It's seriously out of the way and as another poster stated the Paranaque area is pretty wretched with bad construction/traffic... on the flip side, the rooms are really nice (Vegas style layouts) and logistics to take back girls from Chaos and Pangaea - the two clubs on campus - are second to none. I stayed there twice in the past year and I was 6 for 7 in bringing girls back to the room and bucking...

Helps immensely if you have Hyatt status too: room upgrades, cheap rates with their cash+points, and free breakfasts and happy hours in the club lounges which are really legit. Could be worth it to spend the weekend here to take advantage of the logistics.

Thanks Booshala for the info! I'm doing the status match with Hyatt and I will be diamond when I visit. Hope I get something nice.

Is there strict security? Say you pulled 6. Was it a smooth walk to the room or did you have to stop and checkin at the front desk?

Roccker ..

Viber works through your phone's data or wifi connection, so once you have it installed on the phone it will work the same regardless of what sim is in the phone. Or even with no sim in the phone, just wifi.

Take both cards. Keep them in different places, for security, if you want to be cautious.

Cool thanks!
What storylines / frames do you guys use? Eg 'Hanging out here for a month, holiday', 'I work here for now cause i can work from anywhere', 'My company sent me for a while', 'I am here for holiday and perhaps i find love', 'I live here', 'I consider living here longterm', 'I consider returning here more often for holiday', (also: 'already here a while' vs 'just arrived')

On one hand i don't wanna lie, on the other i guess i am ok with a bit of it.
Real reason is wanting to enjoy lots and beautiful women. Was thinking about telling i do website programming, on the other hand my netbook is tiny. Could tell i work in rented office with good internet but then lies are already piling up.

ps On filipinocupid i leave the ones that write 'i only want something serious!!' in their profile be. Also the ones that seem super-religious. Do you screen at all regarding their profile?

If she is asking why you're here, it means she's interested and you just need a good enough answer for her to rationalize. You don't really need to get defensive and start explaining yourself, you can just tell her something simple and if she continues to press, ask her why she's being so nosy. Depending on what you tell them, it helps if you know the basics of the residency and business laws to make it more plausible. It will show you did some research, which makes you look genuinely interested.

If you're saying you're thinking about opening a business there, you can say you own a business but are considering opening a BPO(business process outsourcing) office there. If you're staying in QC and not Makati or the Fort, this may seem less believable.

If you're saying you're thinking of living there, you can say you like the weather/cost of living/friendliness of the people/english ability. Brush up on residency laws: how to stay for 3 years on a tourist visa, how you could stay on a retirement visa once you hit a certain age.

One thing that will help you seem genuine, and is rewarding in itself is to learn about their culture and history. Do some quick research on Jose Rizal, Mano po, saving face vs. being frank. Learn some basic phrases like salamat po, hindi po, magandang umaga, kumusta ka. Try some chicken adobo and beef kare kare. Filipinos are proud of their culture, and seeing people make an effort to understand their customs and language makes it easier for them to be comfortable with you.

After your first trip, "I want to move here eventually" probably won't be a lie anyway.

Don't fall for the their tricks. These girls are on a dating site, and that line is to trick old guys who will wife them up or send them $200 every month. Meanwhile these same chicks will be sleeping with every young foreigner who comes through town. Ignore it. Follow their actions, not their words. If they're willing to come back to your apartment after the first meet up, they're not a good girl.

Avoiding the ones who demand you meet their family at the first meeting should make your life easier. If a girl is a virgin, that's another story. I think it's kind of fucked up to intentionally pop a girl's cherry you're not interested in long term, but that's me.

Do you have to have passport with you at all times in the philippines (well, when being out)? (and/or anything else?)
(or does is eg a scan on a piece of paper enough?)

You should only need it for the airport or official business. If you're really paranoid just keep a scan on you.

Sup guys. After reading this thread I'm very interested in taking a trip to Manila haha.

Where do you guys think would be the best place to buy a ticket flying from Atlanta?

@Roccker,

I just tell them I'm on a business trip.

I don't like lying but flying halfway around the world to bang 2 girls a day is just plain nasty.

Check http://matrix.itasoftware.com/ , skyscanner, and kayak for the cheapest flights. Prices may change dramatically, so it's always good to keep your time window open. A quick search shows a Delta flight for ~$1300 on Feb 2. Not a bad price, and you'll avoid monsoon season. If you just have a carry on, you can fly through multiple airlines for $894.

Is there a risk of monson in June?

What I meant by flying multiple airlines was based off the results the matrix ita flight search software returns. For those specific results, I think it was Air China + others. Most likely that's because they found the cheapest legs for your origin and destination that return the lowest total price. It can be significantly cheaper than if you were to just use one carrier, but there are downsides. I've never tried this, so some of these may be inaccurate, but: If you checked a bag, you will need to recheck, which takes more time. Because you're using different carriers, you may need to leave the terminal area to get your ticket for your next leg, then go through security again, which also takes more time.

