Why didn't you break down his four sentence post into 15 different quote bubbles and refute them individually, regardless of whether that destroyed the context of the overall post and made it virtually impossible for someone to reply with quotes of their own?

That's exactly what he is. I personally like him and think he'll do a great job, but I can understand the apprehension of some given his past statements. I've always had CNBC or Bloomberg on in the background so I've seen a fair bit of him on TV over the years and my impression was always that he always gave the Wall St. line which is maintain the status quo in order to keep the churn flowing. Seemed like a nice guy though.

He became a bit infamous for trying to suck up to Obama at some town hall thing back in 2009 or 2010 before asking Obama to tone down the anti-Wall St. rhetoric, and Obama punked him for it. But he always had to ingratiate himself to the elites because they were the source of money for his fund. He even admitted in a BBC interview yesterday or the day before that he spent 30 years of his career trying to get into the global elite.

His story is that Trump woke him up. Make of that what you will, but he has been an advising Trump for over a year now. The most cynical view of him is that he realized that his lust for power was only going so far in the current order, and the real elites would always see him as little more than a nouveau riche errand boy from Long Island. Thus getting in at the ground floor of the Trumpening might elevate his station far higher than he could have sucking up to the Davos crew.

Or, he really just did see the light. Regardless, his role right now is to get the comms team on track, and won't be near policy. And so far he's been good in the few clips I've seen of him here an there and he seems to be moving his weight around staff wise. We'll know more as time goes on but I don't see him as some sort of globalist mole.

Expected, worn out response. In the rest of the news piece we can see just how coherent the dude is, says he's more of a "front stabber" than a backstabber since he's from Wallstreet and what not. One must be very careful with these wild dogs. Their loyalty lies only in success, power, money and notoriety. Hope he does a good job but his business card does not exactly exude trustworthy.

I'm sure he had no idea that his call to a reporter was being recorded, and would make front page news. Poor naive, Scaramucci, he's like a lamb before wolves before these savvy, brilliant, New Yorker reporters. His reputation for trustworthiness is doubtless irreparably damaged now, and with that, any hope of making America great again is lost forever.
