Have been pretty closed off recently, inactive, lazy and antisocial. Today I talked to 3 strangers in my city and flirted with my university finance lady. Later I hit the gym for the third time in months and killed biceps. Upon leaving the gym I feel euphoria like I haven't felt in months, like energy oozing off me. I missed lifting, the way it makes you feel when you do it right is incredible. After I met with some latin americans to watch spurs vs real madrid accompanied with a big ass plate of bbq chicken wings. Today was a good day.

STD tests came back negative across the board, which is frankly shocking giving the amount of rawdogging I've been doing, and the recent orgies I've been to at various swinger club's. Also the new job I started earlier this year which finally put me in the 6 figure range is going well. Starting to read up on how to invest extra cashglow and become more independent. Right now rentals is what I'm studying most. Life is good.

We are social animals. Like dogs like to play ball, we are happier when we are engaging with other human beings even if the reason is not to reach sex, fame or sell them something.

I learned this the hard way. You need social interactivity to remain mentally stable.

I was cutting my hair with the trimmer. Normally I just run a #4 over the whole yard but after I did the lower half of one side I checked the mirror and saw that I looked 256% more Chaddish.

I did the back and the other side. Wife reckons I look five years younger and I'm not allowed out of the house any more.

Not to be a buzzkill and I'm glad you're fine, but is multiple orgies at several swingers' clubs really what you need in your life? You're obviously successful with women and can enjoy rawdogging individual hotties to your fill - is it really worth it to be dodging STD bullets for that little extra edge?

^ I don't want to put words in Repo's mouth, but I'd bet my bottom dollar that although he certainly doesn't need to be attending orgies, he most certainly wants to. Furthermore, I think of all the communities on the entire internet, this place would be the last place a guy would be receiving any kind of criticism or negative judgment for indulging in sex parties. In the positivity/good news only thread of all places.

EDIT: In the spirit of the thread - been watching my 401(k) grow and getting excited. Taking a trip to Vegas this weekend then an Elk hunt next week. Fall is looking damn good.

I have been overwhelmed at work and at home lately (most is self inflicted by procrastinating). I have been plugging away and trying to get my head above water. Last night instead of canceling a date with a new chick and staying all night at work I said F-it.

Cooked some stir fry at her place and watched a good movie on netflix. After the first movie we put on a second one in the background and started playing board games. First game was Sorry and we got into an insanely heated fight over the interpretation of the rules. We both have bullheaded personalities and they clash big time. We were both blood boiling mad and I was 30 seconds from saying F-this and leaving(stupid I know). She was mid sentence when I reached out and grabbed her by the back of the neck and jammed my tongue in her mouth and we went at it right there on the floor....It was super hott, right out of a movie!! Didn't get the lay, but my night and day are made and it's only a matter of time before I do. Listening to her tell me after, she was so angry when I kissed her! Can't help but smile thinking about it!

My son turns 2 years old in a week and we are having a party Saturday. This little guy is my world. He impresses me every day!

I've got a lot to be happy about, just got to quit sweating the small stuff and getting consumed in the day to day rat race!

I'm getting steadily better at reaching into my upper register with my singing voice. I can now go up to the F above middle C while getting vibrato out of it and making it sound nice. Plus I'm going to be performing Johnny Cash - God's Gonna Cut You Down as my last song to wrap up this semester. There's something really satisfying about hitting those low notes as a baritone.

I eat mostly paleo but I'm not too strict about it, but today I started day 1 of 100% paleo and I feel GREAT!

Drank a glass of water as soon as I woke up (woke up early!), ate a bunch of sliced fruits for breakfast, then had a healthy and delicious lunch!

Goal is to lose about 6 pounds to get down to my ideal weight, I want all my habits to be on point before I bounce to Asia again. I'll check in here again when I hit my weight goal!

One of my old high school buddies is coaching the wrestling team this year, and these youngsters could really use some help, so I popped in and sat in on a practice today to see what they had going on. Man, did it get me pumped just watching the kids go at it, taking notes on how I could help them improve, and giving some advice here and there on some of the basic moves.

I'll need some brushing up on old knowledge, to be sure, but going to put on my workout clothes and jump in there with them tomorrow. I can see this being a lot of fun and a great source of motivation to drop some more weight. I've been needing an excuse to hop back on my cardio game anyways.

I've honestly been kind of been miserable as of late. Hit an especially low point two days ago as well with it.

So in the late afternoon I just said fuck it and laid down on the grass and looked up at the sky.

Just sat there for about 30 minutes looking up and felt that everything would be just fine after a while.

The sky and clouds have had that kind of effect one me ever since I was a little kid. Just the fact that it'll be there the second I decide to take a moment and look up looking as beautiful as ever, even when it rains, is a small comfort I enjoy a lot.
