Yeah I know how you are politically/race wise. No big deal. All the black posters in RVF are probably more diverse in our views those regards than our counterparts are, probably due to our geographical origins (maybe even ethnic) varying more. The others views are not that diverse at all when you really think about it.

I am curious though about your newfound interest in firearms. Are you able to divulge the reason? Are you planning to incorporate it with CQC or similar self defense martial arts?

Guns have been on my radar for a bit, but I think generally if you're serious about anything you need to get your hands dirty.

With the Alton Brown story, it was a local group of black men monitoring the police scanner and sending camera phones to the scene. Gives a new meaning to "Shoot all cops!"

Yea, I respectfully disagree on the Baton Rouge incident. None of the aforementioned criterion are a just cause to be killed. While yes, some could be considered aggravating factors, by no means do they justify the ends. To be clear, the gentlemen's criminal history that keeps getting trotted out in the media wouldn't even be admissible in court to show character or a criminal disposition unless it goes to show: Motive, Intent, Mistake, Identity, or Common scheme or plan. None of which are present under the facts presented, but I digress.

WIA, speaking to your and others points about CCW's, another brother was just murdered yesterday by LE who had a CCW permit, was lawfully carrying and did EVERYTHING we are taught to do when encountering LE. I renew my call for brothers to wear bullet proof vests, unless you have a felony, then it's forbidden under 18 U.S. Code § 931.

I would consider this social commentary since it ultimately affects society as a whole, not just one race or political disposition.

In my younger years, I dabbled a bit in promotion. The most fruitful game isn't cold approach pick-up, it's creating an environment of warm approaches. That's why I generally advocate working the room, spreading good vibes, and gathering Intel before you really start macking on chicks.

So promotion is just the next level of that.

Anyone ever pulled a worker from a place like Chipotle or similar type restaurant while they are working? It's easy enough to exchange a pleasantry or two while you're in line, but depending on traffic there's not a ton of time to spit. How do play it?

Go old-school.

IF the chick is actually feeling you and not just being polite while performing front facing customer service work like chipotle..etc.then time is the only limiting factor. She is at work. She is busy and also doesnt want her co-workers to see her flirting with customers to preserve her reputation. The easiest thing would be to slip her your business card, if you are comfortable with a chick having that.

This is discrete enough that no one else will know what is actually going on. You could be a brotha that she knows from church, a real estate agent, personal trainer etc just passing her some info. It puts the ball in her court so if she hits you up then you know shes down.

I had a young female receptionist in a medical office slip me her number this way recently after we exchanged a few words and smiles but she had to quickly return to answering phones at her desk.

^^^I've had success with that tactic too, I still use it depending on the circumstances.

It's really an all or nothing approach and a instant read on how attractive you are in her eyes, especially if you are just passing through the joint.

If it's a place you frequent a lot, just making yourself seen, having your appearance on point & chatting up those around you will make it feel a lot more natural when you do drive on your target.

When this has worked for me in the past it was partly due to a feeling of familiarity and there were positive associations with my presence.

There's a sandwich shop close to the job. I was in that bitch twice a week prior to dropping carbs at the start of the year.

I spend most of my time in front of a screen like most people in America, so when I can be social, I do.

At the end of the day, RVF is about game and travel. It isn't a game, travel and race politics forum. If you're gonna go down swinging go down swinging over a thread that means something, not some useless, masturbatory politics thread.

Stay in game and travel sub forums and prosper. Down the way to Everything Else is a path that only leads to madness, despair and bans for minority members.

There can never be enough quality black players on the forum and I'd hate to see you disappear over a fight that means jack shit. Look at what happened to Hencredible and Anabasis. Was it really worth it?

Advice noted and i'll take it. Staying away from this point on. Don't know why i went over in the first place

In terms of game: Went to N.O for essence festival and it was a amazing. The average age of man/woman was like 38+. For any black guy under 30 it was a pussy paradise. Went to the casino and women were damn near throwing themselves at me. These classy black women are just my type. My boys and I were getting so much attention just by not looking like "old heads." Good times overall. I'd recommend going at least once and shouts out to RougeNoir for the intel. I didn't run into any sass sisters are traditionally known for my entire stay, women were very receptive. Do be fast with your closing at night. I was making it with this hispanic female cop at the bar and left to check out another bar, by the time I texted her, another player swooped in and stole her for the night lol. I was chatting with RougeNoir the other day we laughed at how it was funny i went to a all black festival and smashed a white chick
