My game has gone down the fucking pan in the last two weeks thanks to Christmas and freezing cold weather.

Have had about five flakes, two girls I've flaked on myself due to logistics not being perfect. One girl tonight lived close, would have preferred to come close to where I live. If I were living in Germany or the UK exclusively, I would have uninstalled Tinder a long time ago.

Everyone who used this app for more than one year in western european countries knows how shit sucks, yo. And if you travel abroad regularly and have international references, you know why.

At the beginning I had a couple of interesting dates. But in the long term the reality was a date quota of 2%. I had to get 100 matches to go on a date with 2 girls who met my standards. Barely, that is.

But at this point I think that if a girl wants to meet without much hassle that there's a catch. Her photos might be better than her real looks, her personality is bland or she's damaged.

Especially german girls under 30 show some real spoiled behaviour. The best way to date such a girl is to fuck her on the first date. If you don't, she will not be interested in you anymore and her hamster in her head will start working, coming up with the stupidest bullshit "I'm not feeling like meeting again/I am really to busy".

Nice to know: We call those typical german girl showing this behaviour "Petra".

Sure, fucking on the first date is possible. But you have to jump through some hoops. And some girls still don't feel like it and you will waste a date while scaring them away. Sweet.

After having this happen over and over again, I decided this degree of effort is not worth dating the occasional horse girl / hippie bitch.

This system is rigged against your favour. There is no point playing. While day game is still a valid option, online game ultimately shows whats wrong with western society. You have to play dancing monkey, tweak percentages to pass the test and deal with absurdly high standards and bad personalities. I recommend everyone to not put fuel on the fire. Geo-Arbitrage is the alternative.

I'm surprised this works. Last time I checked Tinder uses an ELO ranking system, meaning every fattie you match with lowers your own rank and drops you further down the list when women swipe. Additionally, I thought Tinder would wreck your rank for swiping right indiscriminately.

This. Don't use autoswipe, this isn't 2013 where you can download an APP and autoswipe 500 girls and still be ok.

I'm going on dates with perhaps a 3-5% match rate. Bang rate much lower. This is in a developed country. In 3rd world country like PH majority of bangs was Tinder / OKC.

Haven't had Tinder bang in a while (where I am based), had great success while traveling using it. I really think its all location based. Then again, I've literally cancelled dates on girls who have a "curfew" or other "date limitations" based off previous experiences.

Autoswiping is still a viable strategy provided you reset your profile every week to reset your ELO.

It's all about how you value your time. Manual swiping is tedious and boring, if I reset I can swipe 11,000 girls in my area leaving Flamite on in the background in one day. From that I get about 40 matches.

I don't disagree that auto > manual for time investment, but I do wonder if the trade-off is worth it. The following questions are for anyone using an auto-swiper. That sounds pretty low in my book, especially considering how many fatties and bots there are. You may have already bottomed out your ELO score. Or maybe not? But to know if resetting wrecks your ELO score we would need a guy with a baseline of at least a 5-10% matching rate (a very high ELO score) to try it out and see whether he still matches at the same rate.

I get about 40 bangable matches a week resetting every Friday and swiping on 11,000 women within 10 miles of my house. I unmatch all fatties immediately.

I've actually not been resetting or autoliking for a month or so. I do notice that the quality of girls I match with is slightly higher, but I spend more time swiping, so it's a tradeoff. My match rate itself seems to be the same.

In any case, the only way I can ever match 8s+ as a guy with an average-looking face is with superlikes.

My main facebook account got banned on Tinder I don't know why. I created a new one with a fake facebook profile, getting very few matches. The old one was getting 10x the more matches. Something is wrong here guys, houston we have a problem. Maybe I should buy a real facebook account?

But something very good came out of this, it forced me to do real approaches and up my night club game. Before I was dependant on tinder for more than 90% of my bangs.

Diversification is not just important in the finance world, it works wonders in the game arena too.

I'd consider myself an A player if

30% of my bangs came from online
20% came from day game
30% came from nightgame
20% came from social circle

This would be amazing diversification.

