He's already been the most effective President Elect in history.
We need to have a running list of all the companies that are coming here and investing or hiring more people.
Also a pledged dollar amount.
Obama has had 8 YEARS and Pres Trump just came in and has companies lining up to take advantage of his economic plan.
It's amazing.
He's already been amazingly effective, without even taking office. Still, he must watch his back from treacherous GOP cucks and dems that would rather have him fail than the country be successful. His biggest threat will be advisors with their own agendas, especially war hawks. Trump needs to run a tight ship, the media will cut him no slack. He'll have to continue to do end runs around them to get his message out to the American people.

Jackie Evancho — the virtually unknown 16-year-old singer slated to perform at Donald Trump's inauguration on Jan. 20 — is laughing all the way to the bank as her recent album sales have skyrocketed since her performance was announced.

Trump detractors attacked the teenage classical singer earlier this month for agreeing to perform at the event, noting that it would ruin her career.
However, it has done quite the opposite.
Evancho's weekly album sales have quadrupled for both digital downloads and with retailers, according to TMZ.
And her album "Someday at Christmas" reportedly had to be restocked twice in local stores, TMZ reported.
Even the soprano's Billboard spot has jumped significantly.
Evancho's "Dream With Me" album and her "O Holy Night" EP are both at No. 2 on the Billboard charts — which is the highest spot they've ever held.
She's also the youngest solo artist to ever go platinum.
The "America's Got Talent" breakout star will be singing the "The Star Spangled Banner" at next month's presidential ceremony.
"I'm so excited," Evancho said on "Today" about the event. "It's going to be awesome."

Donald Trump is kicking off Christmas by attending midnight services at an Episcopal church in Palm Beach, Florida. The president-elect and his wife, Melania, arrived Saturday night at the Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea. The soon-to-be first couple were married at the church in 2005. Trump has bemoaned the increased use of the term "Happy Holidays" in place of "Merry Christmas" as a sign that Christianity is under attack. As president, he's said, he'll reverse the trend. The president-elect is spending the holidays at his Florida estate, Mar-a-Lago, where he's been holding meetings with senior staff, advisers and business executives.

President Trump's position on Christmas and Christianity is very clear:
I'm happy to report I've been told "Merry Christmas" more times this year than I have in probably the last eight years combined. No bullshit. Anyone else been having similar experiences?

Quote:Why Don't Celebrities--Like Katy Perry--Want People to Make Eye Contact? Darshan
by Gretchen Rubin, Contributor
Over the weekend, I was intrigued to see this story in the New York Post: "The ultimate star perk is forbidding eye contact." According to the Smoking Gun, singer Katy Perry’s contract covering her driver provides that the driver isn’t supposed to “stair” (sic) at her in the rear-view mirror.
The piece notes that there have been many similar rumors over the years — that people were prohibited from making eye contact with Luke Perry, Tori Spelling, Sylvester Stallone, and others.
When I read this story, I had a huge rush of intellectual pleasure. Because I think I've figured this out! Darshan.
Years ago, when I was doing the research for my first book, Power Money Fame Sex: A User's Guide, I was struck by how often celebrities made rules about eye contact. Why would they do that? Then I learned about darshan, the Sanskrit term meaning “sight” or “auspicious viewing.” Darshan is the beneficial glow that comes from being in the presence of a great spiritual leader (or holy place or object). Merely looking at such a person – and even better, receiving his or her glance – bestows a blessing. In Vikram Chandra’s terrific novel set in India, Sacred Games, people also sought darshan of a rich and famous mobster.
So when people follow Woody Allen down the street for blocks, or stand outside in the freezing cold to see Barack Obama speak in person instead of watching him on TV, it’s because they want darshan.
I myself don’t have much feeling for darshan, but it’s obvious how eagerly many people seek it out. I clerked for Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, and I can testify that a Supreme Court Justice has some mighty darshan. Justices are treated with great deference and respect, but by contrast, TV and movie stars – especially those considered very friendly and accessible – can be overwhelmed by people’s desire for darshan.
Perhaps, if you’re a saint or guru, you aren’t depleted by the act of making eye contact, and some celebrities, politicians, and other prominent people definitely seem to feed off of people’s attention and gaze. But this transfer may explain why some powerful or famous people try to prevent others from make eye contact. The people seeking darshan drain them of their energy.
Have you felt this, yourself? Even in my own, non-celebrity life, I sometimes feel that making eye contact with a person can give a jolt of energy, or more often, drain some energy away. When I’m feeling low, I sometimes struggle with the effort to make eye contact and say hello to an acquaintance on the street.
Darshan and Katy Perry. It makes me so happy to feel that I’ve figured out some particular quirk of human nature. The sense of intellectual satisfaction is so gratifying -- in fact, I suppose, I've organized my entire working life around the search for these moments.
Even though the writer's style seems like it's more fitting for Teen Vogue than Forbes, I thought the concept of "darshan" was interesting. Although it certainly doesn't excuse celebrities being pricks about eye contact, it at least provides some explanation behind why they get upset about it. With all we've learned in 2016 about what the powerful people in politics and show business believe, is it such a stretch to think the same kind of crowd that's into #spiritcooking would also be into darshan?

She does have talent and a beautiful voice but she's hardly a great artist. At this point she's just another product of the America's Got Talent factory.
By comparison, Kennedy at his inauguration had Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald, performers whose musical output is still revered many decades later. Later, they brought the finest in classical music and art to the White House. Class. Trump's tastes, on the other hand, run towards prole/kitch, as you can see from the way his NYC apartment is decorated. I'm okay with that. That's what you expect from a populist. I didn't vote for Chief Interior Decorator.

People have to calm down, this girl is not an established artist, the entertainment industry was in the tank for Hillary, is not surprised well known names were refusing to play at Trump's inauguration, this girl is more popular now than before thanks to Trump.
Look at the chaos Kanye West was put through just days after saying he would have voted for Trump, he was literally put int a mental hospital.
If you think great well known singers will come and play to Trump's inauguration, you will wait long time. The backlash is too high and severe, Kanye West had some of his concerts cancelled after what he said.
This is not the 60s anymore.

The president is not only a political figure, is also a cultural figure, this is the cultural war we must continue fighting.
During Reagan presidency we had an explosion of iconic actions high T heroes:
As well as lots of boys adventures movies like Stand by Me.
And lots and lots of family sitcoms like Family Ties.
Obama is in fact responsible for the rise of SJWs. People like Milo knows how to fight cultural wars, SJWs and liberals know about the cultural war, they know Trump will bring change not just economically but also culturally, their world is going to fall, Trump and his campaign were able to bring huge part of their world down.
Just wait until he takes office.

Yes, this is a great post. Trump has a nose for talent and doesn't worship people based upon reputation, but results. This girl delivers. Why should Trump give established media types any play? They all were in the tank for Hilldawg. Keep doing end-runs around The Establishment (including the Media Establishment) and he'll continue to will the hearts and minds of your everyday Americans.

Such self-promotion shouldn't be done in anthems and religious songs where the aim is to glorify country or God, not man.
