Here's a cool goal for anyone who isn't rich..

Arrange you life so that you can your monthly cost of living (rent, bills, etc.) in one day. Than you can keep the rest of the money you make that month.

And more importantly, try to get a job that will get you the freedom to have time.

So, for example, say if monthly expenses are $900 a month, try to get in a position where you make $900 a day? Or cut monthly expenses barebone? And then bank the money from other 21 days per month of work? (assuming 22 work days per month)

That would be a good goal but out of reach for most people. Maybe a more obtainable goal would be to pay your entire month's living expensive from one week of work and bank the other three weeks each month. In one year you would have enough savings to live without working for 3 years.

Yeah i cant figure it out either. Its almost like its poking fun at the whole institution of marriage. The guy seems way too serious about it and she just wants to have fun and be a rebellious girl with her girlfriends.

Two (or three?) solid prospects. I hit the Underground after work solo, it was late. Chatted up a group of broads and the one I wanted was feeling me. I'd say if your buddies are going somewhere lame, and the weather isn't amazing, it may not be worth cheating on the diet and potentially blowing a wad of cash you don't have. I know I'd feel like shit if I blew my diet and bank account on a shitty trip.
But, on the other hand...it could be a real barn-burner.
I'd say wait and do it on your own terms, Maybe after sticking to your diet and building some funds for a bit. Then you can really go nuts without any regret.
