If you're really ballsy:

- You go to the Title IX office in your University. Affect the downcast, closed-off, narrow stance of a good Male Feminist. Talk about how you want to lodge a formal complaint because a friend of yours is a Rape Survivor and has been severely triggered by being exposed to the sight of an erect penis and now can't speak up about this, so you're being her voice. Say you want the University to do something about this Sexual Harrassment: either a formal warning to the bookshop, or notices on campuses to students about the risk of dealing with such a misogynistic bookstore.

If you're not that game:

- simply put up some stealth posters explaining the situation around campus, and ask why this bookshop is allowed to continue its misogynistic abuse of womyn, and how this is no different to 'flashing' a woman.

Lesbians have no love for gay men. Use them against each other. Help drive those wedges.

Doing things like this might have been an act of subversion for generations past when gays were forced to hide out. But with gay culture in our faces today 24/7 and rainbows all over Facebook, it's just an act of rudeness and immaturity.

We need more principled male attorneys in the system. That is a fact. While men were off just doing what men do, the feminists got in at all levels of society. Now a nice New Year's Eve without a marching band is common -- because of noise reduction laws and the overt "sexism" of the horn and drum sections. Whatever. The young men need to buck up and get back into law and science and war. And not in the virtual/video-game sense.

You guys might be reading too much into this. Or, you got one of my old books!

When I was in college and sold my books back, I cut up gay porno magazines and put the clippings into the books. I put other weird shot in them, too. Some of my friends did the same. I remember walking into a truck stop and getting the issue of "Machismo" and telling the cashier lady "Its for school." Those were the days.

I doubt it's the gay illuminati trying to secretly recruit more homos, it's just somebody making a joke.

That's pretty interesting, and lends additional perspective to an experience I had in college. Someone taped gay porn in the men's bathroom. My friends and I thought it was just a practical joke, but after reading this thread I realize it may have been gay agitprop.

Of course if the opposite had been true and someone posted pictures of nude women, there would be protests and slut walks all over the place.

We actually printed a note saying "Please do not post gay pornography in the bathroom" and taped it in there.

This was good advice. I complained to the seller about the porn. They sent me an apology, and refunded me plus they paid for return shipping (which they normally don't do). Then I found a newer edition somewhere else for almost the same price.
