This was a stupid loss really... I worked in a major health care center and would socialize with nurses and nutritionists or even administrators but rarely doctors these women really did develop God complexes that would effect more than just their professional lives. They could basically do whatever they wanted - they save lives so nothing else matters.

Does this type of cutting happen in places like Colombia, Peru, Aruba, etc? I imagine with the prices being so low and the supply so high that street dealers don't even bother with these extra steps.

Has anybody ever heard of coke being cut with gasoline? A friend said he ran across some down in that neck of the woods that had a fuel smell to it and he wasn't sure if that meant it was cut with some nasty shit or if that was just the natural smell from the production process.

I'm pretty sure there is no surgery that can shorten anyone's neck, since that would mean detaching the head, removing excess neck, then reattaching the head.

I am also confident medicinal cocaine use is not really a real thing, especially not for a trained doctor; people avoid taking pain killers sometimes because they don't want to be addicted to pills. But cocaine is even more addictive than the pills. There is a reason opiates/heroin is no longer used as a pain reliever.
