BREAKING: Rick Perry added to National Security Council’s core decision-makers

Quote:Adding Perry to the NSC’s principals committee now brings the cabinet official in charge of the nation’s nuclear stockpile into the fold. The lion’s share of the Energy Department’s budget goes toward the National Nuclear Security Administration, which deals with the military application of nuclear science.

That's not a bad pick, but it's a tiny bit neocon-ish, but much more traditional Republican. Rick is Rick before any political party affiliation though. Take the good and the bad with him. He knows energy (which affects national security) and is connected out the ass.

He puts his foot in his mouth like Trump does, he just doesn't have Trump's sense of humor to play it off and get away with it. Rick would have been president had he had more sensitivity and game skills. For starters he is just too Christian to give even a semi half PC non-answer over abortion and sodomy issues. He gets baited easy and will let someone have it. He has toned it down alot in the past few years though.

Rick gives Trump more than just energy sector support. His Sec of State gives that too. Rick is tight with lots of companies that he convinced to move to Texas because he would lower taxes and keep unions off their backs. It worked too. Trump can learn ALOT from Rick. Maybe later if Rick does a good job, he might need to move him to another position, if it becomes vacant.

This is what I meant by getting some old ranch hands that are not outsiders. Trump just needs to manage him like the others. Driving vision like a CEO is great, but he needs to do some additional direct managing of everyone. It's not like how in corporate, you have a Vice President for every department that can do that for you.

The difference is that the movement which elected Trump can do without him. Everyone on Breitbard is recognizing Kushner as the problem. The real risk of course is if Trump starts WW3 over Syria, which we have to hope that he is smart enough to not do.

"Trump chose the Obama-hired Customs and Border deputy who was tasked with enacting Obama’s open border vision to lead the parent agency of Border Patrol, Customs and Border Protection (CBP). All of the Border Patrol agents who spoke with Breitbart Texas Managing Director Brandon Darby from all nine Southwest border sectors expressed feeling betrayed or otherwise hurt by Trump choosing a man who did so much damage to them to be their new boss. Many expressed regret for having supported Trump in the first place and for having believed he would actually listen to them and care about what they experienced while risking their lives for other Americans.

The feelings of betrayal come just days after the announcement of Obama-hire Kevin McAleenan as the next Commissioner of CBP. While the organization that represents the agents, the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC) has not spoken about the nomination, Darby spoke about how the line agents feel let down.

“I know that Trump has promised to get the National Border Patrol Council and agents a large voice in what happens on the border,” Darby said. “ Last Friday he picked Kevin McAleenan, he nominated him to be the Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection, the parent agency of Border Patrol.” During the show, Darby spoke on how McAleenan is not only a holdover from the Obama administration, but a key player during the previous administration’s push for a less secure border.

“He nominated this guy .. the problem is that this guy was hired by Barack Obama and was made deputy of [CBP] and all of the things we fought against on the border happened under this guy’s watch and he would have been the one responsible for implementing them. That’s DACA, DAPA and Catch and Release.” Darby said referring to some of the controversial programs started under the Obama administration.

Despite being an Obama holdover, McAleenan’s role appears to have been key in the implementation of those controversial programs, Darby said. “This is the guy who was picked by Barack Obama to enact Barack Obama’s open border policies.” he said.“This guy for some reason has been picked by Trump to be the boss of the border patrol agents who did so much and believed so much in Donald Trump.”

While the NBPC has not released any statements on the matter or had its members publicly discuss the issue, Darby said he has spoken with numerous other agents who are not NBPC leaders and have been key to helping Breitbart readers understand the realities of the southern border.

“Every single agent I have spoken with has been upset,” Breitbart Texas’ director said. “They tell me ‘We feel betrayed by the Trump Administration. We don’t understand how the Trump Administration could pick this person to be our boss after what we did.’ …I find it to be very concerning … I have not spoken to one who does not feel hurt, betrayed, let down about this.”

“I believe it was the Border Patrol agents who came out for him and put him over the edge to win the Republican nomination in the primary,” he said. “This is the first time they have endorsed a presidential candidate much less a candidate in the primary, These guys go all our for him and then for some reason he [Trump] puts someone who seemingly helped Obama try to destroy them and to open the border.”

Un-fucking believable.

I think some of this stuff is being overblown, but I do agree that Trump needs to leave the Syria thing alone and get Kushner to resign.

I've never understood what qualified Kushner to be such a high-level adviser in the first place. Is he advising Trump on real estate? Get him out.

Bannon, on the other hand, is a good voice to have on board, but again I think his whole "removal" is overblown, as has been pointed out.

One thing to consider is what Cernovich pointed out in his recent interview with Alex Jones, which is that Trump can't get the people he wants because the deep state controls the people who authorize security clearance. And they're refusing to give the necessary clearances to Trump's people.

How do we know that guy wasn't just following orders under Obama? This story makes no sense because alot of context is missing. They make it seem like he created those programs, when only a fool would think that. Sometimes, some folks are the most qualified for the job, but their boss forces them to follow an agenda.

