I am in the health field and have worked with a few individuals with Brain Cancer. At his age and the type of cancer he has... he is FKed.

I wouldn't wish this disease on my enemies, all being said. His political career is most certainly done, as the interventions needed to get of rid of the cancer (if it's even possible in his case) will affect the cognitive abilities that are needed for a high level politician.

Ducey (AZ gov) looks like a cuck so I doubt he'll appoint anybody worthwhile when McCain has to step down. Whoever he appoints will hold the seat until the 2018 midterm, I think, but I didn't spend much time checking the rules.

I have a lot of respect for how tough he was in Vietnam, but I tried explaining to a friend years ago that if your only qualification is being tough and not a snitch most of the mob, the crips, and the bloods are as qualified to be POTUS then McCain.
