The only time I've heard of cocaine being used to relieve pain (for an immediate, temporary effect) is to inject it into the area of pain, and even then there are better illegal drugs that can be used for pain that aren't typically used for pain.

A better question to ask is what type of operation did she have that left her with scars on her throat?

This is so true. The 'Women are Wonderful' effect is strong.

Heuristics and biases are really dangerous when dealing with women. Even in the face of overwhelming evidence that this woman bought a late ticket for the carousel to bang some sleazy producer and coke up while her 3 kids were sleeping at home, from her pics she looks like a 'good girl'.

And nothing looks abnormal about her neck. She's a long, skinny woman. They're necks appear unusually long.

I'm pretty sure there is no surgery that can shorten anyone's neck, since that would mean detaching the head, removing excess neck, then reattaching the head.

I am also confident medicinal cocaine use is not really a real thing, especially not for a trained doctor; people avoid taking pain killers sometimes because they don't want to be addicted to pills. But cocaine is even more addictive than the pills. There is a reason opiates/heroin is no longer used as a pain reliever.

Speaking of necks:

Cocaine isn't something you'd use for that kind of pain relief. It's a topical anesthetic like many drugs with a "caine" suffix (i.e. benzocaine, lidocaine, novicaine,etc).

This story reminds me of a work colleague of mine. Married a divorced woman 10 years older than him, he was 32 at the time. She has a son from her previous marriage who is a failure in life, and had to receive support from his mother (read:from his cuck step-dad) for a long time.

My colleague is 58 years old today, has no children of his own, and is continuously ball-busted by his wife at every opportunity she gets. He walks around with a "please shoot me and end my misery" look on his face.

My thoughts exactly in regards to her background and wife selection. The media went to her first husband for comment, who promptly denied to say anything. My guess is she has had this nose powdering habit for a while under wraps...or something else is up.
