I already have the audiobook of Game and just bought the paperback from Barnes and Noble.

Banning books will always increase demand amongst a certain minority of people who are curious to know about the dangerous information that the powers that be have decided shouldn't be known. But for average people, it's too much hard work to seek out such banned material, so for the most part book banning is effective. This is true for "politically dangerous" or "immoral" material which would otherwise have a limited audience. HOWEVER, a banned book that claims to help guys put their penises inside vaginas? Well by banning this book they've suddenly turned it into the Holy Grail. This is information that almost every man would be eager to seek out, and the fact that it's been deemed taboo only makes it more irresistible.

Red and Pink used to be considered masculine colours, whereas blue was mostly used for women and femininty, but somehow they got switched around in the last two centuries, look at Star Wars, red lightsaber equals rage and cartoonish EVIIIIILLLLL.
