I had a co-worker a few years ago (white Aussie) who was a manager at my level & one of the most passive aggressive dudes I've ever known. This guys whole life was virtue signalling. It was all there. Obsession with eastern culture, veganism & extreme forms of yoga, getting about in rock climbing gear & being at one with nature & the universe & all that shit. Anyone who wasn't him was déclassé & he made it quite evident to them & others in the most condescending & passive way. He was also stick thin, malnourished & looked much older than his age. He would snitch at any opportunity to an ear bent his way further up the chain.

Of course, everyone on his level & below hated him but was wary of the snitching.

Then we found out one of his "superior" methods was that he took all his shits while squatting on the toilet seat.

We quickly found a new use for the silicone spray & he would often sport a limp around the workplace.

It was fantastic.

As a side note - it is more a civilization issue. Europe in the past used to be really bad with this before the advent of indoor plumbing. Even the palace of Versailles was rumored to be especially bad with nobles shitting and pissing in the hallways.

China also has problems with that. Those things usually disappear when public sanitation also to the poor is offered. Some cities however are pretty bad with it and companies rather charge folk for it.
