Spent the night inside reading everything I could, bought his book a week later, read that, kept reading his blog, started thumbing through the forum, signed up a few days later.

Respectfully disagree. Don't get me wrong: Roissy has dropped some good knowledge. However, I find his stuff to be over-written, preachy (usually with right-wing ideology), and entirely too long half the time. He comes off as outright angry sometimes. He's hit or miss.

Yeah, Roissy is entertaining but for me his work is more like intelectual masturbation, while Roosh's blog & forum are the real deal, closer to everyday life.

I'm a minority (Sri Lankan) and a left wing social democrat, I don't agree with Roissy's political views but his game talk is spot on. Roissy has a big problem with illegal immigration. Otherwise I don't recall him ever being racist. He really ought to make an account on this forum, that would be very very interesting to say the least.

I was reading some ask men article about the alpha male and it seemed a bit stupid. I googled the topic came onto roissy's post debunking the article i originally read. From there I found the private man and roosh. Just joined the forum recently.

Roissy does have an account on this forum but he's a busy guy. He doesn't post much.

Yo don't confuse Roissy with Heartiste. I recently was told and realized that Roissy actually gave the Chateau to Heartiste, they're two seperate people. Think about it, Roissy was definitely from D.C, but Heartiste mentioned recently he lives in Minnesota. I had a suspicion that Roissy and Roosh were the same person actually. I'll make a separate thread about this.

I was googling the benefits of no fap and stumbled upon ROK. After reading many of the articles there and seeing how I agreed with all of the ones roosh had written I decided to keep myself updated and joined the forum

I walked into a club and there were dozens of Indian dudes on their smartphones.

I remember I had just got paid, so it must have being the first of the month.

Every so often they would gather in a huddle to commiserate and swap tactics. I heard phrases like 'Fuck that Tuth' and 'Shit I got banned again'.

They came over to me and offered me a few drinks if they could use my smartphone for a few minutes.

I declined - but asked them what they were all doing.

They told me about the forum and it went from there really...

I was on the ask men message boards, and some one posted a question about improving himself with women.

Some random poster mentioned studying Krauser and then Roosh. For some reason I looked up Roosh first, then BAM!!!! my mind was blown wide open.

Victor pride-->Danger and play which eventually led me to roosh. I danced around the sphere and signed up for the forum so that I could lurk. I've known about game for almost a decade, but I was always quite afraid to start. About a few weeks ago I decided I had enough of my horrible love life and began doing research on this forum. Meet some of the members of this here forum on Thursday and they told me I should put myself out there and post.

The truth about how I found the forum.

The excellent Marginal Revolution economics blog did a short post on a red-pill subject that Roissy was blogging about.

He refused to link to Roissy - since he disagreed with his so many of his opinions and found them offensive - since he is a bit of a blue pill PC chump. But in the comments below the post - somebody linked to what Roissy had written.

And from there I discovered a bunch of red pill sites. I was a big fan of Roissy at first. I still think he is an excellent writer - but I drifted away from his blog since it is so Game-centric.

Back then I was interested in the ideas of Game. But since then I have had my doubts - and my goals in life have changed as well.

Still - along the way I discovered this forum. And lurked for a few months. I wasn't sure if I would last on the forum - but I sense the forum has opened up to alternative points of view than back when I was first lurking.

Trolls were a big problem back then - but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

Shame - I used to love the invasions on the first of each month.

Interestingly - I had come to a red-pill realisation of my own in the months leading up to finding the red-pill mansophere blogs.

And then after a year on the red-pill sites, I developed a MGTOW attitude. And a few months later I discovered that there were MGTOW forums and blogs as well. Which surprised me - since I thought I was the only one who felt the way I do.

But - I prefer the design and lay out of this forum. And there are a lot of smart people on here - so it seems a cool place to hang out.

Crooks and Liars (used to be a solid progressive site) mentioned Steve Sailer, from whose comments I found game in the form of a similar race warrior in Heartiste, who linked to Roosh. C&L went to blurb/list format and SS and CH are despicable on a daily basis, so RVF became my go-to internet thing.

I found this place when reading an article on Gawker about a fat feminist complaining about her airplane seat being too small or something.

I've harped on this before, so don't want to be redundant, but thanks to this place there is no longer a conflict between what I've been taught through the feminization of our culture and my pure, natural, male instincts. I just operate on the latter and let things happen.
