So yesterday I was at my girlfriend's house , her bestfriend came , I got high we them and suddently her bestfriend start taking a video of everyone then she was filming me and saying some things I didn't like , I started telling her to stop , she didn't and I came to her savagely and she stopped , she was shocked everyone was , maybe I've gone too far because it was no way a gentle way , I don't really know what to do , my girlfriend understand a bit but she said she is disapointed by my behaviour and so are her friends , I didn't talk to anyone after that , what do you think guys ?

Essential truth: young women in liberal Western societies are pretty much allowed to do whatever they want. It almost doesn't matter how serious an offense it is - if you have the audacity (stupidity?) to complain to someone that a young woman acted in an abusive fashion towards you, there will always be a legitimate army of men and women alike ready and waiting to shut you down, spin it back on you, and in no uncertain terms tell you that it's your fault somehow.

Which is why you don't argue with women. If they're doing something you don't like, the only winning move is not to play, i.e. you just get up and leave.

From what i understand you got high with your girl and her friends, so in that context a sudden burst of aggression like this will make everyone uncomfortable and since you used drugs your reaction was probably not too manly.

When calling out a girl to stern and unflinching, don't show butthurtfulness, be dominant like she was your little sister.

Man that was definetly one of the best weed I smoked After i was screaming to everyone I took my stuff and went back home but in the subway I didn't stop laughting and starring to people , (Will do it again if I could )

If you are at your place and someone refuses to stop doing something you don't like (such as filming you getting high) you tell them to leave

To the OP, don't play into their frame by acting too contrite. If you actually did overstep your bounds, fine, say sorry one time and move on. But that's it. A bit of rudeness can often be brushed over, especially if you're all under the influence of drugs.

In the future though, a more alpha response would be to ridicule her so that she wants to turn off the video.

Clearly what she said poked you in some vulnerable areas, so now that she found you reactive to it she'll continue to poke you on those topics. So deal with those issues as well.
