That's because you don't know how book publishing works. Kings Media LLC is the publisher, which is my company. The book printer I'm using is the distributor, which distributes books on behalf of a publisher.

Has there been any 'screaming' from the people that were all happy about Game being banned, now that it is back in print?

Or are they just being quite and pretending that it didn't get back on Amazon?

Normally, I would not rub a loss in someone's face, but since there were all kinds of people pushing for censorship, and even happy it happened; I expect they will be having a nervous breakdown now that Game is back on Amazon.

If you lay out your case in a professional business manner you can always you can always email Jeff Bezos directly as he has 10 person team that he personally forwards emails to his assistants.

I'm a 7 figure seller Amazon so I think this might work as a last resort.

If anyone had any doubts that they were banning it due to the book's success, surely you can't doubt that now. Reaches top 500 and suddenly it's gone again.
