There's a sandwich shop close to the job. I was in that bitch twice a week prior to dropping carbs at the start of the year.
I spend most of my time in front of a screen like most people in America, so when I can be social, I do.
I always eat during off peak time (2-3, sometimes 4) when I can bullshit with the cashier and staff. Almost always ask them what was the last movie they saw, or something like that. Carry a entirely different conversation than the customer/service worker transaction.
That's the key to any girl anywhere, but especially a girl that's working. Shop girls, cashiers, shot girls, waitresses, strippers - if you can say or do something that pulls them out of work mode - then you can do something with em.
Anyway, Asking someone what the last good record/album they heard was will almost always stump them - BUT it's something we always feel that we can answer - so they invest in trying to give you an answer.
Based on the model of open, show value, wait for her to be attracted, then qualify - this is smashing all of those together and assuming that she's going to be attracted - instead of running proper game and giving her a chance to show you that she actually is attracted.
Of course I sparked the interest of the main sandwich maker and a couple of the cashiers would slide me a bag of chips or a free soda. If she was my flavor, I'm sure I could extend a conversation and exchange contact information.
If it's just a run and gun?
- wait for a break in the action
- make sure staff and customers aren't in earshot. (her social reality)
- A quick shot of game, "hey, you look interesting, we should get together..."
That's all you can really do without getting elaborate and working the line, working the staff, and working the manager. (Turning Qdoba into the club..)
With the short time, social context, and direct approach - this is actually a live version of Tinder.