So far ICE is doing alot of work and the border situation is improving. Trump and his advisors might be giving this guy a chance under new rules to see what he can do. The grunts in the field hating their boss, when the old CEO was the real dick head is typical worker complaint stuff.

I think I need more context or to see failings before I condemn anyone over this guy.

A lot of people here went after my ass when I brought up Trump's (non)handling of DACA as a major red flag portending disappointment on the immigration front. The criticisms ranged from "he's just waiting for Sessions to be confirmed" to "DACA don't even matter brah." Well, it's pretty clear at this point that Trump isn't going to do diddly shit about DACA, and the above article isn't exactly reassuring on other aspects of immigration.

Btw, when was the last time Trump mentioned immigration? His silence on the topic as President Trump is in stark contrast to his persona as Candidate Trump.

I'm still holding out hope, don't get me wrong. But at the same time, let's not forget that we didn't elect Trump for the sake of handing the dude an epic closing chapter in his own life. We did it to see results for the country. I hate getting cucked and taken advantage of, whether it's by neocons, Clintons, the (((media))) or, yes, Trump. There is nothing worse in my book than being a chump, so this probably makes me overly skeptical but at the same time, the dude has to do better than this.

Regarding Breitbart, there are two warring factions within their organization at the moment, so it's difficult to tell which camp these stories come from.

That's one of the reasons the swamp formed. It's hard to get Secret and Top Secret. There were big sweet ass contracts I could not work in the past because I did not have that. Ask a military guy how tough it is to get that, if he will even tell you about it. Most IT guys that get government contracts are former US military, because their security clearances go quickly or they already have it still active. It can take years for some to get cleared. Snowden isn't military and I bet it took him a long time to get all that clearance. Guys like him are not that common in IT.

Lots of incompetent folks in DC have it, and it is often times easier to recycle the same trash over and over because outsiders don't have these things.

If your record is not squeaky clean, you can almost forget it, or it will just take even longer.

This is also why certain House and Senate guys (like John McCain) are as powerful as they are and keep committee seats for a long time. They have clearances, while new and younger House members have nothing, like Jason Chaffetz, who constantly gets pissed off about it.

Drain the fucking swamp!

And speaking of draining the swamp, there needs to be prosecutions for those in prior administrations! I am so sick of reading about the IRS targeting political groups, operation Fast & Furious, a slush fund for political groups paid with fine money (billions of dollars), illegal spying, illegal email servers, and illegal wars without anyone EVER going to jail.

If Trump doesn't start throwing these sons of bitches in jail and restore the rule of law, then we're toast.

Jail. Fucking jail.

If we went after the neocons for their illegal wars and shredding the constitution, I doubt Obama and Hillary would have carried on. Their behavior was the result of a moral hazard created by failing to uphold the rule of law. Now if we don't go after the prior administration for their laundry list of crimes, when does it ever end?

I heard that this decision is motivated by the fact that (according to most key players and witnesses) Kevin McAleenan was very efficient in implementing anti-terror strategies, especially after September Eleven... So, it teaches us, first of all: that Obama (or Bush) actually nominated one efficient man, for a change (and exception), to spearhead the anti-terror fight - and the reason for this, certainly, is that Obama wanted to have his hands free for the other, sinister agenda, he had in mind for America and the world (Obama wanted to destroy the Western world through -legal in the case of the US, illegal in the case of Europe- immigration, not terrorism; Obama was too clever to use terrorism, when weaponized mass-migrations are much more useful)...

Still, it will understandably worry the hard-working, Conservative, political base of D. Trump, so, let's hope that President Trump will soon give new reasons to cheer to his most loyal supporters. Hopefully, by going, hard, after the deep-State moles on Saudi-payroll that still abound?..

To sum it up: Maybe keeping McAleenan is a way of saying: I will not witch-hunt Obama appointees, I will keep the few good ones (2% of ex-Obama staff), and only jail or fire the bad apples (the 98% others)...

Note: by the way, if McAleenan started his top-level career under Bush, then it's Obama who kept a Bush appointee, not Trump who kept an Obama appointee... I mean, the story is much more palatable if we consider that after all, McAleenan was talent-spotted by center-Right Bush, not by Obama.

This seems beyond oneitis, irrational exhuberance more like it.

I was ready to give him the benefit of the doubt,

I was prepared to overlook his incessant satanic hand gestures,
his distressed-looking wife that often seems like an unwilling prisoner of some cult,
his weird and scare-mongering inauguration language ("carnage in the American streets") written by (((Steve Miller))),
his Obama leftovers,
his cabinet and household full of Jews and neocons,
his Israel-cucking,
his upping of the military "offense" budget,
etc. etc.

but he lost me the moment he quietly singed away the last vestige of formal Internet privacy (ISP records history bill) because I know that the Panopticon-type surveillance of population is No. 1 obsession/component of the elite rule.

The man is a Freemason for God's sake, do you even know what that means, and where his allegiances are? It's not with little people, it's the opposite of that.

That Trump is Fraud thread may entirely be correct. He may well be a globalist agent of calamity ushered to create a contrived chaos from which a new order arises.