I've been back on Tinder for 2 days after a year and half hiatus. I was heavily into it before the hiatus, but got jaded and quit, focusing more on live approaching.

So far I must've liked maybe 300 girls (18-25, within 10k from me), with 19 6+ matches.

My sample size is still small, but considering I had hundreds of matches with similar results before quitting, here's a couple of thoughts:
- My standard opener from back then still works wonderfully. At this point 19/19 replied back.

- Came up with a good generic reply to the opener that is supposed to target the "feels". It can be used no matter what the girl replies. Got 5/5 very positive reactions.

- Message #3 is always asking if "they also live in [cool/hipster part of town with great nightlife]?". This is a bait to get them to ask if I live there, who I live with, what spots are good, etc. Logistics are tight.

- On the same subject. This has been repeated ad nauseam, but get your logistics in order. I'm a 5 minute walk from a bunch of bars - things get easy from here.

- I say in my profile that I'm a coffee addict. I'd estimate 20% of my matches eventually mention coffee during the interaction, if not on the very first message.

- Quality seems to have improved in Sao Paulo. Might be the summertime.

- I'm puzzled with girls that agree to meet on the same day you're matched together. Part of me sees it as a huge opportunity, but my experience has been rendering me very skeptical.

Had one girl, before quitting, who came home very late during the week and got very close to banging, only to sprint out at a given point, delete/block me from Whatsapp and Tinder, etc. I'm not pushy or threatening. The girl was just nuts.

I'm currently typing this because another one of these just left my bed and all I got was a set of blue balls. Extremely confusing behavior. I've been keeping two stable girls, one for the last 6 months and another for 2 or 3, so Tinder is a just a plaything.

I'll try to give it another week, but I don't think I'll be using much of it in 2017.

There's no indication that Tinder tracks your Apple or Google Play accounts for ELO purposes.

There's also no indication that your ELO persists even after resetting (deleting account and removing Tinder from app settings in your Facebook), although this seems slightly more likely.

This is a good assessment.

I did try being a bit rougher physically. I've been grappling for years now so my hands and grip are pretty tight - she's a petite 21 year old, couldn't handle me squeezing her ass with 30% strength . Verbally I could have done a better job commanding her and shutting her bullshit down.

The main thing, I think, is that she's a spoiled brat who is used to being complimented and having everyone kiss her ass, so she flipped when I didn't want to play her game.

I'm honestly ready to give up on tinder at least as far as the US goes. I have tinder plus and swipe right maybe 30+ a day on average. I don't even average more than 2 matches a day and the majority of the girls I do match are either fat/ugly or they just don't respond.

In the 8 months or so that I've had tinder (tinder plus), I've gone out with three girls from it. One looked kind of like a man, the second was ugly, and the third was pretty hot but she was too uptight and ended up breaking things off after the second date.

I used to only have one photo of myself on it, and I recently added 3 more. Same results, if not even less than before.

I really don't know how guys pull off getting many notches from tinder, especially without dating. Does it have anything to do with where I'm located (Houston)?

They aren't the best pictures, but they are from a few years back when I was pretty fit. A lot of girls ask me if I'm Indian based on my main picture because it is kind of dark. I'm actually a light skinned middle eastern guy with hazel eyes, not Indian or Indian looking at all.

I've mainly only gotten Middle Eastern/ South Asian girls and black girls to match. I actually don't mind that because I am mainly concerned with getting flags from tinder, but I can't recall more than a couple of decent looking white or asian girls matching me in about a year.

I'm pretty stumped. My pictures aren't great by any means, but I'm a tall and handsome guy (being objective).

Sounds like you figured out your own problem. Get better pictures. I'm like a 5/10 in a small-mid sized city and make about as many matches as you do.

Checked out the thread that you posted and I will take the advice soon. I am in the process of losing weight, which is why I was using old and more fit pictures. I see the issue now though, and within a short time I'll get those good photos and report back with the results.
