This is the only place I've ever been where just about every single time you go to live music (I do a few times a week, normally) at least one of the people who comes out of the audience to belt out a song will blow the actual singer that night out of the water. I mean, in most places they don't hand the mic to people in the audience that often to being with.

It's like some kind of alternate universe with how ga-ga they are here about music. If the band didn't share the mic, people probably wouldn't bother going out or would get whipped into some kind of mutinous frenzy.

I've been refused at terminal 2 before but easily called uber from terminal 1 and 3.

You can always just catch a taxi at the airport to some easy to find and safe location and then catch an uber from there.

I remember going to the "Hobbit House" in Manila. There was a guy playing guitar and singing nothing but James Taylor. He was amazing! So good in fact that when I later watched a couple of recent live James Taylor sets on YouTube, it struck me that the Filipino guy was better than the actual (old) James Taylor.

The real musical Gold in the Philippines are their folk songs.

One night I was at Greenbelt and there was a duo (Guitar player and singer) performing at Bubba-Gumps. During their set they would ask people from the audience to come up and play. These two old guys went up, one was a left handed guitarist so he had to play the guitar upside down!! And he was phenomenal. The other guy started belting out some dark, filipino song that was so god-damn gritty it sent shivers down my spine. I had no idea what was being said, but you could feel it. I asked the girl I was with what was being said and it was indeed some dark, bluesy kind of stuff. I'll never forget it, and hope to hear it again someday.

It's my friends last night in the Philippines and I just met up with him as he's finishing up the football game he was watching. I was at my local garage gym for their Christmas party. They closed down the block. Only game I won was the beer chugging contest....go figure. Fuckers gave me a set of dessert dishes.

Yupp. That's the big one, albeit I'm told there's surgery for that too.

The locals tell me "it's in the face" and I have to agree. Also height is obviously a danger sign. I don't really see how FC is expensive at 1200php for "all you can eat" for a month, when compared to Valkyrie prices.
Unless you count the massive time cost of working FC.

Maybe only half will state that they are a ladyboy too. I think if you use Tinder you (we) should start reporting these types. The idea that they are classified as "female" is actually fraudulent.

The Philippines has some serious SIFs on Tinder more than anywhere else i've seen in asia.

Are you trolling? Many of us on this forum roll together in real life. I've seen high repped members here with hot girls and they have seen the same with me. I have lived here much longer than you did and I see hot Pinays with white guys (and other races) nearly everyday in my area. I can only speak from my experience but most Koreans are rolling with pros or Korean girls. They do not integrate with Filipinos like Westerns do and almost always are tourists that go around in groups. They have their own bars here to pull pros. At Valk? I hardly ever see Koreans there and when I do the girls look like pros to me. While some girls are into Kpop here it's not even close to being the most popular from of music here. Are they playing Kpop all night long at the most popular clubs? No.

Tinder is great for seeing average quality in an area and it highlights how poor the average quality is in the Phils. When I walk around Manila I see lots of fat, ugly women and Tinder mirrors that lol. There are still a good amount of quality girls on it though.

You are not pulling top shelf 2 out of 3 trips, unless your looks are among the top. Korean guys are definitely not pulling top shelf without sponsorship, which is huge here.

I've been there a couple times, its pretty much social circle game on steroids. Now there are always some washed up 30+ girls looking to get the D celebrating some special occasion in the middle tables, but unless you got the game to open beta bux top tier is essentially closed off, they usually are on the 2nd floor or one of those big booths surrounding the dance floor.

Overall, I find tinder the easiest and most productive use of your time. Night game will get you spinning in circles if you are picky on who you want to take home. If you want to bang a 5/6 quite easy, but why not just use online game for that.

EDIT: To comment on the SIF's, last two tinder dates were both fucking SIFs, and I screen good. I went back to take a look to make sure, turns out she uses year + old pictures, no way to get around that.

We all have our priorities. Fair enough. As far as mine go, though, there's more to life than ordering pussy delivery off Tinder and calling it a night.

I mean, I think I'm unusual on this forum in that I didn't come to this country for the girls. In fact, I actively avoided them my first 2 or 3 months in Southeast Asia (I was one of those "I don't like Asian girls" doofuses when I first arrived) and almost avoided the Philippines completely because I heard it was so easy.

Coming from that perspective, online dating just doesn't do it for me.

I'd honestly rather go out and strike out sometimes or bang a half decent chick that's fun to hang with, running through the age-old sequence of noticing her from across the room, breaking the ice, getting to know her and her friends a bit, having some laughs, maybe belting out some tunes, pushing for the threesome (I barely feel like a man here if I don't haha), and then pulling her back alone if my "three is forever" joke fails. Okay, with the more conservative girls I don't push as fast and hard, but you get the point.

I don't do all this because I have to or because I think it's the best use of my time or the most efficient way to get laid.

I do it because it makes me feel alive.

Sure, it's a messy process and unpredictable compared to an online "match and meet." And until you've got your handful of go-tos you can roust in a pinch, you spend your share of nights alone.

Meanwhile, I enjoy the hell out of myself. And am constantly honing my personality and social skills.

Xmas day..usually everything is closed.

Most girls will be "unavailable" unless you plan on spending Christmas with one of them and their extended clan which will be hundreds of people.