I'm otherwise thankful for his efforts because he raised a + consciousness of many Americans in a dull, decaying, stupid nation. But that may well be the point. How do you force a lazy fat fuck of his sofa and away from his beer and send him to civil war (or any war) slaughter in the name of some 'ideals' if not precisely by rustling his jimmies, and playing him like a fiddler on the roof.

Ever since Flynn was ousted and replaced with that neo-con Islam apologist McNugget faggot, foreign policy has been plummeting downhill. I mean what the fuck is going on? We're supporting Saudi Arabia in Yemen and now having a complete reversal on Trump's original policy with Syria and once again chilling relationship with Russia? It's like the neo-cons have effortlessly infiltrated foreign policy with Trump giving zero fucks about it being the opposite of his campaign message.

I have struggled since the day Flynn left to understand why he was replaced with McNugget who is a complete polar opposite to him. The endorsement of fucking war mongering Zionist Bill Kristol, completely insane war monger McCain, and the revelation that Kushner recommended him should all have caused enormous concern. Where are the people to counteract the Ivanka's, Kushner's, Pence's, and Ryan's? Has he just stopped listening to Bannon, Kellyanne, Flynn (guess so), and others?

I don't understand the explanation on Bannon being kicked off the NSC. Why did we need to keep an eye on Flynn but not McNugget? Flynn was lock-step in line with our views and, I thought, Trump's. If anything he needs more eyes on him than Flynn ever did, the guy is bad in every conceivable way. Regardless of Bannon using the NSC privileges or not, this just gives the propaganda outlets some table scraps to gloat about to the mouth breathers. No net gain. Besides of course McMaster being allowed to run his poison unobserved by one of Trump's right hand men.

I'm reasonably happy with our progress on the domestic front but God Damn...foreign policy is turning out to be potentially disastrous.

Also, you lost me at the "satanic hand gestures" and Melania being in a cult.

Now if we don't go after the prior administration for their laundry list of crimes, when does it ever end?

Yes. Trump also said today that he thinks Susan Rice may have committed crimes. Well then, if that is so then I expect some kind of commission of inquiry at the very least, to be followed eventually by court action, with Rice going to prison if convicted.

Or - are laws only for the plebs?

So far ICE is doing alot of work and the border situation is improving. Trump and his advisors might be giving this guy a chance under new rules to see what he can do. The grunts in the field hating their boss, when the old CEO was the real dick head is typical worker complaint stuff.

I think I need more context or to see failings before I condemn anyone over this guy.

If Border Patrol feels humiliated and demoralized that's all that I need to hear - and for what? An Obama appointee? They were a key early ally for Trump and perform a vital job!

Drain the fucking swamp!

What proof other than a reporter's writing shows that? Did they take a sample or a poll that could stand against scrutiny? That's like me saying the Marines right now feel demoralized that they are not on the ground in a full on offensive, yet my sources are 2 officers and 2 grunts.

I don't care if CNN wrote this or Conservative Tree House wrote it.

Think critically.

The fact that it came from Breitbart should tell you something.

Breitbart has been shaky for months, not sure where you've been.

You know, Obama hired plenty of Republicans during his tenure. More than Bush did with Democrats if I recall correctly. Hell his Chief Justice nominee was a moderate Republican. He loved impressive resumes over party affiliation. That's a blessing in disguise possibly.

We cannot get too overhyped to drain the entire government. That's just silly. We are not European, nor do we even have a parliament system. We do not have a prime minister or a queen/king that can dissolve the entire government and force everyone to hold elections or re-apply for their jobs.

Obama once said government change is like a barge turning around in a ship channel. He's right about that. It cannot be that fast.

Isn't that just great.

Kushner is not only a close family pal of Benjamin Netanyahu but also in business with George Soros.

And you say jews are not working as an international cabal, is anyone still not redpilled on this issue?

I mean, dammit, you couldn't have invented more of a jewish subversive than Kushner if you tried, a man in business with Soros himself and a family friend of the Israeli president.

The Israeli president (being fiercely nationalist, militarist, and an implacable protector of militarized borders) is the antithesis of what Soros advocates. I mean, the antithesis of the policies promoted by Soros throughout the world.

If you knew middle-class Israelis living in Israel, you'd know there aren't more right-wing nationalists than them. Their favored -and strongly implemented- ideologies are, at least within Israel, totally anti-Soros.

He cannot jail her. He does not have that power.

Congress needs to investigate it. If they find wrong doing, Nunes will then submit his findings to Comey and formally ask the FBI to investigate whether a crime was committed. Then if the FBI finds that the congressional statute was indeed broken and a felony was committed, they will then pass their findings over to the DOJ with a recommendation to prosecute. The DOJ will do their due diligence and if they find that to be the case, they will formally charge her and whoever her accomplice(s) was in breaking the law. The FBI, or Federal Marshals can go and book the suspects. They will likely make bail, the rest you should know.

It's not exactly the NYT. The fact that they are publishing this signals to me that Bannon is unhappy with the pick. This isn't just any issue, this is the core issue of the campaign - immigration. Either way, if Border Patrol feels betrayed, not good, and not worth an Obama appointee. If this turns out to be gossip, or fake news, and the Border Patrol is happy with the pick, I'll change my mind.

Does Soros attempt to get open borders for Israel?
