache to have "living problems" like a bitchy live-in semi GF.
You are assuming that she will become "bitchy". You are assuming that she will be a "headache". You are assuming that she will cause "living problems".
I don't make these negative assumptions.
After I bang a girl, I assume that she will -- bring me other girls, offer a threesome, become more loyal to me, be less bitchy, etc.
But, who knows what will actually happen?
My assumptions are positive, your assumptions are negative.
Thats all we know..

Financially I have a big incentive to keep it drama free
Well, if you are subletting a room to her, I can understand your decision to not bang her.
I agree with you.
I just wanted to make the point that
"Don't shit where you eat" is not always true.
I have banged girls from work, girls in my apartment building, friends of friends, etc. and I rarely have a problem.
In fact, sometimes, banging girls at work has helped me to get a promotion. And, banging friends of friends has given me more power within my social scene.
After I bang girls, I assume that they will respect me, not disrespect me.
Too many guys get scared away because of "Don't shit where you eat".
I think is mostly paranoia. All you are doing is fucking a girl who you will see again. I don't think its a big deal.
That said, if I was renting a room to a girl, I probably wouldn't bang her.
But, I would lower the rent for sexual favors! Just kidding!
There is nothing wrong with playing it safe.
I just refuse to live in fear. Sex between 2 consenting adults is nothing to be afraid of.
When we can not have sex because we fear the consequences, the feminists have won.
