But there isn't. These protests pretty much consist of "stop doing that thing that happens statistically regardless of good intentions or else we'll kill cops and burn shit down".

But where is the solution? All Black cops? They don't want that. Stop policing their neighborhoods? Only the criminals want that.

They seem merely to be content with causing Chaos, the catharsis of hating Whitey, and the resultant media attention.

From what I can tell based on social media and popular "complaints" coming from people who claim to speak for the black community they want a separate but equal government and society. They don't want to be policed or governed by anyone that's not black.

Not having an endgame is bad news for them. It means that they are likely to eventually lose control of their own political ball. The politics of this isn't likely to end well for them as a result.
