I didn't see anything wrong with the Russia Trump tweets. Similar to how he handled things with North Korea and people thought we'd be on the verge of war - and look how that turned out.

Of course they would kill his family if he ever opposed them on anything important. Heck - even if I got his job, then I would expect them to come out threatening me almost instantly. I know that they would kill my family in an accident or have them get a fast-growing cancer etc.

I get it that Donald Trump might think differently in private. It is what it is.

The difference re. North Korea is that

A) No one else would go to war over a US conflict with North Korea,
B) North Korea doesn't have state of the art military equipped with ICBMs and
C) North Korea is a tiny and weak country that exists at the mercy of bigger ones.

Russia is not a country that you can safely go around antagonizing in that fashion.

This is what you voted for. By supporting Trump, we made a trade-off: a openly, aggressively Zionist foreign policy in exchange for nationalist domestic policy. The fact that we even got Trump is something I'm grateful for, since the alternative was four more years of decay and decadence under the Clinton or Bush dynasties.