I fly whatever carrier is cheapest, and try to avoid total travel times that exceed 25 hours. It usually averages to about $1500 for me. The carriers are usually Delta or Japan Airlines affiliated under American Airlines. That will probably change depending on your departure city. Whatever you choose, the long cross pacific flight will make you stir crazy. The only thing I've found that helps me cope is mindless cellphone games like candy crush, or moreish RPGs like pokemon.

GoodKindMan Wrote:Is there a risk of monson in June?

That's the beginning of the monsoon season, which lasts until November. That usually don't pose a safety risk and just means prolonged periods of rain. I've never really let it determine my travel plans and it's never been a huge problem for me. They seem to mostly pass in a window between southern luzon and northern visayas. The best time is between December and March, as they're the dry and 'cold' seasons. But if the heat gets unbearable, you can always make a day trip to Tagaytay or Baguio. The Spanish would go to Baguio when they got homesick of European climes.

The worst was when I stayed in Bulacan for 3 weeks, and all but 3 or 4 days were nonstop rain. I helped my girl's family unplug and take the electronics off the floor, and pack up as the waterline got closer to the front door. I saw the sadness in her mother's face as we drove away to her ate's apartment and knew there was nothing I could do to ease her uncertainty.

Another time a monsoon was coming in that threatened to cancel my flight from PPS to MNL, but we got out in time. Once I stayed in Panglao during the tail end of monsoon season, and the forecast called for nonstop rain. It turned out to be fine, and was actually a boon for our getaway. The clouds kept the worst of the oppressive sun at bay, and produced some spectacular sunsets and placid water.

Unless you're on the west coast or NYC, anything under 900 is a very good price so I would book.

Although, I got my ticket to Manila in February for 785 on Asiana. It's on the 777-300ER as well.

Saw a legit 9.5 at Mall of Asia yesterday, 20yo, with a Euro guy, bald, 45yo, tall not but very attractive. Moneyed I'm guessing but so am I. Where does a well-off guy go to find model tier girls like that in Manila?

Where can a man get dick pills in Manila?

7 days of relentless fucking has finally gotten to me.

I tried the place mentioned earlier (mercury drug) but they asked for a scrip.

Craigslist game. Banana

In other words, let's-tryout-for-a-fictional-role game. To be honest, I'm not sure how that would work. Someone test it out.

Legit 9.5? What does she look like? He's probably paying her directly in cash or gifts. So just google the top escort sites.

It could be straight up escort service if the dude is a fly-in. If he's local or frequents Manila often it could be a number of ways. Probably the most common would be he has connections that get him access to models or pageant girls like local moneyed guys and politicos do.

I hear the going rate for a girl is around 50K-100K+ a month plus condo/gifts/bills paid depending on quality and what the girl is looking for.

I've banged a former Miss Binibining girl (not a winner) and heard a good amount of stories on how it goes down. My landlord, who's a local rich guy, has also shared experiences. The photo shots and pageant events parties are full of old rich dudes suggesting sponsorships, setting up kept girls, etc.

If you don't have connections to get access I would do what Putin is suggesting and start searching and googling services. If you're going to be here long term try making some politico buddies and have them take you to the pageant parties. Laugh

After living here and fucking so much I also started using dick pills. 10mg of Cialis does wonders.

I can walk into my local Merc and get generic Viagra (the real pharm grade shit) for 140 pesos per 100mg pill. I do know most of the workers there though and they'll sell me nearly anything.

I would try another branch and act like you know what you're asking for and doing. Ask for Rite Med 100mg Sildenafi Tablets, they come in boxes of 5. Make a fake script if you have to or if you're super desperate just go to St lukes and have a male doctor write you one. You can see any doctor there for 1500 pesos. Tell them you have severe ED and your new Pinay fiance is disappointed haha.

Second option for your short stay is to go to Burgous street and try some of the underground shit. I think it's bunk but some guys say it works. I've only tried it a couple time with minimal or placebo effect. It's only like 500 a box so worth a shot.

Best option is to order from Indian pharmacies and have them ship Cialias in. Customs will catch it, but it will give you an opportunity to see how a 3rd world mail system works lol. They ask questions but it's nothing a 500 note won't make go away. Not an option for you but for others that might work.

Great info, but...damn. I don't know The Thing's age, but as far as you Yarddog, I just can't rationalize guys our age using dick pills. That can't be a healthy long-term habit. I mean, I get it for a time to time thing just for the fun of it or to take on a few girls at once, but on the regular?

Maybe just fuck less? If your dick can't keep up maybe it's telling you that you don't need to be banging quite that much? haha

No hate on how you choose to do your thing, and my bad if I'm jumping to conclusions about how much you use it - just my take on the matter.

Let's try to meet up next weekend, man. I'm focusing hard on business and decided to start cutting some weight, which means no screwing around with brews during the week, but would be cool to get out for a few cocktails or glasses of wine when the weekend hits.

I've also done it. Useful when you've got a rotation. I just keep asking around pharmacies until they give it out. Bribes help. Also, pharmacies closest to sex motels are the best ones.
